Alejandro was very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I took my vehicle in today for a last minute part replacement. He was able to service my vehicle that same day and get me in and out within 30 minutes! I felt like he was very honest and fair with his prices. I had gotten quotes from a neighboring shop and it was going to be double the wait time and double the price.I respected the fact that he said he wouldn t charge a crazy amount for something that doesn t take more than 15-20 minutes and is relatively easy. He even took the time to explain what part I was purchasing and why and even opened it in front of me so I d know it was new ! I thought that was nice. As a woman I felt like he was very patient and answered all my questions considering I have 0 car knowledge other than the basic maintenance. He also has a waiting area that has a coffee bar in it! I ll definitely be going back for any future services I may need.

Great service, my experience with this repair shop has been awesome, great customer service. They gives you heads up on what need to be done and the cost before starting any work. Great service and can't beat the prices. He's very knowledgeable of everything that is related to any mechanical Issues.. very honest person. I will definitely recommend to visit him for anything you may have On your vehicle.. that needed attention..

I busted my tire arm during the recent cold snap when my car slid into a storm drain. I had to tow and looked up Alejandro based on nearby reviews.I couldn t be more grateful for their service and help with this. 24 hours later I had my car and Alejandro was incredibly kind and worked with my me and husband the entire time. I will absolutely take my car back here in the future.

Alejandro went above and beyond. I just moved from Iowa and an animal chewed my wiring and he fixed it in less than a hour! Super knowledgeable and friendly. His son was also very nice! Couldn t recommend this place more!

They took care of my vehicle on a Saturday! A/C was out and they had my vehicle fixed in only a few Hours when other shops were going to take DAYS. Highly recommended

Every person I talked to here was super friendly. I was so worried because I am from out of town, didn t know any mechanics in the area, and my car started making a noise near the pulleys. They were able to change my AC Compressor in the same day! I was so relieved. It was a little pricey, but it was the same price if not more at other places. My car runs smoother than before the issue started. Praying I never need a mechanic when I m in Dallas, but if I ever do I m coming here.

Passed by several times over years and decided to come check out due to an check engine light. Came and spoke with owner and got a great quote. Brought car in a cpl days later due to weather and once he started he worked well and fast to get part changed. Very knowledgeable about automobile during our chat. So very confident that he's the right person to invest in my car.

Alejandro is honest, very knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond. I took my car to him last minute and he repaired it for me without delay. He did a great job. His customer service is phenomenal; I felt like an old friend. He even offered to drive me to and from work while fixing my car. The service was on point; my car is running like new! He took time out of his busy schedule to check my car and did his due diligence to find the problem. Since it wasn't a hard fix he did it in that same moment, I think I waited about an hour and meanwhile had breakfast at the near torter�a I am so grateful to have found him thanks to the good reviews. Honest and kind. The pricing was fair. Best of all he speaks Spanish too! Cannot recommend him enough!!

Alejandro is the best - he fixed a problem that another mechanic did to my car. He got me back on the road very fast and reasonably priced! Extremely friendly and easy to deal with. I m relieved to have a mechanic I trust.

I recommend this car repair shop for multitudes are different things you may need, they are really polite kind and will tell you what they can and cannot do. One of the most honest mechanic shop I have ever found.

This is the definitely the best shop in the area. Great, fast and honest work! I always get top notch customer service and the best price around. I went in with a broken AC in my car and everything was fixed by that afternoon. VERY fair pricing. I also got an oil change and a few diagnostics. It's great to travel and find that little gem of a restaurant that only the locals know about.In this case I feel very fortunate and grateful that I was able to discover Alejandro's shop!I had overtaxed my vehicle, driving 10 hours with a u-haul trailer in 90 degree heat.The next morning the oil light came on & I was unable to accelerate. Fearing I had damaged the car, I made an appointment with the local dealership, knowing it would take time and would be costly. Far from home, I felt a bit panicked. I decided to check places close to my hotel & I came across Alejandro's on google. He had good reviews so I gave it a shot and barely made it there and dropped it off. He blew me away. An hour or so later he was on the phone. He had diagnosed the problem and not only could he fix it, it would be ready that afternoon and at only a fraction of what I was expecting to pay.10 Stars for a truly honest mechanic!

I went to Alejandro s once on the recommendation of a friend -Wow! This man, his family and great crew have their hearts in the business -great people. Fair, honest and almost nothing they can t tackle (all our cars: BMW, Toyota, Ford, Jeep). If you appreciate someone who tells you what s needed and what it will cost, then delivers it on time, this is your mechanic. Alejandro takes care of us!

Alejandro is a kind and wonderful man. He has helped me out time and time and again, from working on a very old and rusty car from the Midwest to giving me his honest opinion of used car when I was in the market. He is prompt and consistently goes above and beyond what is required. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Dallas.

If you really want an Honest mechanic? You need to come here! . He honestly told me exactly what I needed done on my Black Toyota Corolla. Honest price, great job!! There's a lot of Scammers call Mechanics here in Dallas TX area. I already met too many, from Jiffy lube, Valvoline, shell's gas station, just to name a few. If I fixed it they didn't bother to let me know that something was wrong with another part. Instead they want to fix or change something else that was already done! Come on! Just because I'm a woman it doesn't not mean that I don't know about my car!If they fix anything they charge you worse or the same if you take it to the dealership.I fix my front brakes, radiator flush, front shocks and struts here with Alejandro and I will be keeping him as my Mechanic for as long I can stay in Dallas area.Koodos Alejandro.Para todos los latinos y especialmente mujeres. Alejandro is very kind, reasonable and knowledgeable. I am very grateful to have stumbled across his shop in the yellow pages, I highly recommend him, as he saved me at least $100. He will work with you and doesn't try to talk you into doing anything unnecessary. Honest mechanics are so so very hard for us ladies to find! Alejandro is it.

I found this place just from the reviews and I have had 3 cars worked on by Alejandro is fair and very nice he does not try to get over on you like most places.So if you need a good mechanic he is the the the right man .Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I like to keep my cars a long time and often my mileage is well over 100K.. This repair shop is AWESOME. They solve problems and are very fair in their pricing. Great place.

Brought my car to this shop for AC repair, and within this past week, my car didn t start and now it s difficult to step on both the gas and the brake. I don t feel safe driving in my car anymore. Took my car last week because I have been having issues with a censor light for a bit over a year and the Steering wheel had issues. I dropped off my car and a few hours later I revived the call that everything was fixed the price was about $150 less than I had been quoted prior.
