Took my F150 4 x 4 6 speed auto in to rebuild the transmission and they did a great job. Going on 10,000 miles and it shifts like new. I brought it back for a tune up and oil change and they went above and beyond to get my truck firing on all cylinders.

I just recently had to buy a new vehicle because my truck went to Ford heaven. But my family (brother, mother, and myself) have been taking our vehicles to this shop for over 10 years! These guys are great at what they do. They're honest, more than fair priced, friendly, and just overall great people to do business with! I used them twice in the past 2 years (suspension problem and air conditioning) and always felt that the work was amazing! I literally recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of work done.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Air conditioning

Took my 19 year old Lexus in for an evaluation since it was not shifting into reverse. Told me to keep track of it, but did not try to push me, just whenever I felt ready. I was able to save over 6-month for the repair. Same price quoted was honored. Two other local shops wanted more or the same, but I felt good about the people compared to the other over-congested transmission shops. Work was done thoroughly and on time and a little under budget. With the used car market being what it is in 2022, I hope to be able to get a few more years out of this 166,000 mile Lexus.Service: Transmission

Dishonest and incompetent service.Had them perform about $2,000 worth of Maintenance and AC repairs on my F150. Received my truck back with a missing bolt on top of engine. AC worked fine for a couple weeks and then failed again. Took it back to them they told me the freon is leaking, compressor failed and quoted over $1200. I coudn't believe it.Took it to a reputable shop and they found NO issues with compressor. It was an electrical component that was replaced the same day. My AC has been working fine ever since.Master Tech: Please stop experimenting/training yourselves on peoples vehicles and charging them for it. When you make a mistake, don't try to hide it with dishonesty. Take responsibility for your work.

The lady at the front desk is so nice, really pleasant attitude. The transmission tech, Tom is very knowledgeable and he explained the problems my vehicle has, he took his time and didn't just rush through to finish,he put forth genuine effort to access my vehicle. I really appreciate that type of customer service. I would recommend these guys to anyone. My overall experience there was great. Good honest people.

Another Cypress transmission shop worked on our 1997 Ford F150 and the problem persisted. Master Tech was recommended to us, and they fixed the problem - knew exactly what was wrong.

Great family owned business. Had my differential and wheel bearings replaced and all is good. They keep intouch as well as letting you know other things that need to be done. They don't pressure you into anything and do great work. I'll be coming back for sure!

A fantastic shop if you want mechanics who are going to give you honest pricing and great work. Patty and Tom are great people who legitimately care about their customers. Everyone in my family brings their cars straight to Master Tech any time we have an issue. My family and I have been customers of Master Tech for over six years, and have always found them to do excellent work. However they do close over the weekend, so if you need a big job done I'd be sure to take it to them early on in the week.

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 2005 Wrangler falling out of first and reverse. Brought in for diagnostic & repair. Authorized repairs, $3200. Paid for & picked up vehicle, Same issue happening on way home. Contacted shop same day, Dropped vehicle off diagnosed again & was charged another $1200. Owner acted like she was doing me a favor not charging me labor on the 2nd round. Disputing charges on CC & if that doesnt work, off to small claims. Stay tuned, This Entire situation will be viral on the internet soon with this shop tagged. If i deter 1 customer from this shop moving forward i will have made my point. So sick of Dishonest Cy-Fair Auto Repair facilities. You have been Warned! If you use them its on you.

I ve been doing business for over 15 years with these folks and I wouldn t trust anyone else. They always give fair pricing, their quality of work is amazing, and they are always friendly. If I can t fix something myself or don t have enough time, I ll take it to them every time! Thanks for everything Tom!

They have always done good work! They repaired my Dodge 2500 48re transmission after it was rebuilt by another shop. They knew just what the symptoms meant and took care of the problem quickly efficiently and at a great price! I went back in after their transmission work had been done over 50000 miles a go started having some shifting issues and decided to fix it myself. I took out the valve body cleaned all the components and found a broken spring. I went by Master Tech and spoke with their service technician because I could not find the spring anywhere even at the Dodge dealer. He knew exactly which spring I was looking for walked right over to it handed me a used 1-2 shift Servo spring and even gave me a few pointers! I asked how much do I owe you ? He said take it no charge.I recommend them to all of my friends and anyone who asks" do you know a good transmission shop?"

I have been dealing with Mastertech Transmissions for around 5 years. They provide the highest quality service and their work is amazing. Tom and Patty the owners are fantastic mom and pop business people that do an honest job at a reasonable price.

Patty is the owner and is extremely nice and very knowledgeable. She always try to help and doesn't up sell you or say you need to fix something that can wait. I tell all my friends if they have car problems take their vehicles to them.

STAY AWAY. THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTIES. They rebuilt my transmission in my '57 Ford. They left bolts out of the crossmember, starter, and several other places. The transmission started leaking a few months after. I took it back 3 times while under warranty and they told me it was leaking engine oil. Transmission fluid is RED. Just waited for the warranty to run out.Pulled the transmission and took to a reputable shop. They did NOT rebuild the torque converter and had incorrect size bushings installed that were the main source of the leak. These guys are nothing but crooks.

DO NOT TRUST!!! I tried to have a sway bar installed on my RV. Now I am getting weird noises from that area. After really looking at the parts, I see they did not install half the parts in the kit and left the old parts which are NOT compatable with the new parts. Now I am stuck trying to fix this nightmare mess they created! Never mentioned to me they had problems installing any of the parts. Probably threw them away the minute I left. Now I must pay a fortune to have a TRUSTWORTHY shop fix this mess!

A wonderful shop !! I ve been searching all over for a honest , professional , and genuine place to have my vehicle serviced and not feel like I am overpaying or in the dark inregards to services ! And had no idea it was within 3 min of my home ! I Will continue to bring my vehicle for all of my needs god sent!

I don t usually leave reviews but I was referred by my cousin Troy to this place and the did a great job worked with my schedule, we honest and fair priced, we need more places like this especially these days where it s hard to find! Thank you for the honest hard work! This is Chase !!

Transmission wise is a good shop. Air conditioning do not waste your time. They work on their schedule not yours. Everything is last minute and you have to chase them to get a call back or even a cost.

It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic but I finally found one. I've been using these guys for a while now. They also do all of my company's vehicles. They really know what they are doing.

They unplugged sensors on my truck and tried to tell me I had a misfire. Luckily I caught it. I will never go back and discourage any others from hiring them. The woman there is really mouthy and overall very unpleasant.
