Every time I go to this place to get my car worked on I am so satisfied because of the expertise and professionalism that they provide they know exactly what they re talking about. They never have done me wrong and I m happy every time I leave there knowing that my car is going to be fixed correctly. Very honest people!

I recently had a concerning issue with my car where the ABS and Traction Control lights were randomly coming on and off on my dashboard. Fearing a potential problem with the brakes, I initially took it to the nearest auto repair shop, and they quoted me over $700 to replace the sensor. My friend suggested this place for an oil change, and I'm so glad she did! I usually take my car to the Toyota dealership and it seems every time I do that, they increase the price. Al's not only charged me $55, but the oil change literally took less than 20 minutes. I got in my car and was in pure shock at how fast it was done for a very good price. I will definitely be back if I need anything between my next oil change! Give them your business, you won't regret it!

Big fan of my experience. A Midas in Austin, Texas off Guadalupe Street said I needed $2,200 worth of work done. Something in my gut told me to get a second opinion. I took it to Al s while visiting family (family referred me) and what I needed came to a little over $350. Nearly saved me $2,000. Highly recommend.

I work in the collision industry and recently moved to a shop without a mechanic. When I tell you I won't take my personal vehicles anywhere else anytime soon, I mean it. Shawn is the hook up on mechanical service and Ab for tires. I sent a repeat customer over there after Honda quoted her 3500 to fix her issues. Shawn found the actual problem the dealership missed and was in and out a few hours later for $200. I can't say enough good things about Als and all the guys that work there. They've repaired my 2002 Ram 2500, got her running like a champion. New tires on my 17 F250 and numerous vehicles for the shop I work at. It seems rare these days to find good people that are knowledgeable and fairly priced, but that is exactly what you'll find at Als.

I ordered tires for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Goodyear, chose Al's as my tire installer. They insalled them 8/5/17. Now, I wash the jeep almost ever week and today 8/11/17 as I was washing my jeep I noticed deep scratches(see pictures) on my rims and i didnt have a single scratch on them before hand as I always polish my rims. I know this happened when they balanced them or mounted them. Their customer service was great but I am really disappointed in the installation process. I know the truck wasnt yours but you should work on a vehicle as if it were your owns.

This is our go to mechanic. Always fair with good prices and they do a great job! Highly recommend! I don't want to write a great review because they might get busier.. haha, but they deserve it!

First off, I used to hate car repair places because I have trust issues. I had a heat shield wear through the washers and this shop fixed me up in 10 minutes and didn't charge me. Who does that?! The employees were extremely friendly and personable. They had a waiting room with plenty of seating, as pictured. I went in about 8:30am and it was quiet but by the time I left there were 3 or 4 cars coming in. I will be taking my car in at the slightest squeak, from now on.

The reviews do not lie! As a 25 year old female, I dread nothing more than having car issues. The radiator fan on my Nissan Rogue was broken, and the part is on back-order for months. Shawn recommended I order off amazon and they could do the labor. Brought my car and part in on a Monday at 430pm and it was completed by 530pm for an incredibly reasonable price! I will be returning to Al's for all my car needs from now on.

I stopped by on a Monday morning to have my new Bilstein shocks installed on my truck. The staff was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They quoted me a reasonable price, did not try to upsell me on anything and finished the job quickly. My new coilover shocks were installed well and I have no more squeaks. It's hard to find an honest auto repair shop nowadays. I highly recommend this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My Civic was blowing hot air and Al's auto was highly recommended. Brought it in the morning and it was ready by the end of the business hours. My AC blows colder than it did! Shawn and his team did an excellent job! I'll be bringing my car back for sure.

I don t usually leave google reviews, but Al s deserves the best I can give. My engine was leaking oil, and I had been shopping around for prices. Most other places charged $100 or more just to diagnose the issue before quoting me $975. Al diagnosed it for free, quoted me $300 less than everywhere else, and pointed me the right direction to find a used part (as the part that was broken on my truck was discontinued). Then, once I d tracked my part down, I brought it in. Al had some trouble with his people being sick, so the 2 day operation dragged into 4. But without me having to ask, he gave me another $180 off the work because of the delay. TLDR: If you need work done on your car, go to Al s.

