Called about a part quoted $25 on the phone when I arrived they said no $50 best price. Tried to send me a store in Grand Prairie. Amazon has part for $30. Dealership has new for $50. Would not take any less than $50 for the used part after quoting $25 on the phone. 35 mile drive one way to get the part. Do not recommend doing business unless you have the name of the person you spoke with providing the price quote.

This salvage yard deals with late model vehicles primarily. They pull the parts. $100 minimum for the part. 25% restocking fee if you need to return the part. 5% service charge if you use a credit card. They have a website so you can see if they have the part you're looking for.

They tried to sell me broken VW head assembly with dented valves $400. I refused, of course but they hold 35% from my deposit. They are making money on broken parts. I was a new client there. First and last time. God bless them!

This auto recycling company was great to do business with. I saw a Honda CR-Z wheel on their website that I desperately needed and it was in stock - verified by calling them. It was only $45 compared to a bend repair cost average of $150 from wheel repair companies. Key note is that CASH is KING. There is a $5.00 charge for credit/debit cards. Not a dealbreaker as I gladly paid it due to the cost savings. Also CORES may be required. They are quick on reimbursement of the core charge after you bring the item in. Will definitely do business with them again if needed.

This is easily the cleanest and most organized yard I have ever been too. Shawn not only had parts I couldn t find anywhere else, but his prices are beyond fair. Crew pulls parts fast, and are friendly which is rare in most yards. I will definitely be coming back.

When they say they have it, they really do have it! Unlike other salvage yards, these guys are super organized, they can find you anything! Customer service was superior. I worked with Shawn, and not only was he extremely knowledgeable but he was really nice too. You don t expect either of these characteristics at a junk yard, usually the staff is meaner than their dogs, but these guys were really professional. Highly recommend to anybody!

Best place to get used parts. I'm a service manager at a Car lot and this place is so far the best price and most helpful wrecking yard I know. The manager Shawn is always ready to help me and give me good deal on parts and if he doesn't have it he goes out his way and finds it for me always a good experience for me.

It was my first time to use A-1Rylie and their customer service was first class. Needed a radio, they found one for me, GREAT PRICING. They saw I was having some trouble installing it and gave me advice on how to install/unlock the radio for my truck, worked like a charm! This place is massive and will have anything you need. I will definitely be coming back the next time something goes out on my truck. These guys are the best. Thanks A-1 Rylie.

UPDATED REVIEW: looks like the last review I left was 4 years ago. However, I felt like I should come back and update it.My family and I have continued using A-1 Riley Auto Parts for 4 years and have never been disappointed. Not only do they do a great job, but they re good, honest, and hard working people as well. That s not easy to find.Highly recommend this place. Amazing customer service and they stand behind all of their products. Ask for Shawn and he ll get you taken care of.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Right off the bat, 5 stars.Some background:I broke my passenger side mirror (with camera) on my 2016 Honda CRV. I called the dealership where we bought it (and JUST paid it off this month!!!) to ask if there was a replacement I could get and how much. The gentleman at the dealership was every nice and made sure I was asking for the correct part, but when he told me the price, it was going to be $1000 just for the mirror and top cap, and that's not including labor. I was crestfallen. I just had to do some home repairs and don't have $1000+ for a new mirror. I googled for some places to get parts like Amazon and Advanced Auto, etc and while the prices were about half of what the dealer wanted, none of them had OEM Honda parts. They were third party, which doesn't always stack up in the quality department.Then I remembered that I could check with salvage yards and "pick a part" places. I came across A1-Rylie Auto Parts in the Dallas area and saw they had the exact part I needed, an official Honda part and in the color I needed - for $175!! I logged into their live chat and spoke with one of the representatives named Kevin M to ask some questions about it. Was the part in working order, do they ship, how much is shipping, is it scratched to hell, and so on.Kevin checked to see if the part was in stock, assured me that the part was pristine (it totally is) and gave me a grand total including shipping. He got back to me quickly, and answered all of my questions expertly. After we finished chatting, about an hour later I got an email from him with several high quality photos of the mirror assembly I ordered before he rung it up. He had a picture of each side, the camera, the mirror itself and a shot of the camera in the mirror working. He said he just wanted to be sure it was the part I need just in case there were any corrections needed. I told him that was exactly the part I needed, and then faxed in my order.I checked in about an hour later via their chat service to confirm the order was in and Kevin confirmed they had the order and that they would try their hardest to get the part out that day, if not the next. I requested a tracking number when it was shipped and was told I'd get one without a doubt.Keep in mind I placed the order YESTERDAY - 11/10/2022. This morning 11/11/2022, I was sent a UPS tracking number via email and thought to myself, "well this probably wont arrive until Monday at the earliest, but at least I've got the part I need with little effort."Cut to about 2PM this afternoon, Im sitting in my living room watching TV and there's a knock at the door, UPS had dropped off a package. I checked and sure enough, it was from Kevin at A-1 Rylie. Sure I live about 150 miles away so it's relatively close, but still, LETTERS take longer to arrive in the same town than this mirror did to arrive at my place.And the packaging? This thing could have survived a nuclear explosion it was so well packaged and protected. Heck, it almost took longer to unwrap the thing than it did to install it!I installed the new mirror without any issues, and now have a fully functioning passenger side mirror, AND I saved probably over $1000.TL;DR: Buy with confidence from A-1 Rylie. Excellent customer service, excellent and fast shipping, and GREAT prices on parts. Thanks so much Kevin and A1 Rylie!

I highly recommend this place! They are a very well-organized and professional business. The prices are so low and I was very impressed by how fast the service was. This really is the best salvage yard in town.
