Do NOT come to this shop unless you want to get robbed and not have your car fixed at all. I went to this shop a couple of years ago when I bought my truck to have the timing belt, water pump and pulleys replaced. I have an interference engine meaning if my belt snapped my engine would be ruined. I was offered two options, auto zone parts or toyota parts. Me wanting quality parts, I opted in for Toyota which was more expensive. They kept my truck for a couple days and called me to tell me it was ready. When I picked it up I noticed all the clips for the cover were broken and not replaced. The power steering pump reservoir wasn't put back in place and they left it dangling. The radiator reservoir wasn't bolted all the way and was loose. I thought well at least I got the parts replaced. Fast forward to now, I end up having a coolant leak. I took it to another shop and they confirmed it was the water pump. They told me the water pump gasket was crushed and bolts stripped. They also said the parts were aftermarket and not dealer parts. Makes me wonder what I paid for and why all my clips were missing and parts unbolted. I have the receipt to prove it. Warning: Proceed with caution before considering this establishment! If I could rate it lower than one star, I absolutely would. A zero-star rating seems appropriate. My experience with this place was incredibly frustrating. I initially brought my truck in to address an issue with my oil line. Little did I know, this would turn into a month-long ordeal. To make matters worse, this all happened while I was out of town. Upon returning to Dallas, I was shocked to discover that they had only just begun working on my vehicle.After three weeks of waiting, I had to take matters into my own hands and contact the owner for an update. It was then that I learned they needed to remove my front axle to proceed with the necessary repairs, and they demanded an additional $200 for this unexpected step. This information should have been communicated beforehand; it's disheartening that it wasn't.Upon finally retrieving my vehicle, I noticed another issue: the back air suspension wasn't holding up my truck as it should. The owner's explanation, blaming it on the vehicle being placed on the left side, is simply incorrect. I am certain that the car was not in that condition when I brought it to them. Yet, the owner conveniently distanced himself from this problem.In summary, my impression of this establishment is that they are nothing short of deceitful. It's clear that they lack integrity and are only interested in making a quick buck. I'm taking matters into my own hands by involving the Dallas District Attorney and even reaching out to a local news station to expose these dishonest practices. It's essential to hold businesses like this accountable and ensure others don't fall victim to their rip-off tactics

This automotive place worked on my father in law s truck. Fixed the fuel pump charge almost $1,000 dollars and supposedly had warranty so he took back a week later because it was making a funny noise the told him they had to order a part had it there for 3 weeks and never did nothing because they said the part was on back order.Basically they just robbed my elderly father in law for his money. This place needs to closed down for robbing people. Don t recommend at all.

I only have great things to say about this mechanic shop. For almost 3 years we been getting our vehicles service here with Daniel and he has done an amazing work on them and reasonable prices. Horrible shop they don t deserve atleast 1 star. Left my car here for a while and turns out they took parts! They also didn t do anything to fix my car. Do not trust them at all and do not go here! When telling them the car didn t look the same they just ignored it very unprofessional! Do not recommend never again. Be careful coming into this shop!!

Would not recommend to anyone. They've had my car two months and has not repaired it yet. He tried to charge me 680. I took my car in because the air conditioning wasn't working (it had a leak) he told me the compressor needed to be changed. I regretted it and decided not to do the job. Fortunately I found a person who charged me much cheaper and only exchanged a league for 20Trat� de cobrarme 680. They changed parts on my car, I had it there for a few weeks and they never did anything to it. Never come here, very bad service, this workshop only changes parts and does nothing to the car.le cambiaron partes a mi carro lo tuve ahi por unas semanas y nunca le hicieron nada. nunca vengan aqui muy malo servicio este taller nomas cambia partes y no le hace nada al carro

They changed a part that wasn't the damaged one and I had to pay to have my truck actually fixed. I went back to tell him and he didn't want to accept his mistake.Me cambio una pieza que no era la da�ada y tuve que pagar por que de verdad me arreglaran mi camioneta. Regrese para decirle y no quiso aceptar su error.
