I highly recommend this auto repair shop if you are in Cypress. This was my first time doing business with them and they exceeded my expectations! Great customer service, quick turnaround and reasonable prices (estimate given in detail before work got started). They are family owned so they care about earning and keeping your business unlike the national or regional auto repair shops in the area. Will definitely come back next time I need their service!

Supremely pleased with the quick service on our vehicle and in the office...which by the way was itself was clean and organized. Very reasonable priced as well. this is the type of place that charges you 600 dollars for a 400 dollar carburetor. I also received my car with new damage to it that wasn t there before and was not brought up to me ehen paying for my car back, i found it on my own. they didn t fix it either

Returning customer we had an oil change and an inspection on our 2014 Toyota Camry . Arrived a little bit before the appointment they were very understanding. Did the oil change first and then the car inspection . No problem that s why we are returning customers as I was waiting inside I got to speak with the owner the father and the son very very nice people . This is why we go here cause it s our family owned business recommended . The price was good fast service .

I've never had issues with my car, so I infrequently visit auto-repair shops. For that reason, I'm always hesitant to walk in because I'm incompetent with these types of things. Yet, instantly I was welcomed and made comfortable that all my vehicle issues would be resolved. You'll most likely meet Christian, who's incredibly knowledgeable but also exceedingly kind. He'll ensure your experience is great. I'd definitely go to this shop before any other.

The employees are excellent and a good service, however the owner is not at all friendly and has bad costumer service, sitting at the front desk playing video games.

I've been driving by this place for the better part of 20 years but never took my business there...until recently. I had been having an AC issue for the last 3 years and the nearby shop I had been using for many years finally gave up and told me they couldn't fix it. So I popped into this little neighborhood shop for some help. Everyone I met was really friendly and eager to help. Christian gave me an honest, fair quote and even suggested that if they're fix attempt failed he would put my old parts back on a only charge for the initial consultation! No one has EVER made that claim before. But it didn't matter, because in their first attempt they fixed it. The AC is still blowing cold 3 weeks later! They have earned my business for as long as I live here...for all 4 of my family's vehicles. Thank you Christian!

Great pricing, but extremely slow front desk. There s only one person working .Edit: Came back 10 months later. Cheap price but still had to wait an hour for an oil change

Being the kind of person that scours the internet for the best vehicle maintenance deals, I know it can come at a cost in terms of the quality of work that results. I ve had my fair share of bad experiences, but I can confidently say that this is a 5 star shop. The staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and they are willing to walk you through your vehicles issues as well as the work they performed to correct it. What I appreciated most was the fact that they didn t sit there and try to upsell me on additional maintenance like most shops tend to do. Again, they will make you aware of what their opinions/suggestions are, but they won t push you to make a decision on the spot.Their prices are more than fair and for the high quality of work you receive, you absolutely cannot beat it. What an awesome shop! The team was very attentive and got right to the difficult problems... I thought I was going to be in for a huge bill. BUT, they were accurate and fair and did not make a huge markup. They did excellent work for a fair price. How rare is that these days. If you need anything at all, it is very worthwhile to at least have them look first!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

One of the best shops in Cypress. Good quality of service, punctual, and all employees working with a good attitude.Young manager who knows exactly what he is doing and he s happy to help you. There aren t too many things Skinner Goodyear can t do. Excellent shop. highly recommend. 10/10.

Just wanted to stop in and thank Christian for helping me with my car. He and one of his staff members were there to help me immediately. My car stopped at the light on Skinner and Huffmeister ,which just happened to be right across the street from where they were. They noticed immediately and ran to help me. I am so very happy that they were there and they fixed my car within three hours. Big shout out to these guys! I am forever grateful! I can t thank you guys enough! I had a flat tire while on a trip, and although they didn't have a tire for me there they could switch, they got my tire pumped enough so I could get to a nearby place which could. They were friendly and helped me quickly.I would absolutely give them my business if I happen to be nearby again.

the employees are so nice here as soon as you step inside you feel like you re vehicle is in good hands, the manager is so polite and friendly, i ve always brought my vehicle to get serviced here and i never had a problem with them ever, i would recommend 10/10 to bring your vehicle here if you think they are scamming you somewhere else the guys here are so honest about the problems of your car if they see it they will tell you.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto brake repair, A/C installation & repair
