I have been bringing my cars to Skeeters for the last four years. Introduced to them by a friend and have not left! Every time I come, Todd is amazing with service and always takes care of my vehicles even though Skeeters is an hour away from my residence I ll never switch because I truly believe they take care of the person as well as the vehicle, which I really respect!

Skeeters saves me lots of money by keeping my old cars running. They provide quality service at a great price. They are honest & transparent. They help me budget for future maintenance by providing lists of upcoming recommendations of service along with pricing. They really care about their customers.

I will not be using Skeeter's to perform maintenance on my F-150. Drove to the shop to visit with a service advisor (3/1/24 2pm) about the needed service. I wanted to get the timing chain and cam phasers replaced on a 2017 3.5 Eco Boost. The grey bearded service advisor in the office indicated that this maintenance would require the cam shafts to be replaced and he would recommend that the ENGINE be replaced to address the issue. I was quite surprised by this response as changing these ware parts is normal maintenance. I told the service advisor thank you for your time, and I would not need the Service of Skeeters.

Great service incredible staff! You get a honest cost of work done plus cost so reasonable! Service is done on time and communication during process. Wont take my car anywhere else!

My 1st visit to Skeeter s was when I was 18yrs old to figure out what was going on with the alternator on my 1969 Cutlass. I m now 61 yrs of age and have never taken any of my vehicles for repairs other than Skeeter s Automotive. That s 43 years folks! The team at Skeeter s go above and beyond for their customers. They truly listen and I never feel like I m taken advantaged of because I don t know much about cars. This is an honest shop, and I m really glad I finally found a shop that I can trust.

Had oil change and wanted a wheel alignment based on dealership recommendations. Wife had oil change done and they advised her she didn t need an alignment and told her oil change is recommended every 5 k miles. She was very pleased with them and there service and honesty!!

Skeeter s and their exceptional service and professionalism never disappoints and unless it is a repair covered by a warranty, I don t take my vehicle anywhere else. Every single person at Skeeter s is genuinely friendly and a pleasure to interact with.

Great experience with Todd. He was very professional and took the time to explain what they did to my car after the repairs were done. Had to get my AC Freon re-filled. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great repair automotive place. Prices are very fair.

The man at the front desk immediately looked at my car and went over possible problems and cost. Most shops make me feel uncomfortable because I worry about them trying to take advantage of me by charging for unnecessary work but I didn't feel that way here.

I came in for an oil change and Mr. Kacey politely showed me another problem I had with my vehicle. I was also given a coupon for my oil change and scheduling for my other repair was so easy. The ladies in the office are also very kind and welcoming.

Had a good experience for my 1st time using them. I had an alignment done on a 07 Dodge Ram 1500, and it came great. I will be using them for future alignments.

I took my truck in for a diagnostic. They gave me the quote and I said I would be bringing the truck back when I m ready to do the repairs. Before I could leave, He then charged me almost 200 to get my truck diagnosed. And also charged me for shop supplies that they said they used to do the diagnostic, but was verified by another mechanic that they didn t. Funny thing, I would have actually brought my truck back to do the work they quoted, but they shot themselves in the foot by charging such a steep diagnostic fee.

I strongly recommend Skeeter's.Todd was very knowledgeable and helpful. Worked with me on my issues with my car and gave me great service information and really helped guide me with the insurance process to get everything taken care of for payment and more. A+++ service and I will tell many others about this great place. They have also been in business for many many years. Which is also telling you something. I was referred here and I am so glad I decided to go.

Undeniably the most cordial staff in the city! Anytime I go in they make sure I am taken care of in a timely manner. Even if they cannot provide the service you need they make sure they recommend you to another local business.

Me and my family have been going here for 3 generations I won't recommend them anymore after the problems I'm having and they won't admit to failing to do right by me and my family. I took my 2017 Ram 1500 and with a check engine light on to have it looked at and it took 3 weeks to have them look at the vehicle and then tell me that my extended warranty would only cover so much had to get a loan to pay the rest and then now my vehicle is having an issue that should have been fixed when I paid all this money to have it corrected in the first place they keep telling me that all this happened sometimes I've talked to four other mechanic shops and they all recommend that this item be replaced at the time of the work that I had done was completed this should have been replaced skeeters automotive will not admit fault and not take care of it because they feel that it's not their problem not a place I'd recommend to anybody

These folks do great work. Skeeter's has worked on my cars when needed for many years now. I think they are the best at what they do. They stand behind their work and their prices are reasonable. Casey is excellent at providing great customer service.

They are wonderful here. Casey is always very helpful and descriptive, and gave us extremely valuable information when evaluating our current vehicle at the time and when evaluating a used vehicle for purchase. The ladies at the office are also very friendly. If you need car work or maintenance, go here.

I have always gone to Skeeter's for any work on my truck and I am religious in going to them for oil changes. We've trusted their business for so many years and will not take our cars anywhere else! Staff is great and I have always enjoyed working with Casey!! This visit I replaced my shocks and what a difference that made. Done very quickly as well!!
