I went mudding the day prior to getting my car washed and this young man was very helpful. He power washed the caked mud off of my jeep then he took my cooler out of my bed for me and loaded it back up after I went through the wash. Looked good as new when it was done thanks to Brady.

The staff is amazing, but an extra shout out to Luke! He was helping me get the bugs off my bumper when he noticed my tire was going flat. He went and got the manager/owner and they both proceeded to air it up so I could get to a tire shop. Amazing company ran by the sweetest people! 10/10!

We took in our main family vehicle for detail work. We have used this Forester for doing deliveries and hauling two kids around for over 5 years. It needed some serious help. Ben took care of us from start to finish. Dropped us off at home and picked us up to get the car when it was done. He even kept it overnight to ensure that it would dry in the best possible condition. He quoted us one price and that's what we paid. When we got the car back it was like it came fresh off of the lot. Could not have been happier with the experience, he did such an amazing job. We will always come back to this place. 5 Stars + another 5 stars, but Google won't let me give 10

I am so thankful for Ben and how he took the time to detail my car before the arrival of my son! It was a last minute request, and he did it with ease and a smile on his face! Thank you so much Ben! You have no idea how much I appreciate you!

Good bang for the buck. Staff is nice and facility is clean. Vacuum is always nice and powerful only one thing I would change is a better vertical roller , doesn't seem to catch the front very well other than that no complaints.

Enough vacuum stations for the CROWD presenting to wash cars today! Entry to the pull- thru wash was well managed. Director into the wash offered a wonderful blessing for our day. Wash itself was effective for all the guano & salt accumulated on the paint of late. Yeah.

Paid $25 to still have marks all over my windshield, door windows, and hood. Most are hard to capture in a photo, but I am incredibly disappointed and feel like I've been ripped off. I guess only get a car wash here if you've got a light layer of pollen on you car.

What a friendly place. The owner waved as a drive on and the young man where you enter waS so nice. Strong vacuums, and free clean towels to use to dry off your car. Highly satisfied.

I just moved from Las Vegas where I paid $20 a month for unlimited car washes. Just moved to Glendale and stop by the store to see how much car washes were. Got my car washed got the ultimate package, and it was $20. Asked about the unlimited car washes, and it was $41.85 per month. With car washes using so much water in Las Vegas where there is none compared to here in lindale, the price is kind of high for unlimited car washes.

Very nice people and equipment, vacuum is free after purchase of car wash along with cleaner and detail towels for interior. Strongly recommend visiting for an easy quick and very nice wash job!!

This place is top notch! The owners, the employees, the wash, vacuums, and all of the supplies they provide. The prices are fair as well. This isn t one of those car washes where it s hard to find a worker present or one that doesn t respond when messaged on social media. High prices and very selective admission.First of all the prices are a bit steep here, $20 for a premium wash. There are multiple washes in tyler that provide the same service for $4 to $6 less for the same treatment. Pricing wasn't really a big deal for me though as I have a company truck and they'll pay for regular washes whenever I need them.The problem comes about because they're very picky and inconsistent about what they'll let through the wash. My first time through (shortly after they opened) was no major problem, I had to remove the receiver hitch and pull my CB antenna and fire extinguishers out of the bed of the truck before I went through. On subsequent visits I had this all done prior to arriving, however I have been turned away three times. Once due to "too much mud on my truck" and it wasn't that bad in my opinion, some mud caked on the running boards and fender wells from driving about 10 miles on a lease road. The second time I was denied was because the fire extinguisher mounts in the bed would cause problems although they were fine on previous visits. The third time I didn't pass inspection because I had a diesel fuel transfer tank and tool box combo that had been in the bed every other time I made it through, he was concerned that there might be diesel residue which would contaminate his wash, and this was after I had taken it through the do it yourself wash at Brookshires to remove any excess mud.After having driven there three times now only to be rejected I have to throw in the towel on this place. Maybe it's fine if you drive a small car that looks just like it did driving off the lot, but if you have a truck with anything (and I mean anything-- loose debris, tools, tanks, etc..) in the bed, or any mud on it you're probably better off making an excuse to drive into Tyler and get a wash while you're there. I intend to recommend to my family and friends to take their business elsewhere.

