I came in this morning, pulling off the road with a vehicle emergency, and not only were the staff understanding, calm, and patient, but they fixed my car and got me back on the road in about 5 mins total. Absolutely saved me as I was on my way to the airport and they made sure I got there okay. I am so grateful to them and their ability to quickly and kindly help me.

I would give a five star but Martha, the service desk attendant was not not not so good. It took 45min just to write up a ticket for an oil change which should have taken less than ten, and the ticket was still wrong. Manager and Service Manager stepped in and did a great job in making sure I was taken care of. She was not knowledgeable about cars what so ever, when asked to call management to assist, she never took the time to do so. My plans were cancelled because failure to own up to asking for assistance when needed. I m usually in and out which in a 20 min time frame for an oil change. She needs serious coaching and also needs to learn SOMETHING about cars.

Brandon Serwan, a customer service associate here at Service Street Auto Repair in Cypress, goes above and beyond for his clients. He is friendly, professional, and diligent qualities that are uncommon these days.Mr. Damien is the manager here and I see that he s trained Brandon well not to discount Brandon s personal traits for himself, but Brandon places special care and attention to his client s concerns (for me, I came in to have an oil change, but was concerned about my brakes). He returned to me with honest, objective feedback which was not slanted/pressured towards sales. I really appreciate his work and for that alone, I ll not only be returning I ll also recommend this place to my friends and family.

So i had them test the spark plugs and change them on my car a while back and they ended up leaving two loosely screwed in and the two were my old plugs. I ended up broken down on the side of the road and had to fix it myself as one popped out. I also had them diagnose the problem on my car which was the timing and it went off a tooth by the time i had driven 10 miles. I wouldn t recommend service street.

Had a nice experience at this service facility. Damien, the front manager was professional and courteous. Came for an oil n filter change. The service techs did a complete check of my truck and provided me with info regarding optional maintenance that was needed. No hassle or pushing of addtl services. Reasonable priced service. I'll be back.

This place went out of their way to help me with my vehicle. I'm just passing through the area. The manager was very helpful to get me back on the road. Very honest mechanic. That's so rare these days.

Was having engine trouble, pulled in to the shop, said we needed some assistance identifying the problem. They took the car, had us out in 20 minutes. Friendly staff, incredibly helpful, can t remember the technician s name, but he was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend.

This automotive service shop used to be called drivers auto repair. They have always seem to have friendly, upfront staff, kind of hard to say on their technicians.

My senior dad had a serious problem with his f250 which cost to fix was alot more than I want to say. However due to trying to get his car insurance to cover the cost his truck was at the shop for almost a month. They took care of his truck while we waited for word from the insurance. These guys were patient and understanding. My dad being a senior citizen with some memory loss would call everyday or drive by to see his truck and I'm sure he would ask the same questions over and over on a daily basis. Thank God for Damien Peters for his understanding and patience with the truck and my father. Long story short great my dad says his truck runs like a new one. Thanks Damien for being so good with my dad.

From the moment I got out of my vehicle to speak to someone it was a wonderful and welcoming experience. Roderick and Marco provided excellent communication and service throughout my entire time there which was extensive. I needed an oil change, the front part of my car replaced, engine issue that had to be diagnosed and parts needed to be researched and ordered, flat tire, they communicated with me very well and got everything done timely. This place is great! They're very helpful and don't try to overcharge. Kai was really nice and helped me with everything I needed. I had to wait a lot longer than expected because of a part but they made up for it by giving me a discount. We have used this service center for the oil change and safety inspection and our experience was excellent each time. Last week, we visited to get the vehicle inspection done. The person at the front desk greeted us kindly, checked us in within 5 min, started working on our car immediately. Great customer service and excellent work. I went in today to get my state inspection done. There were a few cars there and was told it would take about 45 minutes. I waited in their cute waiting room and less than 30 minutes later they were done!! So fast, friendly and efficient! Highly recommend!

