You ve earned a loyal customer! Terrance was prompt at providing me an update very early in the day, then originally what was thought to be a two week wait for a part, they came to a quick solution and had my vehicle repaired SAME DAY!Terrance was phenomenal to work with. For their impeccable customer service and transparency, they have earned my loyalty to be a returning customer for any and all maintenance or repair work. Terrance deserves to be recognized as a top notch employee!

This place over charges you and lies, claimed to have done a diagnostic on my wife s car, but didn t. They charge us for the diagnostic. Took it to my mechanic and said they didn t even touch anything. They just assumed that was the issue and we re gonna charge us for things that weren t even wrong with the vehicle. When I took my car to get an oil change, they put the cabin air filter in wrong so clearly they re inexperienced and don t know what they re doing

This is my favorite place for an oil change!Mostly because the wait time is exponentially shorter than all the other locations typically.... I guess due to the fact that it's not off a main road, or the stop and go rush hour cluster f$#k. But they usually have coupons avail and a conventional oil change can be done around $25 or less!And the guys here aren't pushy about everything you "need" or service they guilt you into, which i really appreciate. Thanks for being pleasant and not pushy, and always being fast with oil changes!

I have mixed feelings about me and my wife's experience with Sun Auto service because after literally being defrauded of my money by the manager of one location and trying for a few weeks to contact the corporate office to no avail...me and my attorney was just going to file a lawsuit to recover the stolen money for the false services. When I was told legally I had to give them a chance to fix their mistake it was bitter sweet because nothing was wrong with my car in the first place. So when the other location fix my car...it was fixing the problem and the parts they put in that was not needed. Sam and Terrance were super professional at letting them show them the proof of their brother store cheating me and damaging my car and I allowed them to actually fix about $2600 more of suspension work separately from the fraudulent work the other store did. They beat the price of Pep Boys by almost $200 and finished it that same day. Thank you guys for keeping my wife and children safe! I edited this review because it didn't reflect the great I received from the Store #4311.

Needed to get an inspection done and everywhere else was either unavailable or had a long wait. I was able to get in and get out with a passing inspection in under 15 minutes (granted it wasn t a super busy time). Everyone there was very nice and prompt. Highly recommended. Will be coming back for my other vehicles.

Came to THIS Sun Auto many years, continuously. They are very good at what they do, and super fast and professional. My car was died at cypress Costco parking lot, and needs special towing service. Because I ve been used this shop for many years, and I don t know what to do, so I called this shop and asked for help. They arranged tow truck, get my car in, fixed the problem, and told me it was just battery issues, saved me A LOT of money and time. They are simply the best, and I will never go anywhere else as long as I am still live here. Thank you for the fabulous service!! A loyal customer

I went to this location for the first time about 10 days ago Before going, I called for availability. The gentleman on the phone was harsh, but no worries still went anyway. In the drop off process, my information was asked, and when I was asked for my home address, I said I would rather not give my home address. I was told I had to give my home address. I m very uncomfortable, giving my home address no man only operated business. Should be asking women for their home address but I started to give them my address anyway. After realizing that I needed to get pricing first before I even give them my address because I ve never been to Son automotive. I told guy behind the desk that I need pricing. The guy behind the desk response was to kick me out because I Didn t give him my full home address. What kind of a business kicks women out because they want pricing and don t give their address right away? In a time when women know we have to be safe. It s sad that instead of being allowed to take charge and be safe we get kicked out of mail run businesses because we don t give them what they want as fast as they want. I say women be aware of going to this location at the very least

Horrible! I was a loyal customer of Louetta Automotive for years, but I will not be back. I was told at an oil change that I needed front and rear brakes immediately. I was not comfortable with their high pressure scare tactics so I took my car to the dealership. I was shocked to learn that my front brakes were still at 6mm, no where near the 1mm I was told by Sun Auto. I was also told my Timing Belt needed to be replaced, according to the dealership I don't even have one. What was once a great repair shop is a bunch of crooks.

Friendly staff, seemed to be a good place. Service didn t take too long, I don t know how many cars were in front of me in the queue but I had to leave my vehicle there for a few hours, which is the reason for not giving 5 stars.

The mechanics did an outstanding job in repairing the multiple issues I had with my car. However, once I went to pick up my car they wanted to charge me almost 35-40% more than the amount I approved through their online system, AutoServe 1. I got a bit frustrated, and told the counter clerk that the amount was not correct and that I needed to discuss it with their manager, so he just decided to raise his voice and point at me to tell me that I needed to calm down when I have barely said anything to him. Their manager said that the amount I approved was not correct just because the amount they had on their side was higher, and that it may have been because of an IT mistake. I explained to him that the mistake is an error of their organization and not mine; hence not my fault and that the estimate I approved was then a false estimate. After going back and forward he finally agreed to drop the cost to a more meet-in-the-middle cost. So in conclusion, if you take your car here expect great quality service from their technicians, but 100% DO NOT trust the cost estimate they send you through Auto Serve 1, especially if it is a high dollar repair with multiple line items. Just call them to discuss the cost estimate over the phone to verify its accuracy before you approve. Also, I guess stay calm so you don t get yelled at to calm down.

We had to bring our Corolla in, and they had a specialist look at it for the problems and got it handled as quick as they could. They kept us well informed and were super nice and helpful during the whole process.