This business is amazing!! Very friendly, honest bunch of mechanics. They don't try to swindle you or add extra costs to things. They are also very straight to the point on what the issue is and effectively fix the issues properly. Been going there for over a year now and I'm a very satisfied customer!

They seem to be very trustworthy and honest people. My mother has used them more than once and I have taken my car to them as well as my children have taken their cars to them and we have never had a problem... Had to revise my review after getting majorly screwed over on 2 cars dealing with them.... Sad cuz we had been goin to them all our lives.....

As always they never disappoint. I called to see if they could fix my drivers window. The window kept going back down after I raised it up. I spoke with Shawn and advised him what was happening. He immediately diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it over the phone. I now live over an hr away so I was very appreciative. But always worth the drive for excellent customer service. Excellent service! We just moved to the area and my Toyota Corolla started making some weird noises. I checked the local Facebook group for recommendations and despite there being a million car shops in Oak Cliff, almost everyone recommended Al s. Amazing work! It was my first time there and I was told by other people a whole list of repairs. When I saw the good reviews I decided to go to Shawn. They diagnosed the problem and it was ONE issue! I super appreciate the hard and honest work done by Shawn and his team. My grandparents have been going to Al s for years. When I have a problem, they diagnose and recommend work that needs to be done and let me know other things that could also help, but they don t try to take advantage. I had an emergency issue the other day and they took care of me! Thanks Shawn!

PLEASE READ!!!!! This place is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I cannot emphasize enough how much I hate mechanics but I LOVE THIS GUY. The owner's name is Abraham. He is the one who helped me through the whole process of getting my car repaired. I had an accident where my car was labeled a total loss. I was worried about how much it was going to cost to get it fixed. I called a few places to get quotes. When I called Al's, they quoted me about 1/3 of the price other places were trying to charge me. The best part was that the quote he gave me over the phone after only looking at pictures, was the same amount after he actually looked at my car. You could tell he was very experienced. Anyway, during the whole process he would text me and keep me updated on what they were doing and what needed fixed, etc. He made me feel like I was their only customer. He always responded immediately to my messages and questions. When the tow truck finally brought him my car I asked "So how many days it is going to take before i can pick up my car?" He said, "It'll be ready in 3 hours." My jaw dropped, I had never had any car work done before that hasn't taken at least a week. He texted me as soon as the car was done, sent me pictures of it, and did a routine inspection on it after completion. That's when he noticed my windshield wipers weren't working and messaged me about it. I was SO glad he did because I totally forgot they had stopped working a few weeks back. He also fixed that problem on the spot as well! Then when I went to go pick up my car he explained to me what they did to my car and also said "Oh yeah we also gave you an oil change because we noticed it was time for one, but don't worry, we didn't charge you for it." I mean c'mon....this kind of service you don't even get at a fancy restaurant, much less a mechanic shop. All in all I would give this guy 20 stars if I could. Don't bother going anywhere else with you car. This guy will treat you like a Queen/King.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Arrived Saturday around 9am left it and came back to pick up at 1pm! I told them what I wanted and they gave me a price before I left it. The services I requested where oil change, alignment, rotation, light bulb change, inspection, and spark plugs. All of this was at a very good price!!!! How amazing it was to get all of this done and not break your bank account. Loved how friendly the service was!!!! Thank you again for the great experience!! Great customer service and quality work at a fair price. AB is an honest guy and knows what he is doing. I wouldn t trust my Jeep with anyone else. Not only do I get my regular maintenance services here, I had a rare instance where my diamond ring fell into the defrost vent and AB took my entire dash/electrical system apart to find it. He reassembled everything with no problem. I am a customer for life. I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks again AB!

We love Al's. We have been going there for probably 20 years. We always get treated fairly and never feel like we are getting ripped off. The customer service is great! My family all use Al's and highly recommend them.

This place is amazing. After being scammed by another mechanic and robbed for hundreds lll I was skeptical about finding a new 1. After reading reviews I chose this place. They fixed my vehicle quick and inexpensive! I felt confident about them and left a 2nd vehicle which I was more protective of and now it s running better than I could ever imagine. Amazing prices. Amazing people. Sean was so nice and Miguel will always be my go to for anything I need on my cars.
