Todd is great at what he does! He's also honest, helpful, and treats you very fairly. He is currently fixing my vehicle after it broke down and needed a quick emergency repair. This is the second time I have taken my car to his shop, and its been a very positive experience both times. I definitely recommend coming to him for your car repairs.

We have been having some issues with our Toyota and were concerned that we were going to have to get a new vehicle soon. We took the car to Todd and after doing a full workup on it, he gave us a very straightforward report of exactly what was wrong with it. Fortunately, the repair that we needed was minor and he was extremely generous with his time and the pricing was very reasonable. We all know how difficult it can be to find a quick and, most importantly an honest, mechanic who will take the time to explain the issues and not charge you an arm and a leg for things that you don't need "fixed". We are recommending Todd to everyone we know and we will never take our vehicles anywhere else!

I've used Todd at TAC several times now for my Lexus LS430. I am impressed with the work that has been done thus far and that's saying something because I'm very particular with how I want my car serviced. I absolutely loved the customer service at Todd s auto care! I highly recommend to everyone, Todd went above and beyond!I took my car in because it was not running and most symptoms pointed towards the timing belt to be fixed. I called a few different places and they all said it pointed towards the timing belt. I found a few places quoting me just a bit less than Todd s auto care but I gravitated towards Todd and decided to take it to them.Todd kept me updated through the job and informed me with any findings. After going halfway through the original job Todd found the original issue to not be the cause for my car not running and called me as soon as possible to decide how to proceed.Most other shops would have done the original job then told me the car still isn t running and it needs more repairs.Todd kept working on finding the issue and later called me to inform me what the issue is and what it would need. We went through with the job and now my car is running better than ever. He even fixed some small issues that weren t part of the job and didn t bill me for them just so that he could take care of me and my car.I highly recommend Todd s auto care to everyone and will continue to recommend him to all my family and friends.

Todd runs a honest shop that is built around creating a customer for life. Not only is Todd an excellent mechanic, he is some you can trust to give the right advice to fit your budget and situation. I only wish I knew about him sooner. He has given me a new appreciation for my older cars. In this day and age of over priced new cars, that is worth a lot to me!!!Great place!

If you're looking for GREAT service and someone who is HONEST in the automotive arena, look no further! We had an incredible experience! We went to Todd for repairs to our Buick. He is honest and you can tell he truly cares about what he does. He is dependable, trustworthy, has great work ethic and communicates well about services needed while examining the vehicle. I brought my car to Todd because I was way behind on my maintenance. He caught something the dealership missed, got me up to speed on my maintenance, all for significantly less than the dealership quote. Not only this but he is a personable and friendly guy, I will definitely be bringing my car back here to be serviced and will be recommending him to others.

I called Todd because my engine light was on and I couldn t figure out the problem. I usually do all my own repairs and maintenance, so I m usually very skeptical when I take my vehicle somewhere for anything. I called Todd and asked if he could diagnose it for me and help me figure out what the problem is. He told me I could stop by 2 days later right after I got off work. I did just that and when I walked in, he was busy with another vehicle. I asked if I could walk in the shop (because there were a couple cool cars there and I just really wanted to look at them lol) and he said it was fine. We talked while he was finishing up the other customer s vehicle and even walked me around the shop and showed me some of the cars he had there. (He only showed me his personal ones, no customer cars.) After he finished up, we walked to my truck with his scan tool and he started diagnosing. He talked to me the whole time and explained what he was seeing. Eventually he pulled up the codes and it turns out my truck was throwing a code that my scanner never even picked up! It was just a dirty MAF sensor. He explained to me what to do and what part to get and he only asked for $50 for the time it took him to diagnose. Absolute best car related service I ve ever experienced and I couldn t recommend the place more to anyone who needs work done.

I found TAC on Google maps. He was close to home. I called to have them look at a possible oil leak. He asked me to bring it by. I was there in 10 minutes and he was able to check it out right away! Todd is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue. He is very flexible and works with your schedule. Thanks, Mr. Todd!

Todd serviced my Honda Civic recently. I strongly recommend him. He was very fair and honest about the repairs he would be doing on my vehicle. He broke down the costs in a way that I think anyone can understand.He was on time. He was very responsive. He did not recommend unnecessary repairs and never did I feel pressured by him- which I think is very rare in the automotive repair business.All in all, he seems like a great person and a knowledgeable mechanic. I would definitely use Todd's Auto Care again in the future.

After receiving what I believed to be an outrageous quote for a relatively simple repair on my Ford Escape from a chain shop, I went to Todd for a second opinion. He took the time to explain to me what the quoted parts do within the vehicle and why their failure was causing the issues I was having, in a way I could understand. I felt confident leaving my vehicle with him as he provided a personalized service tailored to my vehicle and specific situation as opposed to the diagnostics I received from the other shop, recommending a blanket replacement of all parts without actually diagnosing which specific component was bad/triggering the issue. After all was said and done, Todd got my car back in working order for 1/3 the cost I was quoted by the chain shop! He saved me a significant amount of money, but more importantly, I feel educated and confident in the work that was completed. I will be coming to Todd for any and all my vehicle needs moving forward as his service and transparency is unmatched!

If I could give 6 stars, I really would. Todd s got a gift. His ability to explain concepts in an easy to comprehend way without coming off as condescending is incredible. Since my husband's death, I have had to find someone I can trust to help me with problems with my car and oil changes. Todd is fantastic; he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and why. If you are looking for an honest mechanic with years of experience at a reasonable price, look no further. I used to work in a shop as a service manager, so I know a good shop and mechanic when I see one. Todd is elite. His knowledge and understanding of vehicles is very impressive. What is more impressive, is his integrity and honesty. In this profession, there is noting more important than that. I can confidently say I will go to Todd before any other mechanic in the Cypress area if something goes wrong again with my car. I came in after doing my own repair and he was friendly and generous enough with his time to look it over with me. As someone with a interest in cars he was willing to explain everything he was doing during an oil change and it s clear he has a passion for what he does and is fully transparent about what he can or can t do, which is something I can t say for most mechanics in Cypress.Not it mention he knew the ins and outs of my Lexus just form the model name, he knows his stuff, and unlike most mechanics, does not use that knowledge to take advantage of you.

Todd helped me align a project car with custom specifications and me looking over his shoulder the whole time. Todd is the place to go for a custom aligment. We discussed first what I wanted to achieved and agreed on the aligment values. He spend time ensuring it was done per the values agreed. Excellent service and my go to place!

I ve known Todd with TAC for many years, when I found out he had opened his own shop, I knew immediately I needed to get my car into his capable hands, so I drove 250 miles from Fort Worth, Tx to do so.I drive a Lexus with almost 250k miles on it. With Todd as my mechanic; No, doctor, I m confident I will get another 250k miles out of my car.Visit TAC one time and you ll never go anywhere else again! Thank you so much Todd for servicing my Rav4. You listened to my concerns regarding my car. I was told by the dealership that I needed all this work done on my car. You assured me that I didn't need all that work done that was quoted to me by the dealership! You even aired up my spare tire! No one has ever done that for me and you made sure my engine was cleaned! Thank you for all you did extra on my car without me even asking! You will always be my go to for service!