This shop lacks quality work, integrity & the ability to admit when they made a mistake. We recently got our brakes replaced there. Several strangers would roll down their windows to tell us that our back tires were wobbling while driving. When we took the issue to Sun Auto, we were advise to go to the place we purchase the tires, possible balance issue. Went to Discount tires, where the manager explained that the replacement of the brakes & rotors was done with poor work. The screws that were in place were not flush with the rotor, causing indention to the rims, as well as the wobbling motion. He advised that it was poor work & my vehicle was not safe to drive. I took my vehicle back to Sun Auto & they came with several answers of deny, deflect or confused. I heard maybe the screws were placed in the wrong place, screws aren't necessary, only when installing the brake & rotor. Maybe they forgot to remove them. No real admission of mistake & no apology.Worse, the courtesy car transportation was schedule to pick me up at 4:30. It didn't come until 6:00. I was 30 mins late picking up my daughter. Super frustrating, very disappointed. We were going to this place for years, even prior to the switch over. Hope they make a change in their customer service & quality of work.

They had told me wait time was going to be 1 hour and a half for my state inspection to be done, which is fine because they said that the person who does inspections just took his lunch break, but then 2 hours roll by and i get no update, and then when i come back to the shop to check on my car, the guy at the front seems to have noticed that he forgot and he had asked a coworker to get the car. Mind you i had called before getting there and it said 25 minutes till it was ready so i i waited and got there after the 25 minutes were up, and when i get there they havent even started on my inspection

I've visited this location before and had excellent service. This last time, not so much. Seems to be run by a bunch of lazy teenagers. They were 3 employees sitting aimlessly at the front just socializing. They said it would take 45 min to do an oil change. After 1 hour I came out of the waiting area and asked how much longer. They said they needed to order the filter bc they don't have mine. It's only a Hyundai and I've never had that problem.They didn't bother communicating it to me. They said they needed 15 more minutes but offered no reassurance that it would be done in that timeframe. Nobody honestly seemed to care. I told them I have to pick up my son from the bus and I need a solution. They offered to take me home.Thank goodness I have another vehicle so I was able to take my daughter to dance class.They called and said I need to pay over the phone and pick up tomorrow. I was mad bc the person who dropped me off at my house said they would bring the car to me. So now I needed to pay for an Uber to get me there and their private secured link to pay was down and the lack of professionalism in these kids didn't give me the assurance needed to give them my card over the phone.When I asked to speak to upper management the kidclaimed he was the manager and got an attitude. He claims I left the store without his approval which I find comical bc it was his employees that drove me home. They said they would tell him that I have to get my kids after their services ran over 90 minutes for a basic oil change. Whether they relayed that information to him or not is an internal problem, not mine.Eventually I ran out of options and had to pay over the phone. They closed their store and were able to drop off my car where I was at. I asked them to please have tbe printed receipt in the car. Of course they didn't and I had to go out of my way to get it the next day.Overall they came up with solutions to help, but by far nobody is holding that place accountable. Horrible communication, accountability, professionalism or general care.

This place is great! If I could leave 100 starts I would, Cliff and the rest of the team here are professional, helpful, and understanding. I would come back here 10/10 times and I recommend everyone to come here for anything you might need.

1/2024 Update:Radiator leaking after 14 months. Refused to honor their 24k/24 month parts and service warranty by claiming only 12k/12 month for service despite on order to get my to authorize repair. Read warranty language on invoice and it lists coverage of both parts and service. Complained to the support email that replied below and the store manager said he was authorized to refund me for the labor but not the diagnostic fee for checking a warranty issue or the coolant service that s required when you fix a faulty radiator that s supposed to be under warranty. Avoid this shop. They don t honor states warranty and Sun Auto corporate will not stand behind it either.Original Review:Had my thermostat replaced here twice. Took it to the dealer because it was still overheating and found out Sun used aftermarket part which caused my water heater to burn up.Had my AC condenser replaced in another vehicle and it s still having issues and making terrible noise. They eventually had to replace under warranty making 3 warranty repairs in a year.The management and techs seem to rotate through this place. The dealer may be more expensive initially but will save you money when Sun Auto screws up your car and you have to take it to the dealer anyways!

Love it when I can leave a stellar review for a genuinely good service! Christian and the team at Sun Auto in Cypress (Bridgeland) were not only top-notch professionals but the price was also very fair. I compared them to another brand locally and saved around $500! Being new to the area, they were super convenient to reach. They offered me a ride while my car was being serviced. I never get excited about spending hard earned money on car repairs, this is no exception, but the customer service made it bearable! Seriously though, good service, great value. They earned our business! They also work on Audi and Alfa Romeo (some places I have been to are scared to work on these cars). I won t say that I am looking forward to my car needing repairs any time soon, but you know where we will be going if it does! Thank you Christian, I appreciate you and thank you Sun Automotive for the good and affordable service. Clif and his staff are top notch! Had a couple of pretty serious issues pop up with our expedition a few days before a family road trip from Houston to the Grand Canyon. They got us all fixed up with a quick turn around at a fair price. Clif was very good with communication and his staff was very thorough. 3,758 miles round trip and no issues! The staff were super friendly. I went in to obtain a State Inspection and was out of there within 15-20 minutes. The interior was clean , had a coffee and water bar, along with a separate kids play room. I would recommend this place for sure!
