Good afternoon, my name is Carlos Delgado I am a customer of this carwash(9315 Spring Cypress)I have been coming here for years because of the price professionalism and great cleaning. Today was just another day I brought my car (155) to be clean. Although my car was clean and there were a lot of customers, I understood there was going to be a while for my car to be clean. . The problem I have was too many of your employees were arguing with each other and no one was cleaning my car. I spoke with the lady in the counter and issued my concern. She came out and that my car was still unattended. Because of all of the arguments I was concerned that my car would be damaged. I come here to get my car wash without any issues. When the lady from the counter ask a male employee what the problem was he informed her who was arguing, she then says those two again! There are too many car washes I can go where I don t have worry about anything happening to my car. This type of customer service is unacceptable. Thanks

Front desk lady is very Rude.Thay have a front desk coffee Station just for show.I was going to get cofee and she was literally curse me and telling that's not for customer.If it is not for customer why they keep it in front desk.When I was sitting at waiting at waiting area she was moking

This place sucks, I should ve known better than to come here after a bad experience I had 6 years ago. I was hopeful the owner had changed and customer service would improve but it hasn t. The gentleman who fixed my tail light was the only positive in my experience today. I always tip well because I know the workers are being exploited by the rude and unpleasant management. My car wash was poorly done. The vacuum job was rushed and when I mentioned that my back seat was still covered in dog hair I was told I would need to pay 15 dollars more after paying 30 already and tipping 20. Won t be returning. Ever!

Fantastic experience! My truck badly needed a deep clean and they did so great. David was the Sales rep that quoted me for my custom hand wash because of course this truck won't fit in the tunnel. Mart�n was the gentlemen who did the work. They cleaned it inside and out and it smells great too. Very reasonably priced... I thought it seemed a little too low but don't worry, I tipped him and he deserved it. I've brought my wife's car here for years and they've always done great. Even though I moved 20 minutes further away, I'll always come back here.

Broke my car from inside while one of their employee was cleaning and they still didn t fix my car as promised still waiting on them and location manager (Farnando) behavior is unacceptable if you are going to ask why it s taking long their accuse is can t find the parts and he is going to tell you to to take it to court if you want don t recommend anyone to get their car clean from there because if they broke something in your car it will take forever for them to take care of it and they will not let you to fix it from dealer ship. SAVE YOUR CAR TO GET DAMAGE

Got an oil change done here and left with a huge oil leaked from the car. Good thing I was only about 5 minutes away...Had to return so that they can changed the oil filter again. Asked to speak to the General Manager (Fernando) regarding the issue but apparently the front desk lady (Jennifer) said he was going to be in a meeting all day. I literally saw her go into his office and he was with one other person. Apparently customer service don't matter to them. Take your business somewhere else unless you want more possible damages to your car.

Worst service ever. They didn t vacuum under sliding chair, didn t wipe down interior. Paid $25 plus $11 tip for just vacuuming. Went to talk to the manager and they refused to even look at it. Do not waste your moneyService: Auto interior vacuumingService: Auto interior vacuuming

Wondering if they got bought out or something!? I used to come here for literally anything wrong with my car, but no longer!!!! I ve been noticing fishy stuff going on and today was the last straw! Took my perfectly driving car to get an oil change (I get a text 15 minutes after I left) you need a new battery . Your car died on us and we have to jump it! What?????? 15 minutes ago it was just fine and I haven t had any issue until I dropped it off with you. I proceed to tell him no and he is very very very very insistent (very annoying) I get a new battery with him! Ughhh no thank you, duhhhh I ll go to Auto Zone and pay was less and anyone can help me put it in for free (my 16 year old son included)! Plus I really find it hard to believe this is even true! Picked up my car today and it s been turning on fine all day, and again never had an issue before! They just want to take your money . They are sales ppl! Stay away unless you want to buy things they want you to buy to make a sale! So disappointed bc it never used to be like this!

I went to just run my car through the wash, which they do a great job. I ended up getting the super wash so I could have her really cleaned and detailed cuz it needed it. David's team made my car look brand new! I highly recommend Rain Forest car wash and detailing.

