Our 2018 Chevrolet truck never had the alignment for the tires done. Struts were messed up as well. So we appreciate the honesty & showed us what they were talking about. As we were waiting on it to be serviced, two ladies came in wanting an oil change but after checking it, they didn't need it but just needed some oil added.

I had tire trouble not knowing where the air leak was coming from. Mr. Scott West and the crew had ran some test and found where the leak was come. Then they told me I didn't have to buy a new tire all it needs is a patch or a plug. And I was back to doing what I needed to do with my time. Reasonable prices very helpful crew!

Hit a curb on my way back from Arkansas bending a rim and blowing my tire. I was stranded and 100 miles from. They got right on the phone and located a rim out of Longview and had me on my way in no time. I was going to walk to an ATM and get a bite to eat while waiting and one of guys wouldn t have it. Volunteered his truck to run down the road for that quick trip. Highly recommend

My husband and I were headed to the deer lease when we had a flat on our trailer at noon. We pulled into a gas station to air the tire and discovered a split valve stem. A couple pulled up and recommended we go to Texas Tire and Brake. We did and were so glad. Very professional and fixed it in minutes! Nice people. Highly recommend them!

Great place for tires and brakes. Scott will always find you the best tire and deal. And if he can't he will let you know. Honesty is a virtue well known here.

I am so dependent on Scott to tell me when something needs to be done on my car. It is 16 yrs old and although in good condition, it is wearing out. Several times he discovered something important that needed attention immediately; so taking it to the mechanics then saved something worse from happening. I love to tell others about the excellent service at Texas Tire And Brake.

Great! Amazing guys! Very very helpful! We were traveling from out of state and hit a drive shaft in the middle of the highway and called these guys to come help and it was great service! We couldn't have asked for better help and the guys! Thanks!!

These are some of the best gentlemen you can come across! My mother shredded a tire on my car on the way to a hair appointment from unsecured tools that fell out of a truck. Scott and his companion were closing the shop when my mom and friend pulled up. They told them the situation and they went and jacked up the tire, brought it back to their shop, put a good temporary tire on it, took it back and put it on my car. All this was done on their time and with a smile on their face. I will be forever grateful.

I praise God for Y'all, today I had a flat on Hwy 11 on the way back from Hugh Springs, I can't thank your staff enough for the kindness and professionalism that Ya'll displayed today. Thank you for being there for me in my time of distress and when I asked you what do I owe you? You smiled back at me and said nothing it was our pleasure to help you today, go and have a blessed day and come back and do buisness with us sometime. I turned around and said, Ya'll are God's Angels.

What a weird place!I needed tires and I parked in the lot by the front door and went inside and there was no one in the office and I sat there for 10 minutes. All of the bay doors were open when I drove across the parking lot to park and I saw a mechanic or someone sitting on a lawn chair inside of the bay and they looked at me as I parked. Why after 10 minutes didn't someone come in to see what I needed. I left the office and walked the full length of all of the Bays and saw mechanics having the same man still sitting in the chair. He looked at me never said a word and I got back in my truck and I left. Everybody sees you and hears you enter the gravel driveway so why didn't someone come to the office to take my order for services 4 new tires. I Mark it off to the extreme East Texas redneck atmosphere that premates most of East Texas. I suppose if I had been a redneck good old boy they would have come out and asked me what I wanted but they didn't recognize me and saw me as someone from out of town and didn't want to even give me the time of day.@

Had some tire work done there employees in shop was on meth one ofm trying to do a drug deal outside the shop in parking lot and cooking meth up there in back of shop . just check workers pupils tbey will be dilated big
