If you want a Honda, go here. If you want an excellent salesman see Matt Marshall. I can't say enough about the level of professionalism, patience, and no pressure salesmanship that Matt gave me during my buying experience. Cody was also very helpful in choosing my helmet. Also Al himself is a good, down-to-earth owner of this establishment, and very pleasant to talk with. In fact every staff member I came in contact with was exceptional and very helpful. This facility is large with a great selection of Honda motorcycles and ATVs. Very clean, organized, and great place to choose your next play thing.

I m glad to know they re here if I need them in the future. Unfortunately, they didn t have appointments soon enough for my needs, but it s probably because of their exceptional service, but they were booked out.

Best honda service in town. They dont upcharge, prices are fair and they do good work. They have many OEM parts on hand if you need and they do quick work. My bike rides super smooth after I get it back.

Never in my life have I been charged a "shop supplies" fee for having a tire change but at Al Lamb's Dallas Honda it costs $7.62 worth of supplies to change a front tire.I asked the cashier what supplies were used and apparently that's how much grease and counterbalance weights cost.

Reasonable price, will return to fix the list of problems with my vehicle. Very upfront with all problems and cost

Very helpful service staff. Service advisor, Santiago, was very helpful and thorough with his answers to my questions. Service on my bike was done as expected.

Dallas Honda has the 2021 model of the Rebel and Shadow on the floor which is what I went to look at. Threw a leg over the new Rebel 1100, but it was not prepped as it just came in, so no test ride today. : (
