Have tried seven other car wash places and have not had as good of results as here.The packages are worth buying - ranging in price from $19-$29. Will auto renew.Free vacuuming with the packages. Otherwise $2 to vacuum.Guys were very professional and super helpful.

This is an awesome carwash. The prices are reasonable and I don t think that I have ever been here and the car wash was out of order. Once your car is washed, vacuuming your car is free, but there are paid options for air fresher, etc.

Came for the first time and bought the $15 pack. My car came out literally like it wasn t washed,and as you can see my rims look dirty too. The vacuums are the worst.

Don t go here had to wash my truck 3 times the machine kept spilling chemicals on my rims! Employees could not do anything and nothing got done! Contacted Management and no response

This was my first time here. I purchased the basic package for $7, as I was in a hurry. It was fine. I do like the fact that there is free vacuuming. Next time, will try a different package.

This is one of the best car washes around. The monthly package is worth the money. We wash our vehicles every day. The vacuums are phenomenal...they clen dirt that you don't even see. Then they have the little air guns that shoot pressurized air to clean out those little cracks and crevices in the car.

Convenient and quick drive thru car wash. The came out clean unlike other drive thru washes that I have been to. Self help vacuums and air hoses to blow out the dust. The prices are fair and monthly car wash packages are offered. They do state inspection services here with a really fast turn around. I was really impressed by the inspection technician. You get a free basic wash with the inspection.

Went in for an inspection. The First Gentleman who greeted me was super nice and friendly. Told me I had to wait for the guy that does inspections to come back. When he did come back he was rude. Almost like I was an inconvenience to him. Once inspection was done I paid he did not mention fail or pass or anything. I knew once I got back in my car. Once I got in my car he went and hopped into the passenger seat of another car. I can see why I was an inconvenience now..

Old school black gentleman was very disrespectful. I kindly asked to have my bumpers scrub he refused with a very harsh attitude. Never have I experienced such disrespect from a worker in all my years

Have had good experiences here, today wasn't one of them. Attendants did basically nothing for a prewash apparently to get back to watching their phones. After first run through failed miserably at getting the hood clean, a token swab of the hood with a brush well past end of life, and wait for it, little improvement in the cleanliness of the hood. Fortunately I brought my own premoistened microfiber rag ('cause you're not getting one here) and was able to clean my own hood. The undercarriage rinse turned out to be a $3 placebo...

I pay for the monthly subscription on my daily.I wouldn t recommend using this on a car that you value as it can definitely scratch up the paint even on one use.I polish my car about 1-2ice every two or three months to help but paint does become dull since I being it here about twice a week for a quick wash.I like that they have a vacuum section as well as a section to check the air on your tires.

Wow, the vacuums are great but the customer service is the worst. I was in a car accident and wanted to cancel membership but I thought I would let the manager know about the young men who always seem to be half sleep when I come, rarely scrubs the back of my truck. The manager asked the question is..is the back of your car dirty when you leave? I haven t gotten out to see but should be included in my presidential service. After he canceled my membership I asked could I speak to him and he said no your already. Sounds like a small self owned business and I was going to consider getting a membership on my husband s vehicle but he didn t want to hear anything. Nevertheless the vacuums are not enough to continue my service. Presidential means nothing here. Good luck to anyone who doesn t read the reviews. Spend your money with ppl who appreciate you. Presidential Carwash isn t capable of such an act. Best wishes

The wash itself is pretty good with it being a drive-thru car wash. The issue I have here is that half of the vacuums don't really work and you have to pay for towels to dry your vehicle, and even then the towels aren't very good for a small SUV. Convenient location and free bug removal that you can use yourself.

Went today and the tag on my car was not recognized. by the tag reader. I have two cars with tags. However thetas on one of my cars was not in the system. I understand that computer glitches can occur....but to be accused of being a thief and told that I am they do not want my business is un called for.Message to management : Do not hire unprofessional people in your business. The manager was rude and unpleasant. Potentials customers: consider washing your car somewhere where you are valued and respected.......I do not recommend this place

Never had a complaint about this place. Until now. Was cleaning my car. One of the staff comes up takes a picture of my plate and says if I don't get a car wash he'll call the cops. I've used this place for awhile, I've always cleaned my interior then got a car wash after and no one has ever approached me in this mannerTried to make a suggestion set up cones let people know to get a car wash first. Fell on deaf ears. Had to ask the man to delete the photos of my plates. I was fine with the business before. Hope to have a reasonable conversation of the staff. It's really a shame

Ya, so I come here all the time and this morning I m out there vacuuming my car and this kid who works walks up behind me and was like hey it s two dollars to use the vacuum I use the vacuum and then wash the car and leave so it dries better but this annoyed me because I ve never been approached this way and informed 2$ for the vacuum. I know I m one customer so it doesn t matter if I come back.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Initially I was pretty happy that this car wash has opened just down the street from me and bought a membership immediately.It was pretty good for a while, but over the last year or so it s just not being kept up. The vacuums are so-so, the wash was leaving these little sticky brown deposits randomly all over my car and still leaving it looking dirty.Today was the last straw, I had to cancel my membership. I voiced a concern to the manager and I was basically told, sorry you re wrong and we re right. Even if I am wrong that s not how you talk to a customer unless you really don t care about your business.Not a business I wish to support anymore, and would not recommend them.