DO NOT GET A CARWASH HERE> THEY ARE LIE and are DECEITFUL PLEASE READI am requesting an immediate phone call with the owner. I am the owner of the 2021 Escalade that was damaged due to the actions of one of your staff members. I have been very patient and amenable during this process which started in March 2022. I have been given the run around for 2 months now with the understanding that you and your team would do the right thing and assist me with paying my vehicle deductible as this was stated by the manager (which was recorded). Tonight your manager Fernando changed his tune and said your company will not help with any repair cost.Over the last two months I have periodically reached out to these people to understand what their process was for reconciling issues. At every step of the way I have expressed that I only wish to come to an amicable resolution and they "seemed" to be in agreement. However, all they have been doing is delaying. When they say they will call me back (they never do). I ALWAYS have to pop up later in the evening (after I get off work) to speak with someone and I was stalled every time. I even told them I know the employee didn't do anything malicious, but my vehicle was still affected. The managers even reviewed their cameras and corroborated the story as it relates to may perspective of what occurred. Upon doing so he shared with me that I needed to get 3 quotes before they would take care of it. But assured me that they would do so. NOW, (May 5) it is a different story!!? ( This was recorded by me as well).I am requesting to speak to the owner or someone who can help me resolve this matter immediately! Your deceitful actions show just how unethical and flippant you all have been.Service: Auto detailing

Hi, guys.I was referred to your business by my boss as I was looking for a place to complete my state inspection.Thankfully, it wasn't too busy at the time, so I was directed to the waiting area, while Marvin inspected my vehicle.Later, Fernando helped me settle my ticket.The process was very swift and the entire staff was courteous the whole time.Thank you so much for assisting me with this and I will most certainly recommend your business in the near future.

Nothing special, just like any other car wash. Wish they had better waiting area.They've free car wash if you get oil change there or get the state inspection done

Very happy - I paid $50 and they clean my most dirtiest car to be like a new one . We just back from driving 6000 miles so my car was extremely dirty from inside and outside - but they did an outstanding job and I will now use them for all my future car washes . Stopped I to get SUV cleaned and vacuumed. It is expensive for what you get, "a la carte" - price for exterior cleaning, and a separate price for interior cleaning! We will go to a different car wash where the price you pay is for a package, and includes everything you want.

This place used to do a good job, not so much anymore. They are seriously understaffed and took over an hour for the simple wash?I think I need to find another location. Notice, only one worker in the photo and even he's walking around.

This is an updated review almost a year after the review bellowI wante to give them another chance for the interior service, but unfortunately even with the upgrade they still didn't meet the expectations. Pics attached is after I paid $24 for exterior interior service, vacuuming which is basic with all services not even done to the standard. I hope management is aware of this.I used to like this place but last time i paid 15$ for inside out clean and car was not clean inside at the cup holders or the doors.Not pleased.

I dont recommend this place unless you got all day for bad service. It took them hours to change my oil and a subsequent car wash. The attendant that was detailing my car kept leaving to operate the drive thru car wash. Once my car was ready I popped the trunk, which has not been touched, and had to wait for that to be wiped out but no vacuum. I have been using this place for years. I won t be back the service has gone whuay done hill.Services: Vacuuming, Oil change

Amazing service! The only place I go to get my oil change and vehicle inspected. I was helped by Will, who took the time to explain to me what all services the truck would require. I did not feel pressured into adding any additional service. Everything was clear and concised. After everything is said and done, you are given the option to receive a free car wash!

Went to Barker Cypress location for Upholstery clean, detail, wax and clay bar and multiple services.Services were install new washer motor, Trans flush, injector flush, rear end flush, new Brembo pads and slotted rotors and State inspection. All work was done in a timely matter, and works as intended. Great job on mechanic work by Will and his mechanic, and outstanding detail job by David and Max. Will definitely return.Great job all...thanks!Services: Clay bar treatment, Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing, Oil change

Ever since this place got new owners/managers, it has gotten terrible. In truth, we haven't been there in over a year, but we don't want people to forget what horrible customer service they provided. It started with a simple premium oil change on our VW. It ended with our driveway covered in said oil. Manager refused any liability & after 3 attempts to contact the owner(He will call you. He just left. He is out right now.) we vowed to never give them our business, & more importantly, our money again.Dear "owner".....still waiting on your call, email, or handwritten letter.Service: Oil change

1 star is not worthy. Spent a lot of money on a complete detail and wax...left a 20% tip before I realized how very poor a job was done. Went back to discuss the issues and got 0 resolutions. I will never use this car wash again. There are so many other opportunities available. Experienced and learned.

Great experience at Rain Forest Car Wash at 529 & Barker Cypress Mr Jesse and his crew really did a Beautiful on my car ... Just like new . Great Experience! Will do it again.Thanks Guy's
