The team at Now Auto Care are the only ones I use to handle my vehicles which are used for business and home. I also recommend all to use them with confidence that they will get the job done right and stand behind their work. I recently visited now auto care with the hope to get a routine oil change. When my car was brought in it was as expected service. I was sent pictures of issues and quoted for them. Nothing unusual I told the guys running desk that I would wait for a while on those bigger repairs and then let them finish the oil change.I sat in their waiting area for a little while longer before one of the techs comes and tells me there's an issue with the threads on my oil pan. The options they gave me was to put the plug back in and don't attempt an oil change or purchase a new oil pan. I tell them to plug it and I'll return the next day for a repair.The next day I return (I only came back because they did my previous oil and hoped they'd be willing to help in the interest of their reputation). after letting them look at it for a while I give in and tell them to just install a new oil pan. I leave to let them do the repair, but 30min after I leave they call me and tell me they fixed it without the use of a new pan. I was very excited thinking that all I would have to pay for was an oil change and maybe 30$ for a plug. I paid 180$ for what I feel is their brainstorming time just to put in a new plug and gasket.I admit there is no leak and my car runs fine but I felt a bit cheated after of the expirence.

Sometimes when it rains it pours. My vehicle is about 11 years old and required almost $5k of work in a two month time span all around Thanksgiving and Christmas. Bruce Matt and the outstanding crew made the blow a little easier to stand. They ve repaired my car it s running like a champ, back to how it ran when I purchased it years ago - and I have no complaints whatsoever.Awesome Team.

I have taken my car to over 5 mechanics and 3 dealerships trying to find a suspension noise with my vehicle. Now Auto Care figured it out in a half hour. Very pleased with everyone there. Very courteous and great service. You won't be disappointed with this business.

only been coming here a short time, but made friends with the manager Cody. They started this business venture when another local mechanic shop was bought out and made corporate.So all in all I've been here 5 times. Oil changes, inspections, the small stuff.Overall it's a beautiful new building. Only negative is there isn't a direct turn in for it. If you're east bound on spring Cypress you have to cut through a parking lot. Not their fault but really my only beef with the business.Their oil change prices are awesome. They inspect your car every time as a courtesy, and in and out faster than the stealership.I will be back. That's for sureUpdate:Okay. Their state inspection machine has been down for over a month and because of this they need to farm it out to another shop. Well one of my vehicles didn't pass because of some tint on the windshield. I appreciate that they didn't pass it by the law of the state. However, they had a chance to do some customer service and Anthony declined. Still charged for the inspection, which is by the states book the correct thing to do. But they could have given us a credit or something else to offset it. Victor called me back and tried to smooth things over but unfortunately this will be the end of our business relationship. Which is a shame because I really liked this shop. And the irony is the state just passed a law that inspections as a whole will be going away soon.

I've been meaning to write a review for Now Auto for a couple years now. This shop has become our go to spot for all of our auto needs. They've done work on all 3 of our vehicles several times. So much so they know us by first name. But Kevin the GM runs a great shop. Everyone is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explain everything that's going on. Some like Anthony will even take progress pics and/or side by side pics so you see what's being repaired. They're customer service is unmatched. And they typically get the repairs done in reasonable time. They have truly changed how I view auto mechanics. As long as I live in this area all my vehicles will be serviced by Now Auto.

Really overpriced, but really helpful. I got new headlights for my car and they tried to charge me $1500 for just one new headlight assembly... not including labor. I found a pair of headlights for $800 and they are great. The team was extremely nice about everything, but still was not too pleased about the overpricing.

When it rains it pours. Started my day with kitchen faucet leaking then took my daughters car for brakes to Now Auto care thinking it wouldn t be a big deal. Well it was she needed brakes, Rotors and 4 new tires. All days before Christmas. The guys were so helpful and kind. They worked with me. I was on the verge of a breakdown my day was so stressful. Thanks to them and financing all went great thank you guys so much. Happy New Year

My daughter wrecked her car late on a Friday and the front was a wreck. NOW had it repaired by 230pm on Saturday. They provided excellent customer service and even sent videos of the issues and diagnostics via text to keep us informed of the process. Highly recommend to everyone in Cypress.

You need to know your boy Matt is a rip off man. We called about the cost to replace 2 headlight bulbs in our car and he told us it requires removing the bumper, so much work, it would be $420 just to replace the bulbs. We knew he was full of it when he started talking about how the tail lights were far worse and much more involved. We'd just done those ourselves a couple months ago and it was easy. We went back home, watched a few more YouTube videos and had the bulbs changed in 15 minutes. It's people like Matt who make customers like us not trust repair shops. Based on other reviews, he's done this to others, and it's a bad look for you that he's still there.