Got my car inspected here in July. The employee gave me a post card flyer and told me with the inspection the wash was complimentary. I didn't have time to try their wash center that day but planned to come back.I returned one week later.Loved the bug wash station available before the wash. Brush was in great condition and water/soap sprayer was nice. The storage display was poorly engineered/designed. The brush head was placed up and the handle down so the handle was filthy.There cheapest wash is $7 and offers basic options. As I approached the wash center there was no one to direct me to the wheel position track so I waited. I man came out and waved me forward. He went to reach for the pre wash brush when another man joined him. He looked into the car after a short chat. Both walked away without a smile or acknowledgement at all.As I traveled through the wash center I noticed lots of debris on the outside of the washing pieces along the wall. There was even a large stick/branch in from of the exit creating a challenging exit without hitting it.I parked at the free vacuum stations available for wash center customers and discovered quickly the vacuum handles were too high for me to reach and there were no towels available to dry the car off.Another customer assisted me getting the vacuum hose. Suction was great. Very impressed. I had to leave it on the ground cause I couldn't put it back.Overall it was a roller coaster ride experiencing this place. With the amount of car wash places in a short distance from this one I can say they have this place beat 100%.

I Do Not recommend this car wash. I came to the car wash on March 4, 2022 to have my Black 2019 BMW X5 washed, and paid the $16 service to wash, add wax and tire shine. The car wash put scratches and swirls from the brushes all over my car. It was unbelievable! I was so upset, I found a detailer close by to have my paint corrected to pull out the scratches and had ceramic wax applied.I gave 2 Stars instead of 1 Star because the very first time I went through the car wash I didn't see as much scratches. I go on March 4th and WOW! I believe they may not be cleaning those brushes as often as they should and dirt and debris can scratch and leave swirls on the paint of your car if those brushes are not maintained properly.My husband used this car wash a few times to wash his 2019 Chevy Blazer and each time it left more scratches and swirls. He too had to get his paint corrected to pull out the scratches and swirls and then a ceramic wax applied.We won't be back!

I obviously liked it once but in the last month or so, the vacuums are awful. I have complained numerous times and have decided to find another car wash. Cleaning should include the ability to vacuum one s vehicle too!

Went here for a vehicle inspection after another place gave me some trouble about vehicle tread... they had me in an out quickly at a fair price and gave me a free car wash! Unlike some of the other reviews the vacuums seemed to be just fine that day. Will definitely go back their again for inspection or car wash if I am in the area.

It s okay because of the vacuums. The car wash was not the best. Still had bugs and stuff on my front grill. Which someone used to be there to at least use the brush thing if it was bad. Had to wait on the guy to come to turn the wash on for me. Went to the vacuums and realized the reason it was a wait was because he was too busy watching the other young man working who was actually doing a good job. So while he was watching him he had a line of cars.

I really like this car wash. Never is busy. I can always get right in and get my vehicles washed without much of a wait. They do a excellent job of cleaning my vehicle and The area is fairly clean

This place is close so, I bought a membership, mostly for vacuuming. After they were open for a while things went downhill. They would only have one row of vacuums open and they don't turn them on so you have to put a mask on, go to the door, and ask them to do it. They don't regularly empty them so I couldn't get my car clean today. I canceled my membership. Also, no masks anywhere and they were way too close.Service: Vacuuming

I always I repeat always vacuum my car before I wash it so that way when I'm finished I can just leave, the guy who I am assuming is the owner saw me vacuuming my car and came up to me asking me if I was also going to get a wash too I told him yes, after that he continued to hang out around my car watching my every move. I definitely did not feel comfortable and won't be back again.

We went thru the car wash only to have to go home and wash the car ourselves. When we showed all the dirt still on the car from bugs the guy said this is a self car wash so you have to get that off your self. Go to Quick Quack. We never had that problem there and same kind of car wash. Went here because I had surgery and this was a bit closer.

Nice car wash. Only one side of vacuums working and didn't tell me until after I asked and drove to 2 other spots. But other than that is a good place and where I will mostly go to wash my car now

Always have to wait for someone to start the car wash. They do not provide any towels or glass cleaner. My truck has blue soap drip stains on it from the water. The vacuums do not work well either and there is nobody to make a suggestion to. They will not tell you who is the general manager..!!

When this place first opened you could vacuum your auto at anytime of the day. Now it is not so, you have to find someone to turn the power on. What is the point of having 12-24 hr vacuum services if you have to find someone to turn the power on, might as well make all the vacuums pay as you need!
