Very great customer service, very polite. And did a great job repairing 2 rock chips. Didn't take long at all as well; about 20 minutes total.

Juan was super helpful and made the chip repair on my vehicle both easy and painless. I stopped by on October 18, 2023. He assisted with the insurance process and did the repair immediately. These guys did the worst windshield repair. My windshield started cracking after the first repair, then I had to come for second and third. The crack never stopped spreading. Eventually, I had to replace my windshield.

It s A SCAM, do not come here, my windshield cracked again just 2 months after they fixed it, and they won t repair it because I don t have receipt, just look at this terrible job you did and you should know it was you

Crazy great experience with these folks! TWICE! Second time was even better than the first. Isaac was just finishing his setups when I pulled in right when they open. He waved me into a spot, checked out my windshield damage, quoted me a price, and jumped on the repair right away. We caught the crack just in time as the morning heat was just starting to make it spread. Hmmm, phrasing. Anyway. I can hardly tell it was there. Thanks for the excellent experience Isaac! Appreciate your help!

This was so simple. Jay was such a blessing for this nurse with a busy schedule. Joe took great care even with multiple cars coming up after he was able to handle myself and other patrons like a pro. Thanks again, Joe!

So if you need a Fracture repaired and not a chip, then I would strongly recommend somewhere else. The only reason they are getting a 2- Star review is because the young man that did the repair was very professional, but I wish he would have let me know that the fracture would not be gone, just that it prevents from spreading.I would think that would be informed to the laymen customer that doesn t know before $105 is paid, verses complete replacement that I was quoted $250.I tried to have management contact me before this review to no avail. Again this place is probably more appropriate for small chips.Service: Auto windshield repair

This is the only place I go to repair chips in my windshield. Through the years I've had various insurance companies and Texas Rock Chip worked with each of them to ensure my repair was covered. Never have I had a chip run after being repaired. My last experience was the best yet - Javier was amazing! I seriously doubt that there is a chip he can't repair!Service: Auto windshield repair

Texas aRock Chip is a very pleasant place to go if you are in need of a rock chip repair! Isaac was very delighted to help me. He is an amazing technician & very respectful. He repaired two chips on my windshield, was very fast & efficient. I couldn t even tell the Chip was there anymore. I will definitely be coming back in future. Jonathan provided great service and his quality of work was excellent! I inspected my windshield this morning and couldn't even find where the rock chip damage had occurred. I will definitely be coming back to Texas Rock Chip for future rock chip repairs, and I highly recommend it to anyone who has similar types of damage.

I had a very good and expedient service at Texas Rock Chip at Hwy 290 & Barker Cypress Road. Ronnie provided the service. Ronnie was courteous, efficient, and did a great job on the repair. I highly recommend Texas Rock Chip for your windshield repair.

Quick and professional chip repair. The process was smooth with contacting my insurance and the repair was completed within 15 minutes, while we shopped in HEB. They are located at the back of the HEB parking lot. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable with the repair. Would visit them again if another repair is necessary (which is likely since 290 is chocked full of rocks).

Professional, friendly and quick service! Was very considerate when working with me and finishing up with another customer. 2 minor repairs only took about 16 minutes start to finish and was completely covered by my insurance (Nationwide). Highly recommend if you re in need of a quick repair! Bring cash if you d like to tip.

Shane made a HUGE rock chip into nothing. Drove right up and was done in about 20 min. Amazing! This is my second rock chip fixed by Texas Rock Chip. Both experiences were great.

I came last week with a very deep rock chip and the technician (Isaac) was able to fix it. He did a wonderful job, you can barely see it! Super happy, will recommend this location to all my friends

I needed my windshield repair for 2 small rocks that had damage my Jeep. I had seen this stand many times before this. Finally stop and spoke with Jonathan and in less then 20 minutes it look great again!

I stopped by Texas Rock Chip today after noticing a rock had hit my windshield. Ronnie immediately helped me out! He was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the entire process.

I came in with a pretty deep hole in my windshield and Jon was able to fix it so quickly! He made it look as if nothing was ever there in such in efficient manner. Definitely would return and have referred many of my friends.

I continue to get rocks chipping my windshield and I have come here everytime. Great service and very friendly. I highly recommend them before that chip turns into a crack.

Spend 13 dollars and buy a window repair tool it from Autozoon and watch YouTube video you will do a way better job from this shop