Today I took my 9 yr old mustang to Precision Express Car Wash for a total spring cleaning. When i picked it up, it looked like it was just driven off the showroom floor. Thanks to Ben Pate and his love of transforming cars to their original new car clean and shine. Go see Ben if you want your car to look brand new. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Ben!!!

The best one I have been to yet. My truck has never been as clean as it was this time. There was a bug prep self service spot before I went in and each station in the drive through space was timed very well. I will be driving back to Lindale to use them in the future.

Such a great experience. My car is nice and clean and the vacuums were free with the purchase of a car wash. They also had spray cleaners and towels for you to use. The owner was on site and very helpful and friendly. The prices were very reasonable and the wash was awesome quality. Best drive thru car wash I've ever been too for sure. if you're serious about keeping your vehicle clean then this is the place. the wash actually cleaned my vehicle, unlike other auto washes. the free vacuum station was great. very powerful vacuum, air hose to blow out the water from seams, and clean towels for use.

I am fairly new to the area and WAS using Precision until this weekend. I had taken both vehicles I own in over half a dozen times. They offer free vacuums and bug removal station for their customers. I can honestly say, I have only used these features twice during those visits.HOWEVER, I stopped in this last Sunday to do a quick bug wash on my hood/bumper and also use a quick vacuum. I did not need a wash as I just got one in Dallas that morning. AGAIN, I had only utilized this feature a couple times even though I had gotten my vehicles washed here multiple. I did not think I needed to pay for a complete wash or whatever, but as I was leaving, I was flagged down by one of their employees stating I needed to pay $8 for using the bug wash station and vacuum because I did not pay for a wash and that it was for "customers who paid for a wash." I explained to her that I had been here multiple times without using these features. She continued to tell me that didn't matter, that I owed $8 for the 3 minutes I had utilized these services. I was not OK with this and asked to speak with the manager. She confirmed with the other employee that this is their policy, even though I hadn't used these services the 5 other times I had been there.Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this car wash. I will go to Tyler if need be. I will also tell ALL my friends and family about this ridiculousness. If the manager would have said something like, I understand and this one is "on us" or next time you must purchase a wash to use these features, regardless if you didn't use them on previous purchased washes, that would have been a different story. However, all in all, it was BAD business and I will never be back!Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Been using this place for years but last few weeks they just tell me to pull forward and won t guide me in . I don t like the idea of the low profile tires rubbing on side of the rails .Talked to Matt and Brady about my concerns. No help there . Brady said if I hit the rail he would have to come drag me off. Sounds terrible.Service: VacuumingService: Vacuuming

Fast service, GREAT wash for a dirty truck! There are more than enough vacuuming bays equipped with strong suction and free cloths and cleaning spray for interior surfaces and glass. I will be a returning customer.

I love this car wash! My favorite feature is the amazing vacuums and they have a machine that I can run my rugs through to knock all the sand and dirt out. They provide towels and cleaner for me to clean the interior of my car and to dry the outside. Also, I have had my car detailed here and they do an amazing job! Precision Car Wash is THE . If you like a clean car this is the place to go. Their washes are super thorough and they provide free vacuums, glass cleaner and towels to dry and detail your car yourself. I have a dog who rides with me, and no one gets my car clean to my liking, but this is the PERFECT place to do it myself, just the way I like it! Its always super clean and the owners and employees are awesome. They even offer a monthly unlimited membership, which is a great gift for yourself or someone who likes a clean ride...Check it out!!!

They refused to let me wash my truck because I had a spare tire in the back of my truck on a rim inflated. I understand if it was a small object that can be blown out of my truck by the water jets and understand removing your trailer hitch but a tire on a rim.
