They did exactly what I requested. Really appreciated there was no mention of additional costs and provided a very detailed report of services to consider on my next visit. Both of the Office Managers were fantastic. I will continue to bring my wife s 2013 Mercedes GLK350 here for service. Thanks Again Sun Auto Service!

From the moment I called VICTORIA SANCHEZ helped me with the best deal for oil change and I went straight to Sun Auto and she was working hard in the shop but came to taketh time to help me and even found I had a bad tire and she also gave me the best deal on that bc I live on a budget. Anyway the manager Victoria SANCHEZ made sure I was taken care of but didn't stop her from her other tasks. Everyone should go to Sun Auto and enjoy the cheap nice speedy service thanks VICTORIA SANCHEZ

This was my first visit to Sun Auto Service. I went to get an oil change. Victoria greeted you as you came in the door and she was professional and very personable. I was impressed with how clean the place was and the nice waiting area they had set up. I will probably go to Sun Auto Service when I need service work done. I was impressed.

Went to Sun Auto for an oil change. Very nice folks. Have a service to drop you off and pick you up from home. Decently priced. But a few months later, I noticed oil was leaking from my car. I have a corvette stingray which has two oil drainage caps and only one was drained and that resulted in overfilling with oil (mistakes happen).I got it repaired and reached out to sun auto about the incident and much to my amazement, they reimbursed me for the cost of the error.What really impressed me was the way the manager of this location took ownership and personally handled this situation. It really shows that this Sun Auto location truly cares and stands by their work.A bad situation was perfectly remedied; you don t see that as often these days so I will continue to do business here.

I have been a loyal customer of this location for over 6 years from when they were previously Louetta Automotive. I have always serviced my (4) vehicles at this location and that will END as of today 3/14/24. Sun Auto has lost my business, lost my extended families business, and I will make it a point to inform my colleagues never to step foot in this place again and suggest the reader of this review do the same.

So I used a coupon $19.99 convention oil. I have been running conventional oil for years with no problems! The guy at the counter keeps trying to upsell me. The he said no more than 45 min. Well 1 1/2 hr later and I'm still here! Watched the two guys changing my oil play on there cell phones for at least 1/2. Hr before the even lifted the truck to drain the oil.

Thank you so much! I saw that nail/screw sticking out of the tire and just knew I shouldn't pull it out and deflate the tire. I went right over to see you! You quickly got me serviced and thank goodness I had the roadside protection and was able to get a brand new tire because of where the puncture appreared on the tire. Thanks so much!

I am always super pleased with my services at Sun Auto. They are very friendly, provide a speedy service, helpful with anything, and trust worthy. They also have a comfortable customer waiting area. Highly recommend their services. I always get my oil changes here now.

We ve been to Sun Auto multiple times and had a good experience each time. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and they have never tried to sell me on something that wasn t necessary. They have always been honest and affordable. Mike, the assistant manager, is a pleasure to work with, and we will keep coming back.

Went for maintenance/oil-change, receptionist was nice, good price, but sadly it all down hill from there. Tire pressures were already uneven immediately after, 2 at 35 and 2 at 30, diagonal from each other. Shortly after I also discovered 2 nails in 2 tires. They either didn't look, find, tell me or worse. When I tried to pump up the tires a few days later because 1 was at 15psi, I couldn't unscrew the valve for one tire because it was tightened too much, even with pliers. When I went to replace tires elsewhere, the lug nut key was missing for the locks so they had to destroy them so I lost those also. Also a 3rd nail in 3rd tire was found, so even more likely of bad service. I don't dare ever going back here.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. She showed me the customer waiting room and even told me that there were drinks and snacks and to help myself. After they were through the mechanic showed me to my car and opened the door for me and closed the door after I was in. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs excellent service.

We took our granddaughters car for front end alignment. They found other problems. Too expensive to get it done today, we will collect the parts, save money.. and come back. We want granddaughter to have a reliable car. Victoria was courteous and excellent at communicating. Everything was explained very thoroughly by Victoria. Thank you guys for your help with this matter.

The Sun Auto Telge location in Cypress always treats me respectfully. They are always honest, caring and very knowledgeable when it comes to my vehicle. Was disturbed that our AC that they replaced malfunction intermittently almost immediately after they replaced it. Wife took it back in but they told her it had to be malfunctioning when we brought it in. When I was finally able to get it back in while it was malfunctioning they were able to diagnose the issue and honored their warranty with no issues. They were very accommodating when I brought it in, gave me a complimentary ride home and offered to pick me up when it was done. Over all I am very satisfied, would have given them 5 stars had they taken the car and checked it when my wife had brought it in.Service: A/C installation & repair

Horrible! Had an appointment for an oil change. I was told that the wait is about 1hr 45min. I was told to come back around 3:45- 4:00pmI came back at 3:45pm and waited for the next 2 hours. Never again!!!
