Ordered something on line today. Was out running errands and decided to see if they had it ready. Had not yet received the "ready to pickup" email. As always, I was greeted and assisted right away. Got in and out with my order. This place is clean, and well stocked. Everyone is helpful and friendly yet professional. Great customer service.

The employee was over and beyond helpful. She spent at least 30 mins with me,looking numbers and stuff up on the battery I had that faled. The battery was over 6 years old,so I bought a new DieHard battery with a 5 year warranty on it. Now I have peace of mind...Thanks AutoZone.

One of the best experiences I've ever had. There were three employees there and all three of them were very kind and social went as far as the manager coming from behind the counter and asking permission to give my son candy. I'll tell you what, I've bought a lot of Auto parts but that was the best experience I've ever had purchasing auto parts from anywhere. I don't know any of their names, but all three of them definitely need a raise!!!!

Always great customer service. The folks across the street O'Reily's will sit and b s with each other while ignoring you standing right in front of them. I've never had a problem with autozone.

Oh boy, where to begin. Called about a part twice before driving in. They were going to have it up front for pick up. Get there and it was no where to be found, nobody knows who talked to who, looked it up in the system and they don t even have the part at this location. Seriously so bad it s almost comical.

Last week we bought 3 things from this store. One did not work right out of package, another was the wrong part. 3rd was good. We went back to return first two. Manager had to get help as other employees were busy hiding from work. Waste of time. Went to another auto zone in tyler and they let us return the parts on the spot. That store manager said the second item package contained the wrong part! Moral, avoid lindale auto zone at all costs. The employees there are ignorant of their products and flatly do not care.

You have an employee there name Chris he gives very poor customer service. He is rude and inconsiderate of others. I was waiting in line he looked at me and went away from the register with me waiting there and said nothing to me. Not even to acknowledge me or tell me he would be with me in a min. Well thank God Connie was there and seen what was going on. She was so super polite and stoped what she was doing and came and helped me. She apologized and gave great customer service with a wonderful attitude. Thank you Connie you are the reason I will be back

Very friendly helpful staff they went above and beyond to help me and price compare which would be the better deal on different brand product I was buying and even printed out directions on how to install product and tools that would be needed very good experience at this auto zone of course they could've been extra nice cause one of the local preachers was in there to with his son shopping and was wanting to score points or something lol but still overall good experience

The staff at the Lindale location are so helpful! They answered my questions and explained it where I understood how to care for my car better. They are not afraid to get their hands dirty. They are very hands on and ready to educate. Their customer service is amazing!!!! Thank you for all your help!!!!

They accidentally gave me the wrong room but I'm waiting for the right one now and it should be coming on the 24th and that'll make my band work again

Katie L. was very helpful. She tested my battery and after finding out it needed replacement, found the battery I needed for my vehicle promptly and efficiently. She checked me out and initiated my warranty and even helped to install it! I was in and out in under 30 mins!Thanks Katie L.!!!

5 stars to SCOTT he treated me like family and friend wish i can return the favor , my tow truck broke down near i -120 Scott was above and beyond helping me. brought me his own tools and came to help 3 times , this store is awesome and has the best customer service ever .

I first stopped by O Reilly Auto Parts in Mineola to buy a battery and have them install it complementary. This is a service they provide with purchase! They checked on a battery for installation and the computer supposedly stated it could be difficult and should be installed by a professional .I guess that s what I thought they were since it s part of the deal. They DECLINED at that moment not to service me they didn t even raise the hood to look and see if difficult was a thing! With that said I quickly said to them I d check with AutoZone in Lindale and left the store .they didn t even offer to change my mind!! So I called AutoZone in Lindale to ask if they could do it for me .response was We will take a look when you get here and see if we can do it for you. A young man Noah looked up the battery .it was available! He came out to my truck and quickly said We can definitely install the battery for you, it s easy. And he did just that!!! With a smile on his face and such a sweet helpful young man!!! It was done in no time and I was on my way!!! I highly recommend AutoZone in Lindale! I give them 5+ stars! And a 10 for Noah

Gentleman at the register was helpful but kept suggesting the wrong parts and would not listen when I told him what i needed. Now I did have to substitute a license plate light socket with that of an older model. Which I modified to fit. Now with this being said it was but several minutes from close

Extremely helpful staff, love them. Reason I didn't give a 5 star is because I was unhappy with the tools I bought from them, they were low quality and didn't get the job done so I will have to look elsewhere to find what I need. I will definately return though, as far as autozones go, they are excellent.

Always helpful staff. Good prices. It's they aren't a little further from the competition. I think it would have been helpful if they built the store closer to I-20.

So Scot helped us on 5/22/18,we went to leave my grandparents house, and the battery was dead, and company covered in battery acid but there were also broken terminals on the battery.So here we are going to AutoZone with no idea of what we need or how to even begin, and Scott made it super easy to find what we needed and he was a call away if we had any questions which we did... and he answered them and everything! Everything we got was fairly priced. Got a 5 year warranty on our new battery, and we got on the road again in no time. This job could ve easily cost several hundred dollars, but for a good price with some good deals Scott got us on our way quickly!!Thanks AutoZone of Lindale!

Excellent customer service fair prices and will help you with a free diagnostic check on your vehicle. I have used them for years and have not won a problem out of them. It's the best part store in town expecially if you're not great under the hood of a car lol

Scott, the Store Manager went Above & Beyond to assist with all my questions. Be sure and ask for Scott when you go to this location. Excellent Customer Service was provided by him.

I accidentally swapped the cable leads while jumping my wife's vehicle. This caused some issues and put the vehicle in "limp" mode causing the vehicle to not be able to accelerate. I putted the car very slowly to autozone so they could run the diagnostic test and see if it could be repaired by replacing blown fuses or resetting. They didn't offer any help and said I would have to tow it to the dealership for repairs. I wasn't convinced by their spill so I called oreiley's and they offered to run diagnostics and troubleshoot. 10 minutes later after replacing one 10 amp fuse I was back on the road. I was very disappointed in Autozone's lack to willingness to help and at least run a check. That being said, I will always choose oreiley's going forward when it comes to my vehicle's needs. I hope you put forth some more effort going forward. Thanks.

Prices are ok, service is great. They will install some items for you for no extra charge including free tests to see if you actually need them.
