My purchase was seamless and straight forward. No hassle what so ever. Thoroughly satisfied with the whole process. Everyone made me and my family feel right at home. Traveling with large horse trailer & 3 horses. Service technician to busy to come check exhaust filter. Now I am in reduced engine power mode trying to make it to the next dealership. Thanks! I hope his wife is never strained or has any trouble. Bless him!

The day started with a tow by Bob s Towing. If you need towing services in the Dalhart area, definitely give Bobby a call! We then arrived at XIT Ford where Felipe and the Service Team looked at our truck. After the diagnosis, we opted to list it vs. love it , and worked with David, Keri Ann and team in Sales/Finance to get a Ford F250 Super Duty. We had a phenomenal experience and are so thankful we went back to Dalhart! These are people we d have a beer with. Thank you to all at XIT Ford and Bob s Towing; you have forever friends from Wisconsin!

I was hauling a 40 ft by 13 wide Express cruiser cross country and the service light came on,I tried a few other dealers and Auto parts houses nobody had my sensorThen it caused the truck to go into regen mode that was disabling my engine.the girl that took my call was very nice and said that Nick service writer would call me backHe did it was a two-week backup he took me in immediatelyFixed my problemCovered under warrantyGreat job by Nick and his crew at x i t foard thanks !JC

Absolutely thrilled with the service department at this dealership! We broke down near Clayton, NM and had the car towed to XIT Ford. They were super booked, but in spite of that, they took a look at the car and had it fixed in 2 hours. Long story, however, we will always be thankful to the good people at XIT Ford.

I would not recommend this dealership if buying a used vehicle. The salesperson I had, straight up lied to me about where the vehicle came from and the vehicles condition. I bought a truck that had been very badly damaged but represented as a clean used truck.If you do buy from this dealership make sure you get a CARFAX report, XIT can not be trusted to tell you the truth about the vehicle you are buying.You are being very disingenuous with your response. The truck was definitely not from a local rancher as your salesperson had stated. The previous driving owner was from South Carolina. The truck was transferred to a couple of dealerships before XIT bought it.I can provide the CARFAX for this truck. I would like to see the car report that you supposedly reviewed.

My husband and I had been looking for a specific Sequoia for a while, but were in no hurry to buy. I found the right one for the right price at XIT, so I called to ask about it. The experience from the time I called until the time everything was complete, and we were driving our new car home was absolutely the best customer care I ve experienced. David was so easy to work with, there was zero pressure, he was readily available, beyond helpful, and way more accommodating than anyone I ve seen before. His courtesy and professionalism were outstanding, and we would highly recommend him over and over again. They re 8 hours from where we live and had a driver meet us half way without hesitation. The driver was so kind as well. If you re looking for the best buying experience with a quality car, definitely go see David at XIT, you won t regret it. Thank you so much for everything, David! If I could give you 10 stars on here, I would!

I came to XIT Ford from Colorado mostly due to the 2021 inventory shortage for new vehicles. My wife was looking to downsize to the new Bronco Sport and we had been working to find one locally, but had a hard time. That lead me to look at other dealerships and came across XIT Ford.Through the whole process, I worked with Victoria, who was absolutely amazing. She helped to very efficiently process my trade-in value,, get a deposit in to make sure I had time to drive down to the dealership, had the vehicle and paperwork ready to go when I arrived for our appointment, and had me back on the road very quickly. All that while being very courteous, responsive, and respectful. She also followed up a few days later to make sure that my wife loved the car after I got back, which was a welcome touch.Although not in the area, I would be happy to work with XIT Ford again in the future.

This place sold me a lemon and their service department is an absolute joke... my car spent over 3 months in their garage without it ever being looked at. I eventually ended up having to take it to another dealership. After having this car for three years and it spending more time at the mechanics then on the road, I have finally given up. I am looking for a new car and I absolutely will not be using xit ford

XIT Ford went above and beyond in selling me a used truck! Since then, they've continued to excel in setting me up with timely oil changes and tire rotations to help care for the vehicle. Great service, even better people!

XIT Ford has an amazing staff who s always willing to lend a helping hand. They put you in what you love and what you re comfortable with. It s a very friendly environment and very welcoming to anyone who walks in. Go in and ask for David Sneller or Rhonda McMillen, both wonderful people.

My Facebook review post on their page has been removed. I bought a truck from Victoria Miera-Baker at XIT ford of dalhart Texas. I would not recommend the dealership if you are looking to purchase or trade a vehicle. They are not willing to replace a non working remote key in a truck I bought from them. I traded in a beautiful showroom floor Lexus with two brand new remote keys, all working and all in pristine condition. Of course they didn t give me enough on my trade in and I was in need of a truck immediately so didn t have a choice in the trade in. I have asked for a replacement remote even said I would pay their price to if they are not willing to do the right thing and replace the non working key. They refuse to do the right thing. Again I would not recommend the dealership but had a good experience with the sales person. The dealership would not even allow me to purchase a working replacement remote key at their cost, they would lose nothing yet refuse to take care of a customer. Poor poor customer service quality in my experience

When I purchased my car from them the staff was super friendly and helpful. When I got my car after signing my car was very clean and full of gas. Could not ask for better service! I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

I highly recommend Hart/Xit Ford Dealership to all that are in the market to buy a vehicle, they are all very helpful. I feel that they go above and beyond, and I also feel they are very personable, and they treated me more like family than a customer.

If you are traveling and need your car repaired XIT Ford is the place to come. On vacation and had truck started acting up. Made it to XIT and they performed diagnostic to pin point the problem. Was worse than expected. Nick Brown, Service Manager, contacted the manufacturer concerning the issue, made all arrangements for towing, initial work for rental car. Not only Mr Brown execeed all my expectations, but the entire staff did. Again, this is the place to get your vehicle taken care of.

Having traveled from South West Florida, I was in desperate need to have my almostnew vehicle serviced. There was noone available in the remote area of New Mexico where my family recently moved,, but the gracious staff of Xit Chrysler/Ford more than met my needs with prompt seevice, kindness, and courtesy! These guys were superb!!! Driving though town and alternator went out. I drive commercially and stay in my truck. They got me in and out in record time!!! Can't say how thankful I am to the service staff and tech that got me on the road!!!!!

Tried to get a service appointment for a truck that I had purchased there that the defrost wasn't working on the passenger side. Should be a quick fix but they couldn't get me in for over a month and would not accommodate me!!!

We were travelling out of state and the service department was able to get us back on the road in under an hour...great service by Stephen and Justin ...technician was well knowledgeable. Highly recommend this service department
