Amazing experience for Thursday, April 11thAndrew and the team were prepared to help us with a flat tire we had to deal with while driving down 290 going westbound past Fry Rd. Within 30 minutes of arriving to the store, we were back on the road with a NEW tire actually matching others.Safely delivered Mom back home and arrived home myself after Andrew and team took care of our auto needs-Michael (Bridgeland/Cypress TX resident)

Front desk was helpful, polite, and straight to the point. Got an alignment and tire rotation. Was there for about an hour and a half but it was really busy so wasn t too long considering. They also completed a full auto inspection and sent me the report to inform me of any other recommendations they felt needed to be repaired.

I sat for 2 hours to get a state inspection done. Shop was half empty. At the end they recommended services I don t need. Coolant flush: just had radiator replaced, coolant is brand new. Front end alignment, car pulls. Not true, 1 week ago it had a front end alignment at the best Toyota off road specialist shop in Houston, it tracks perfectly straight. Tune up because running rough. Completely bogus and not true. All fraudulent recommendations. I will never visit a Sun Auto shop again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! First off, I went in to bring my car for an inspection and left my car there for about 3 hours when there were barely any other cars before me. I then went back to pay and what a coincidence they told the lady in front of me the same thing they told me. 1 of the tires failed the inspection and 1 barely passed. They tried to get me to pay almost $600 for 2 tires that I don t even need because I took my car else where and they said my tires were perfectly fine. They then charged me $25 for the inspection, $18 of that included an emission fee that I did not even ask for! They are a rip off here and lie about what is wrong with your car in order to make more money off of you. They also do other things that are not asked for in order to take your money! Wish I read the reviews before taking my car there because this is not the first time this has happened to someone. This place and the people need to be inspected itself before they keep tryna inspect others vehicles. Ridiculous.

Went in for a state inspection. I was told upfront the wait will be long, understandable, so I got picked up. About 1.5 hours later I get a call stating my car has failed inspection due to needing a tire replaced. I had just had new tires put on in the last 6 months. I was asked to pay over $500 for both front tires, I declined. I go in, pick up my car and while I m being checked out there was a lady right next to me being checked out and was told the EXACT same thing was wrong with her car. Down to the detail, needing one front tire replacement but strongly recommending both front tires. I said to the guy.. so I guess everyone is failing inspections today due to needing new tires. The guy said oh these things come in waves. On top of this I was charged 18.50 for an emissions test I did not ask for. In addition to the basic 7.00 inspection fee. This place is a joke and will rip you off. Do not go here. Sun auto YOU are the one that needs to be inspected.

Came in for inspection and rotation. Quoted about 40 minutes. After one hour car was waiting for rotation and needed another 40 minutes. Took car to discount tire and got free rotation with appointment. Willing to pay at Sun Auto but couldn t do. They over promised and under delivered

I ve been coming here for a few years for everything my car needs, and I ve never had a bad experience. Everyone is always so nice and nobody has ever tried to upsell me on things I don t need (or can afford to put off til a later visit). They re also excellent at explaining exactly what needs doing and why. Even if I have to drive across town, I will never go anywhere else (tried a different place once, it was awful)

Technicians were really nice. I came for a state inspection forgetting my headlight bulb was out. They offered me to get it replaced in order to pass. They went out their way to order bulbs and get it delivered to them. Very welcoming employees. I would ve been out in less than 30 minutes if it wasn t for that minor set back.

I just had oil change done at Sun Auto, and I highly recommend their service. The techs are thorough and attentive to details to provide an excellent service. The service is good since it s not like a drive-through oil change that is common nowadays. Specific details could easily forgotten, leading to significant problems later.Sun Auto checked my battery and fluids. Job well done at Sun Auto! Service: Oil change

I tried this place for the 1st time being close to church on a Saturday morning and us having to arrive to a church event by 1pm! I was on a time crunch with my 3 young kids trying to get this done @11:45am and done before 1pm! Tony was amazing and he took care of me knowing this in 20-30 min we were done for a tire replacement!!! Who does that and on a Saturday!! The funny thing is while on the phone before I stopped here I was heading to discount tire and their wait was 1-2 hours and the tire more expensive. My son said, why not Sun & Auto and I did not think to call because I never used them before for tires. So glad I did....less expensive, less time and quality customer service!Also convenient with kids to be in the shopping strip with Kroger, a pet shop with animals to see and restaurants. We walked to 2 places and spent our time well as we waited! I plan to come back when needed!!

I came for a my Honda Motorcycle state inspection. The staff is so welcoming. Though it was a busy schedule, Jana helped me get my inspection done and out in 30 mins. Very welcoming staff.

first time going there, very busy at 8am. wait time to get an oil change was 1 1/2 hours with one person already waiting for there car. overall, experience was good.

Between Jama and Adam you couldn t have asked for two better customer representatives. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Sun Auto recommend 2 thumps up.

Well I know this is a fairly large company their business model doesn't make a lot of sense and the cypress area they have five locations within a 5 mi radius two of which are in walking distance of each other. This found it very hard for me to locate my husband's vehicle and they were not very transparent with me and helping me figure out which location

I called to get a price for my cars spark plug replacement and they keep saying me, bring in the car, my technician will looknat it and give you the price.Wow, what to look at for the spark plug replacement . Just car's make model year is needed.Reminded me the car sales dealership.

Staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed! They seemed pretty busy, but told me my car would be ready in one hour. It actually took almost an hour and a half. I also noticed a customer that came in for the same thing I did, got there after me finished before me. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

The best customer service that I have ever received for vehicle maintenance. Everyone on staff was very polite and friendly. I was given a free shuttle ride to my house so that I could be productive while my car was being worked on. I was kept informed on the status of my vehicle and called when my service was complete. The Sun Automotive service in Fairfield has become my go to place for my two cars! I brought my wife s car in yesterday and had some significant service done, and they exceeded all of my expectations. In fact, something new showed up as I was picking up my car, and they made it very easy for me to decide whether to leave it or bring it back the next day. I left it and they delivered my car first thing this morning everything fixed!Service: Brakes

Had a great experience at sun auto with the help of Tony after having ran over a nail and puncturing my tire, luckily the damage wasnt too bad and sun auto helped me get it patched up and ready to go in no time! I had a great experience at Sun Auto Service! I went in for an inspection and the gang really went over my car checking it out carefully. I didn't pass due to the license plate light was out. But they put in a great effort to get it going. I'll be back as soon as I get the new one in... its a dealer item.

Received a coupon in the mail and wanted to try Sun Auto Service.. Cane here to receive an oil change and use my coupon but it wasn t until checking out that I was told I couldn t use my coupon because he had already entered the regular price in their system and there was no way around it. My coupon was still valid and recently mailed to me so I m confused as to why these are event sent out if you can t use them? Strange experience and ended up leaving paying $80 for an oil change instead of $50.

Love Sun Auto as always. From oil change to wheel alignment. Dropping off my vehicle today for the alignment, and the job had been done in as much as an hour. Better than that, the shuttle also took me to the Planet fitness nearby for my workout while waiting for the service, and got me back in time before store closing hours. It was extraordinary. Good conversation with Julian too, it was his 1st day at the store.
