This place used to be for the people! Now it s for the people. Customer service is pathetic. Their attitude is for the community they serve. I had been spending with them since they opened never had a problem with a tire I purchased. This tire breaks the ice!!! You didn t give me anything, I paid 55.00. Long story short, lesson learned, new tires are only 25 more just don t come here if you re like myself. Just go buy a new one.

Brought my 2013 Dodge Charger here to replace brake pads and rotors.. the service was nothing short of excellent!!! Very quick service, very affordable pricing.. I also brought my own parts, but brought the incorrect parts.. that guy that worked on my car actually took me back to oreileys to exchange my parts for the correct parts.. he did not have to do that but he did.. that was a blessing, because I didn t have another way to get back to the store.. service like this makes you happy to spend your money! Excellent customer service.. highly recommended!!

Let me first say that the service here was pretty fast. I had a screw in my tire and they were able to get a new tire on in less than 10 minutes. However, there are some things that they could improve on... The first is a more professional feel. Once I paid for the tire and service I did not receive a receipt of payment (I paid in cash). Also, I would suggest that they get some type of receptionist to assist in office operations. If you are looking for a quick tire fix and don t mind a non-name brand location then this is the place for you!

I had a problem with my wheels. My car would shake wherever I got up to 60 mph. Alex figured with my aftermarket tires, I needed wheel hubs. He was right and now I'm a customer for life! Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Well, I will say this. They, had what I needed. But when I said I was driving a Land Rover and needed a spare tire. I ended up getting charged $100 bucks for a 20 dollar rim and a 15 dollar tire. With that said, they're the ONLY ppl who actually had a spare to fit my truck...
