Robert was very professional and provided reliable, trustworthy service. My oil pan gasket needed to be replaced and no other issues were brought up. My vehicle is running great and no longer leaking oil. Pricing was better than competitors, as I called five other locations. I will recommend this auto repair shop to friends and family!

The most honest mechanic I have ever worked with. You don t see people do business like this anymore, they are truly generous. This is always the hardest part about going to a mechanic, if they re actually there to help or take your money. This place goes beyond fair to help.I took my car in because it was misfiring. The next day they called me in and said my Catalytic Converter was old and causing the misfire. They took it off, drove it around, diagnosed everything. I asked what it would be to fix it, he told me if I ordered the part through him, through the manufacture, it would be around $2000. But he didn t try to push that, actually the opposite, he said go find the part cheaper online because you can find it for less the $200 and I can help you put it on if you want. I said thank you, and asked how much I owed him for diagnosing my car because he had to get the converter off and back on. He said you don t owe me anything! He didn t charge me at all. I left amazed!Then later my wife s car stop working. I take it in there, then the next day they called us backed and said it was the Intake Sensor. And that with labor and the part it would be $300. Always straight to the point and shows the price of everything transparently. It s so refreshing. We said great thanks. The next day they told us the new part wasn t working but that they cleaned out the old part and that that was now working. We came in to talk to him and he was upfront saying, I don t know why the new part isn t working but the old part is and it isn t setting off any codes. My wife was 7 months pregnant at the time so he wanted to make sure I felt comfortable taking it since he was worried it might get her stranded somewhere if it happened again. So he took it on a test drive with me and made sure I felt okay taking it home. The car seemed to be running great ( still is) so we drove back to take it home. When I asked how much we owed for all the trouble and work they went through, he again said, you don t owe me anything. I mean seriously, who does business like that anymore?? So refreshing. We were very grateful and both our cars are running great. He even called 2 days later to make sure the car was running well!This place is 10/10!

I ve been here twice for two issues, and both of them were resolved quickly. Very reasonably priced as well. The owners (I assume), make you feel like they genuinely care about your car issue, and they are very up front. Robert and his mechanics did a great job on my 2012 Sienna. Replaced passenger side axle and all 4 shocks and struts. Had the most competitive price too! Highly recommend!

Telge Automotive is my new go to place for auto repairs. I ve never met another mechanic who put so much effort into saving me money on my auto repair. Robert and his team are awesome and I highly recommend them to everyone in Cypress.

Absolutely the best place to take your vehicle. I'm usually skeptical and untrusting when it comes to auto repair shops but Robert is an honest man that just wants to do good work. Any time one of our vehicles has a problem I take it to him and I can rest assured it will be fixed correctly and that I'm paying a fair price. When we first found this shop it was after another place quoted us a huge amount for a repair that I didn't really think we needed. He diagnosed the van correctly, a minor issue with a much lower cost. Our family needed to keep our old van alive before we could afford to buy another and he kept it going for us. Another time we hooked up a backup camera incorrectly and couldn't find what we did wrong so we took it to Robert and he found the problem immediately and fixed it for free. This is definitely a family owned shop to support.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Engine repair, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

One of the hardest things to do is find an honest AND hard-working mechanic, but LOOK NO FURTHER! Telge Automotive is THE spot to take your vehicle! I just moved here from Louisiana, and after reading hundreds of reviews for mechanics within 20 miles of Cypress, calling for quotes and all, I can tell you that Robert & his crew will take the very best care of your vehicle(s) - every time! They will not just take your money for unnecessary repairs - Not EVER! They will keep you informed every step of the way, and will never touch something without 1st communicating with you. VERY friendly folks here (I forgot momma's name in the front office, but she's sweet as pie), and they're truly honest, ethical folks. Oh yeah... and their prices are HANDSDOWN the most reasonable. I'd give 20 stars if I could. Thanks Robert (& team) for taking good care of your new customer-for-life!

Robert fixed out cars faulty Rotors after telling him we had just purchased at O reillys a few months ago he said take let me take them off and tell them there bad tell em I said so. We did the O reillys manager said if Robert says there bad they are bad he gave us a new set the shaking problem was solved. Also fixed a seat belt GMC dealer quoted 600 bucks fixed for 160 incredible!Service: Steering & suspension repair

So incredibly honest and you cannot find that these days. Was told my truck repair would be about $1,300 and then another $240 for front brakes at whichhalf of the repairs quoted at the other place weren't even in need of repair. Robert at Telge fixed my truck for $695 walk out instead of a total of $1,540 that another local cypress auto repair that is well known tried to charge me. Robert saved me money and repairs that weren't even needed.They did the work the same day as well.Top knotch and classy all the way.Will definately return and highly recommend! Thanks Robert!!?

Robert Trevino is probably the MOST HONEST Mechanic I've ever had. He didn't charge me extra for unneeded repairs. He is a 10 STAR mechanic!!!! Highly recommend him!

Old-fashioned, no-frills repair shop. Good work, fair price, honest deal. Final bill exactly matched estimate. Water pump replacement took a little longer than expected but it was not a simple job. My old Malibu with 140K is on the road for a while longer yet.

We have been bringing our vehicles here for over 6 years . We have been to many of the other so called repair shops in Cypress . Roberts prices are very reasonable as compared to other places and the most important part is their honest.

Although Ive only used them once I was definitely pleased with their service and price. They seem very honest and dependable and I get a good vibe from the owner. I will be going back next time I need work done on one of my vehicles.

I went on Tuesday 2/25/20 for an overheating light coming on in my dash, my truck would only go 10 mph, They replaced a sensor, said that's all I needed. Nice to have an honest mechanic near my house, I highly recommend telge automotive

When my 05 F-150 began leaking oil and I was told it was a rack and pinion problem I called around to price a replacement. Most shops wanted over $1,000 to do it, but Robert and crew offered to do it for $350 cheaper. I dropped off the truck and waited on the call that she was ready for pickup. The call I did receive however, was NOT what I expected. My rack and pinion wasn't leaking and was in good working order, and Robert said he wouldn't feel right changing a part for no reason. The actual issue was a mere loose oil filter with a slow leak. When i arrived to pick up the truck he didn't want to charge me anything, even though he had also inspected the rear end per my request. These guys are honest, hardworking individuals who have definitely earned a customer for as long as they keep the doors open.

My mustang broke down just off of 290 near Telge. Road as I was driving back to Hutto Texas. I managed to coast it into a Valero Store just before it died with steam and smoke billowing from the engine compartment.I walked over to a propane company just behind the Valero and ask a few of the works if the could recommend an auto shop close by and they told me about Telgen Automotive. I called the auto shot and they immediately sent a wrecker to come and get my car. A few days later I heard from I believe was the owner (Robert) who said it was obvious that the engine belt had shredded apart causing the car to overheat and drain the battery. He told me step by step what he was going to do and every other day I got a call from him with an update. Before he proceeded to the next step I was made aware of the cost involved and he want to know if I wanted him to continue.I have been a police officer for the past 30 years and have rarely had this type of dealings with an organization. I can t say enough, to Robert and your crew kudos.David Mustang Owner
