Great from start to finish. Rachel and John have excellent communication and customer service skills. They called me every step of the way. John did a very thorough job of replacing my vehicle window and vacuumed inside and outside the car. I highly recommend A&M Glass Service to friends and family. My front windshield cracked from a stone impact. These guys had the best price and they did it right away. Came to my house and installed in less than an hour. Came here with my 2000 ws6 to stop a crack on the windshield from growing..Tori worked on it,I believe that s how u spell it was in and out in about 5 minutes can t beat that

Amazing Service! Next day install. Scheduled for mid-day and they showed up in the morning to get it taken care of even sooner than expected. Great customer interaction and even better service. Very fast response to my on-line request for a quote to replace my car windshield. The quote was the lowest of the 3 places I checked. Made an appointment over the phone with a friendly rep. The tech Taylor came to my house at the scheduled time period and was also friendly and obviously skilled at replacing windshields. He did a great job.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Excellent service & reasonable pricing. The quote I got from Safelight was much higher and I would have had to wait over 2 weeks for an appointment. They fixed my window in 20 minutes. And the price was unbeatable! They even added tint to my glass at no extra cost. Best glass shop in DFW!! Highly recommend!

Have used A&M twice for the little chips I got in my windshield and they never disappoint. It was such a convenience to have them come to my work and do the repair and took them about 10 minutes. Super friendly and fast! They came out and replaced my glass less than a hour and came to my home which allowed me to still work from home! He even gave me care instructions to insure the window curing process went smoothly! They even transfer your stickers over from toll tags to registration I will deff be using them for my husbands window and recommending to others!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Nice staff, although they made me wait 3 days for glass and then couldn't figure out how to install the window, so I had to go somewhere else. Taylor came to repair my windshield, but he discovered he didn t have a part, and left and brought it back. He had it done in no time, and instructed me to give it 24 hours before washing the car and to be careful closing the doors quickly. I completely appreciate his friendly professionalism and doing such a careful great job. Highly recommend!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I just had my 2018 CHR windshield replaced three hours ago. He did a great job and were very friendly. The job was finished within 40 minutes.The price was good as well. Toyota dealer recommended this company to me. Thank you guys!

This place is great! Came to my office on my schedule, communicated very well, even tried fitting me in the day before I had my appointment! Not that I needed an appointment, I just told them when worked best for me. And at a 1/3 of the price of safelite! Will definitely use them in the future!

I highly recommend this business!!! They came out to replace the rear window that was shattered by a tree branch. Fast, friendly, and honest business. No upcharge or hidden costs. The price Tori quoted on the phone was exactly what was charged and a lot less expensive than other businesses like Safelite. Couldn't ask for better service. We lost a rear window to hail. They were recommended by a local body shop, and I'm glad they were. I set an appointment up in the morning, and at the appointment they had me taken care of within the hour.I paid exactly what I was quoted, no extras or surprises. And they were cheaper than the other quotes I'd received.Overall fantastic service and price, I'll be returning here for any glass service.

Just had my windshield replaced less than an hour ago. They came out to my job, and arrived promptly on time. The previous owners of my car had the window replaced, and apparently cut the wires for my heated windshield. Window tech fixed it right up, I was completely unaware I even had a heated windshield. They will be the first place I call going forward!

A&M Glass Service replaced my windshield on 11/14/17. They came to my apartment at the appointed time, replaced the windshield in about an hour, and explained the warranty. I have driven the car for 2 � weeks (including through a drive-through car wash) and had no problems (no wind or water leaks). Everyone I dealt with was helpful, and the price was as good as, or better than, others I called.