I would give negative stars if possible.My truck was there for 8 days and I never once got a call ( they claimed they called me which was a lie ) . I would have to call and ask them for an update. I was told they filed a warranty claim on day 2. After day 8 I called the warranty co and no one even contacted the warranty company . When I brought this up of course they argued about it with me but I have the report stating I was the only one that called. Went and picked my truck up and took it to the dealership and will never go back to service street again. I would love to have the owner reach out to me as the management there has been horrible there since they bought out drivers auto

Took my car in today for a state inspection service. The waiting area is so clean. The staffs are super nice and friendly. Their service quality is highly recommended, on top of that they work out the schedule very efficiently!!! I will come back next time ;)

I have used this service center for the oil change and safety inspection and my experience was good each time. Michael, the store owner is super nice and friendly. He is very knowledgeable too. While he did the inspection, he observed few things on my vehicle and he shared those findings with me. He was very professional and never pushed me to get those services done. My interaction with him gave me a lot of confidence that I will get the best service here. I'll definitely be back to complete the jobs that Michael suggested. Also, he told me that they offer 10% off on Saturdays, so that is another plus if you can schedule your service on Saturdays.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Hello, being a new resident in Texas, my husband and I were informed that an emission test was needed. I called Service Street and Kyle scheduled my emission test the same day. He detailed the process with a great deal of kindness and politeness. Do not hesitate to visit if you need service, he treated each client with the same respect. We have only been in Texas a few weeks and needed to get an inspection and weren t sure how to do it. We walked in were greeted so kindly, asked for our info and instantly started on our cars, got it done super quick we barely had to wait. Fantastic service and amazing kindness. I don t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience. It s worth noting that I m unsure if this review will be published, as it seems only 5-star reviews make the cut. If it doesn t, I ll find other ways, like social networks, to share my story.On August 18th, I visited the store for a battery replacement. Two gentlemen at the front desk appeared helpful and friendly, but things took a turn. They presented me with charges and additional recommendations, including issues with my AC and battery. While I knew my car had problems, these two were crucial. I hesitated to go to the dealership due to high costs. The front desk gentleman offered to inspect the AC and battery. After diagnosing the issue, he informed me that my AC was out of refrigerant, which surprised me because it wasn t completely malfunctioning. He suggested a $250 fee to check for leaks and refill the refrigerant, offering a $50 discount to persuade me.They replaced the battery and claimed to have refilled the refrigerant and fixed the leak. I left the store satisfied but soon noticed that the AC hadn t improved, in fact, it got worse. I assumed it needed time to settle after the refrigerant refill. Two weeks passed, and the AC was still performing poorly, so I returned to the store. When I inquired about the issue, the front desk gentleman became frustrated and started blaming me without reason. Politely, I asked if there were any issues, to which he suggested it might be a leak. I reminded him that I had paid for refrigerant and leak repair, but he seemed annoyed and defensive. After a heated argument, he reluctantly agreed to re-check and eventually claimed there was a problem with the condenser.I had paid $250 to fix the AC, but it appeared they hadn t done anything substantial. They returned my car, insisting everything was fine, which felt like a dishonest business practice. After I lodged a complaint, they conveniently blamed it on the condenser. It seemed like they were trying to cover up their lack of work and charged me for services they hadn t performed. This experience was unprofessional and dishonest, and I won t be returning to Service Street. This also marks my first and last visit to any independent auto service store.Service: Auto battery replacement

On Saturday, April 22, I went to Service Street for a state inspection, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The place was not only friendly, but also fast and clean.What impressed me the most was the speed at which the inspection was completed. I didn t have an appointment and despite being a busy day, the staff worked efficiently to get my car inspected and me on my way in about 40 minutes!Overall, I would highly recommend Service Street to anyone in need of a state inspection or any other automotive services. The friendly staff, fast service, and clean environment make it my choice in the future.

I received great customer from Service Street Auto repair! Let me first say the manager Roderick sets the tone and was very professional and friendly!!! He is an asset to this business. James is another great employee that assisted me! It s rare that you find a business that takes the time to explain and treat customers this way. I experienced great customer service and also they were not trying to beat me out of my money. I found this business to be fare with prices and did a great job!