My 4th time to get my oil change here and the 4th time they tell me I need additional work done. First time it was breaks, 2nd time Spark plugs , 3rd time I can t remember and now replacement of the front bushings. I only ask them to change my oil. Every charge is around $1200+ dollars. They sent me a video, that showed them taking my tire off to do this inspection and I sent it to my Lexus Service guy who I have been using since 2019. He said yes, they are worn but not tearing/splitting. I understand and appreciate the thoroughness but this is the last time I will take my car there. I would rather be a repeat customer and give my business to a honest business not Now Auto Care.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto maintenance, Battery

Brought car for an oil change and once over for the winter. Was told my rear main seal needed immediate replacement at a cost of $3500. They sent a video showing the issue, which I appreciate, but the commentary was filled with scare tactics of imminent failure. The video, however, showed minimal splatter and my oil level was fine.After saying I would consider it later, a 2nd employee called me to insist it be done today and that it would cause an engine fire or worse.When picking the car up, another employee doubled down on the fire claim even though it's synthetic oil that burns at 500 or more and exhausts heat to about 400 (engines even lower than that).When I said I hadn't noticed any leak, he tells me dirt kicks up on the road, absorbing the oil so I wouldn't see it. Well, in that case, how does the oil catch on fire? And why wouldn't the splash guard keep all that dirt out?I don't dispute I have a main seal leak but I don't appreciate the dire emergency approach. Tell me to watch my oil light, check the oil level and keep it filled, but have it addressed sooner rather than later. That I would respect. But telling me my car is going to catch fire while you point to another car on the lot that has the same problem with a major oil leak (what a coincidence!!) that you're also fixing today, reduces your credibility.Oh, and I priced out the work and it's more of a $1500-$2000 job. Had I been treated with respect with reasonable warnings, you would have had my business. But high pressure scare tactics have lost me as a customer.Very disappointing. Gives auto mechanics a bad rep.

I would stay away from this place at all costs. I called ahead of time and gave them model and make of my car and asked for quote on oil change. I was told it would be 79.95. When I took the car in today, I confirmed with the sales guy how much it would cost because I had a coupon. He told me that my coupon was worth $60, and so my oil change would be no more then $20, which is exactly what i was expecting to pay, so all seemed ok. I later received a call telling me I needed a few things done to the car, which I said now to. I was asked if they could speak to y husband which I found offensive so I said no. When I went to pick up my car, suddenly the price was $48. I asked the guy why he changed the price from what he quoted me and eh said it needed more oil. I seriously dont trust these folks and will not be back.

I used this shop for inspection in the past and was happy with experience, so I figured I d go back as I needed a wheel alignment check. After inspection, they suggested battery replacement in addition to alignment so I reviewed the quote and decided to move forward. After completion, i was told it would be ~$400 minus the $30 coupon for alignment. After reviewing the invoice, it seemed higher than expected. I asked and was informed there was 39 dollars in fees . I don t recall seeing these fees on quote when presented and when I asked what they pertained to, I was told it was shop supplies such as gloves, towels, mats etc and can be up to 10% of bill. This seems unreasonable to me and I haven t experienced this sort of charge at other stores.Services: Auto battery replacement, Wheel alignment

Such a great team. I ve been to several shops that couldn t figure out what was wrong. I ve been spending thousands of dollars, brought my truck here, they figured out immediately what was wrong. Wish we came to Now Auto a long time ago to save us the struggle. But we re here now and very pleased! Thank you Bruce for all your hard work. Excellent place!

The service was excellent. My truck had problems with the turbo system. Service advisor said he would call me within two hours to let me know what s wrong with the turbo system. He called within two hours and let me know what his mechanic found out. He recommended to replace the turbo system. He advised what was needed, and by the end of the day I had a new turbo system installed. I drove the truck home and it s running like new. Great mechanics and friendly service.

This Now Auto Care Center is the best of the best. I mean we have had several vehicles serviced here from Basic oils changes, to new tires, to major brake and transmission work all of which were completed with superior service every time. Matt is an awesome Advisor and gives us all the details everytime regarding our overall vehicle care and that type of service is very hard to find. The whole team here is all so welcoming as soon as you walk in. So, if you need any type of service work to your vehicle, contact Now Auto Care - in Cypress hands down!!! Thank you to everyone at this establishment because my family and I all feel safer on the roadways because of all the needed repairs on all our vehicles that were successfully taken care of.

