Top notch service and by far exceeded my expectations! I hit a deer about 130am while gHeaded to work. 4 days later, my front bumper, grille, both headlights and foglamps replaced. I picked it up on a Thursday and never quit smiling the entire weekend! Mr. Whitehead will guarantee you leave happy and satisfied! Thank You Laserline!!!

Bumper and headlight crack fixed good as new!They were fast. We were in and out within a week.They were friendly. Beth treats you like family and follows up regularly to make sure you re updated and in the loop.Definitely recommend for car body repairs!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Laserline! We had some bodywork that needed to be done on our Honda Accord and they were very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Also they completed the work ahead of the scheduled date and kept us updated via text on how the progress was going. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Not a good place. Estimates are very unreasonable. Slow to do anything. Charge you storage at 90 a day to wait on them to do their job. 1500 for a non existent blue print, owner calls estimate a "blue print" for work. I am considering a lawsuit under Texas deceptive practices act.

They take forever on repairs and always have a different excuse every week. Would have rated a negative 100 stars if possible !!!!

Just picked up our car from Laserline and so far, it looks 100%. Unfortunately, a deer hit our car a few weeks ago, but Laserline did an awesome job restoring it. I was rear ended at the beginning of June and had a heck of a time trying to get my car in a shop to get repaired. I had tried calling several other shops but they were booked up 4-6 weeks out. Laserline was able to take it the day I called. It took a while on the repairs but they were extremely thorough and found damage that you could not see from the initial estimate. The repairs look incredible. The back end of my car looks like it s brand new. I m very impressed. However, what impressed me more is their customer service. They are insanely friendly and that is enough of a bonus. But on top of that they ve gone above and beyond helping deal with the insurance and rental companies who have been horrible this entire time. Even now that I have my vehicle back they called Enterprise about an issue I had with billing where the representative flat out lied to me but Laserline still followed up on the matter. Going to those lengths to make sure your customers are taken care of says a lot about how much you value your business. If my fianc� or I need anything done to our vehicles in the future we will be using Laserline. Thanks for all your hard work and fantastic service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

What a great shop! State Farm approved for the repair to my F150 tailgate. Awesome staff in the office, and the guys in the shop are proud of their work. Even wash and vacuumed my truck for pick up.

This is our 3rd use of Laser Line Lindale. Everytime they do an outstanding job. Kaylee is an absolute doll to work with. Her communication is professional, prompt and honest. They do what they say and their turn around time is amazingly fast!

I took my car in for a quote to have the entire car painted. No tech was available to look at my car so the receptionist took my number. I didn' t receive a call back so I stopped back by to talk to someone. After telling the receptionist what I wanted she disappeared for a minute then came back and said the owner/manager didn't want to paint my car because it would cost to much? No one ever came out to really look at the car, ask what it was that I wanted or talk to me about options. I believe they just seen that it was an old car and I probably couldn't afford it. I was prepared to pay cash, I don't have a budget. I'm not happy with the front line service, I was treated like garbage and therefore I do not recommend this shop. I took it down the road to a shop who was willing to look at what I wanted, offer some great suggestions, save me time and money and make time to make sure my questions were answered.

There customer service, is spot on can't be beat, they haven't finished my truck yet but if there work matches there customs service, by far bar none they will be unstoppable,,,quality and respect is a foreign word nowadays, it's sad,, hands down they set the bar high for lindale,
