Good place for car parts (as an alternative to Auto zone, O'Reilly) Easy to spot. Clean parking spaces & enough room to maneuver. The inside is clean & well organize. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable as to your needs. Located in a big commercial block surrounded by many business (fast food joints, hardware stores & clothing etcetera). Right next to a KFC if you get the munchies. Opens everyday.

I went in to buy an alternator because my car had lost power while driving and that is what my friend recommended. Michael however able to identify it was just a battery issue. He assisted me with installing it and after tested the car again to ensure my electrical system was good. Saved me time and money. Way to sell to customers needs! 10 star service at this location

Adrian helped me install a new battery when my car died outside the store. He checked my alternator too to make sure that wasn t an issue. He went above and beyond by explaining how things worked in my car. He is a genuine and kind person. Thank you for getting me back on the road! I am very impressed with this Advanced Auto Parts store.

I had a hard long day trying to return a item that a total different store sold me and wouldn't take back.He Insulted me and told me I connected the part, mind you that didn't even go to my car so I come to the store on garland rd and a guy named phill was very knowledgeable and knew instantly that I wasn't lying not only did he let me return the item he also educated me on how to really tell if it's been connected. The manager on the shift was a very nice woman as well so don't believe the negative reviews you can't trust a lot of places but they asa team was awesome and I'm very appreciative

Had a great experience today! We popped in to buy some replacement windshield wipers. The staff was very friendly, helped me get the right size and choose which brand. As I paid one gentleman on staff offered to put them on for me, and did so very efficiently. in and out with new wipers (installed) in about 5 minutes. A+ customer service!

I came in looking for a specific type of clip and the sales professional was very helpful in solving my issue. The prices were fair. The store was clean and well lit. Overall, a great experience.

The good. Friendly somewhat knowledgeable staff. The bad. I purchased an alternator that was promised to be brought from another local store by 3:30pm the same day. At 6:00pm I was told the part was still not shipped but I could drive to the other store and pickup the part as I'm leaving the parking lot I get a call saying sorry but you can't go pick it up because it's on the truck already. The associate assured me it would be at the store first thing in the morning. Next day 10:30a.m. I get to the store still still no word and it took them over 10 minutes to find my core..They promptly issued me a refund. Why sale a part that you dont have? Thanks for wasting my time and gas.

This is the auto parts that took me away from the others . Good prices. Super helpful people. They ordered a part for my car that was impossible to find and had it in two days . I was sold. I do all my business there now.

They had the item i needed ...but pricey.when i was ready to check out .the young employee looked at me and proceeded to service other people.i mentioned to him why he wasnt going to service me?..so i left the stuff on the counter. "Bad Business"" !

Its just your average auto part store.You can almost find what you're looking for.They carry some things like tools but sometimes special tools just aren't there.The staff is helpful and knowledgeable so your questions should be answered.They're a little pricey , sometimes above average pricing.

They have always been straight with me on what my truck needs. They don't talk down to me or treat me as if I were dumb because I am a women. They are the most helpful store I have ever used . Trey ARE my auto parts TEAM.

I wouldn't even put 1 star for this crappy business. My husband who is white btw bought a part for our A/C but it turned out our A/C needed a different part. So he went back to return it to them with no receipt but because he didn't have the card he used to buy it the part they couldn't return it at the moment. So my husband asked me to go back up there to return it for him the next day. So I went up there and as soon as I come in I stood there in front of a register where a young lady stood at. I was never greeted and stood there for a few minutes being ignored . I proceeded to approach her and she immediately say's they can help you over there where finally a white male approaches me and asks what he can help with. I told him I needed to return a part that my husband attempted to return yesterday. He asks for the part and I gave it to him and he immediately observes it and say's he can't return it. I asked why couldn't he when they were going to do it for my husband just yesterday. He then shows me the reurn policy and says that I didn't have the receipt and that's an electrical part. By this time I'm already upsey because my husband didn't have this problem at all the day before and with no receipt they were willing to return it with no questions asked. I felt I was totally discriminated and humiliated because I am Latina and I get the looks and different treatment in places that are predominantly white when I am with my husband. Back to the story I asked for the corporate number and the young lady gave me an attitude because she had to give it to me. I immediately call the corporate office and complain about the discrimination I experienced and the lady explains the same thing about the policy she said she would call me back because she needed to get ahold of the store to confirm the story. Well I was never contacted back ever!!!

You denied three credit cards that had at leat 10000 on them , the one you accepted is still in prossing. 1st agent told me 2 to 24 hrs ,so I waited, nothing. 2nd agent told me part of my order had shipped so I could not cancel my order. Now 72hrs later car still down no parts, no conformation, no money back in account, no satisfaction, NO MORE OF MY BUSINESS EVERY. third world country business ethics.

When it comes to warranty. You don't know about their hidden terms and conditions until it comes to exchanging them. No wonder customers don't pile up in there like Autozone does.

If you want them to just go grab the most expensive thing on the shelf this is the place for you. Obviously commission based I ask for a turn signal she goes and grabs the most expensive one with 2 bulbs. Ask for a headlight doesn t even want to show me the basic. Not everyone likes to spend 100 plus bucks on 3 iTiems didn t even give me the basic brake pad option. Oh and then also Just threw bulb grease on didn t ask if I wantedto pay for it just told me what to do with it. 2 sets of bulbs and breaks that were 55 bucks so 45 bucks for bulbs on a 09 Chrysler 300

This is my first stop when it comes to auto parts they always have what I need they have a pretty good inventory there s been occasions they don t have the parts right on the spot but they ll find a way to get it.... The employees are knowledgeable and friendly and seemed to care about keeping my business.