Honest, professional and trustworthy. My husband took my expedition in on a Sunday due to it overheating and they worked hard to get it covered through the warranty that we had through our Ford dealership in Rosenberg. They had everything worked out and the car fixed by the end of the next day. My car hasn t run this smooth in a LONG time. Thank you!

TLDR: They are more salesmen than mechanics. Quoted me 2.5x more than another mechanic I trust.READ THIS before you go.They have crafted a business process designed to get the most possible money out of their customers. Before you agree to any service, they put your car on the lift and show you everything that s wrong with it. They come off as friends wanting to help you. They know that you re more inclined to pay for services when your car is already up on the lift. They give the customer the illusion that they ve already agreed to their services, and you can trust them to sell you on as many services as they can.I had my car there overnight so they could look at some issues with a fluid leak. They called me and quoted $1500 for the fix. I said I would rather take my business elsewhere, declined their service, and hung up. 10 minutes later I got a call from the technician s sales manager who tried to sell me on their services again Tell me, when is the last time you had a mechanic s manager call you to make a sale for services you declined?? They are as bad as used car dealers. The technicians must make commission on whatever they can convince the customer to buy. I got my car back after telling them No thank you 4-5 different times, and I took it to another mechanic I ve gone to in the past. He quoted me $600. $1500 from Now Auto or $600 from a local guy without the slimy sales tactics?? I know my answer.When I m looking for a mechanic, the thing that matters most to me is trust. I give Now Auto 2 stars instead of 1 because I trust their work, but more importantly, I trust that their employees are heavily incentivized to rip off their customers and their business processes are frankly predatory. I would not recommend them to anyone.(They may or may not respond to my review apologizing for my experience, but they have nothing to apologize for. I don t blame the technicians I was talking to. It s not their fault that they work for a company whose goal is not to help customers, but to squeeze as much money as possible out of them.)

Very pushy sales guys. Seemingly almost predatory with women trying to scare you to get work done immediately. Their pushiness is what made me decide to not go there to get any work done, even if it comes out that anything they quoted me was true. It is beyond me how this place has high reviews. Don't come by unless you're wanting to be bullied into work immediately.

Finding a trustworthy auto shop can be challenging. I've used other repair shops in the area and felt disappointed with the service, specifically the way some will try to beat you out of your money by suggesting things you don't need all for the sake of more profit for their business....and if you don't know any better you'll go with it.When my air started blowing warm air I was feeling frustration moreso because I didn't want to deal with another shop trying to take my money. I looked at reviews on Google and decided to try Now Auto Care. Took my car in and Anthony assisted me. Extremely kind and caring. As a courtesy, he offered to have one of the mechanics look at my car. Once diagnosed, he pulled up a video on his computer monitor and explained exactly what was going on with my car. I went home and had to think it over. I knew it would cost me a good bit, but the company does offer financing options which was helpful for me. I decided to move forward, they came to pick the vehicle up from my home and had my car repaired in one day. They also offered me shuttle service to pick up my car.Everyone who I encountered at Now Auto Care was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. In NO WAY whatsoever do I feel this company was trying to just take money from me, if anything they aim to satisfy the needs of their customers which is why I trusted them with my car. I would highly recommend this company and thank you all so much for the awesome service!!

They discovered a couple of problems as they did an inspection incident to an oil change. Problems were addressed promptly. I have no basis for price comparisons but repairs seemed a bit pricey.

I m very confident in getting my disability van issues taken care of at Now Auto Care. Victor and Anthony always explain the problems so that I can understand it and I have never had an issue with any of their repairs. I very highly recommend their business.

Took care of my U- joints with no problem at all. They ordered the parts and it was delivered very quickly. Didn't take long to swap them out either. Would definitely recommend this place if you're near the area. Ask for Johnny. He took care of me , but I'm sure the rest of the staff is well equipped to tackle any job.

It's difficult today to find an honest and professional mechanic and this location is one to watch out for. They are not honest about the repairs they are quoting you. They don't want to fix it if possible, they want to replace it and many times I've recently discovered it didn't need to be fixed or replaced. Other mechanics showed us what they were saying was NOT true at all.This shop is no different from the local Green Auto Shop that recently went out of business because they were scam artists.my advice is do not pull up at this shop unless you want to get bent over with no lube.

I definitely recommend this place for their professionalism and friendliness. They let me and my dog sit in their waiting room the whole time and it was really nice.Update: I've brought my truck in for service multiple times now - I started to feel a little bit of shaking at higher speeds right at the 30,000 mile reading and the service they recommended was the solution. They gave me a heads-up about this service 3 months in advance along with the price I should expect to pay.
