I brought in my 2016 Range Rover that has had a mysterious suspension problem. I scheduled the appointment and Lucas lined up a loaner car for me through Enterprise. They called and got approved a $500 charge to investigate the issue as it was not readily identifying itself. After having the car for a week, they felt they could somewhat narrow down the issue but were still not certain what the fix was. Instead of shooting in the dark, they felt bad they could not clearly diagnose the issue and said I should take it to Range Rover to truly diagnose the issue. They said they could not rightly charge me for the service or loaner car since they could not definitively diagnose the issue. These folks truly are honest and have a ton of integrity. I highly recommend them. After having been through a nightmare with another shop, these guys are the real deal and want to provide an honest service at a fair price. They went above and beyond to try to help and were just straight forward and honest which goes a very long way. I hope they make up the lost revenue on this job based on their caring attitude and I am glad to give them a 5 star review for the integrity in their work.

Lucas took my car in and serviced it quite quickly, looked up my car history and advised what other services should be considered. They are also one of the few places that can change the oil on a C8 corvette. Great job and I will recommend Lucas to my friends!

Just recently took my Mercedes to Lucas and I could not be happier! The Customer service is outstanding! They were informative transparent and were so easy to work with! The prices was right and my truck feels amazing! It was so nice and clean and shiny when I picked it up! From scheduling the appointment, any questions during and pick up all the employees were extremely professional.. Just the short time I spent in the lobby I could see they treated all their customers exceptionally I will be back and would recommended to anyone

My first experience with Lucas care care. My vw had multiple issues. When their technicians finished I had a car that was the same as when I first bought it 24 years ago. If I had other European cars this is where I d take them for service. Ryan and Chris were outstanding.

We used Lucas Auto Care for the first time this past week for our 2017 BMW 530i and had a great experience. I was impressed even before we dropped off the car by the fact that our service advisor Ryan texted me the day before to confirm our appointment. Unfortunately we needed about $2,600 of work done, but Ryan was excellent throughout the process by providing communication throughout. They knew we needed the car back by Thursday afternoon and were able to get the work done by Thursday morning. They were transparent about the repairs and did not try to sell us on any unneeded repairs or services. Great first experience - we will now use Lucas for all the repairs on our BMW.

Took my Mercedes Benz Glk for maintenance service b. I started having issues with my vehicle starting shortly after. I had the alternator and battery tested twice. Test failed for the alternator the second time. I was convinced that Lucas auto was responsible for the failed alternator. I posted a negative review and immediately received a phone call from Chris. I took my vehicle back to Lucas auto and Chris took care of it. It was not a failed alternator. Instead, it was an incompatible battery that was placed in my vehicle from a previous mechanic over a year ago. Chris was patient with me in explaining everything and regained my trust. He even replaced the battery at no cost. Highly recommend this shop for your car service needs as they are professional and provide excellent customer service!

Excellent work & Customer Service by the Lucas Automotive Team! My service advisor Ryan took care great care of me and my Range Rover aka Hollywood and got her back into to tip top condition. Concierge rides when dropping off, through diagnostic checkup and Ryan explained in detail everything that in detail and rank order of importance (no pressure or fear talk)educates you to make the best decision for your car. I checked out and compared two other shops including the RR service department, I chose Lucas Auto Care. My first experience but definitely not my last they are now Hollywood s go to repair team!Thank you all at Lucas Auto Care. Sherry G. and Hollywood

I feel very lucky to have found Lucas Auto Care for my severely damaged VW Tiguan 2016. Their customer service and dedication are amazing. I worked directly with Chris, he was very professional and kept up to date with the repair process. When the car was repaired, everything was as smooth as if the car had just come back from a spa. Highly recommend !!!

We have been taking our 2017 Q7 here since our warranty went out and I can t say enough about this place. Not only do they do great work at a fraction of what the dealer costs but they also offer drop off and pick up similar to the dealer which makes it very convenient. They always follow up to check in and make sure everything was up to standards. They are just great.

I always take my car to Lucas Autocare. They are so professional. I am updated daily as to the progress of repairs. They call and send written estimates so there s no confusion. Ryan and Chris and Tyger are the best! I always take my Bentley to them because they treat it as their own.Terry

Chis woked with me on a number of repairs my car needed. He worked with my extended warranty so they were paid directly and I did not have to pay out additional dollars. The final cost came in higher than the estimate but I was not charged the difference. (The extended warranty company covered most of it.). Very professional and accommodating. Will return to them - but hopefully not soon - lol.

I have used Lucas Auto Care in the past for my routine service and had nothing but great things to say. This time, however, it was even better! I had a battery replaced at a local shop which turned out to be a complete mess (who knew you could mess up a battery?). To make a long story short, I went back to the initial shop where told me the battery was caused from a more significant issue. I felt more comfortable with Lucas diagnosing the issue and performing any necessary repairs so I immediately called them and they helped navigate me through the process (called the tow truck, etc.). All of this mess to say, there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and the initial shop gave me a faulty battery. Glad it wasn t anything significant and super thankful to Lucas Automotive for all of their help!

I drive 40-50 minutes to get my car serviced by Lucas. They are polite, knowledgeable and great at what they do. I had to get an engine replaced for my VW and interestingly, they found an engine at a dealer where one of the local dealers said none were available. I trust these guys to tell me what really needs to be done, not that they want to charge me for unnecessary parts and labor.

My first experience with having my car serviced with them and I have to say I m very impressed, I have not ever came across with the best costumer service they provided to me!!!!! They have a long lasting customer, thank you all for everything! Y'all are sure the B E S T !!!! I just wished I could give them a 10+ stars.

Ryan at Lucas Auto Care was great, professional and kind. The shop was very respectful and professional. The pricing was fair and not gauging. Something that s hard to find in auto repair. I was amazed at the detail and quality of service I received. My baby has a new servicing home. Thank you all for taking care of my Benz.

Lucas Auto Care did a great job replacing a hood latch micro switch on my BMW. I was getting a hood open alert on my dash and they took care of the issue quickly. They also took the time to make me aware of other potential maintenance issues.

If you need high quality repairs at a fair price, I recommend visiting the team @ Lucas Auto Care. Ryan and Chris were a pleasure to work with replacing the brake pads on our BMW. They also followed up post-repair to make sure everything was running smoothly. I was really impressed by Lucas Auto Care, they have the feel of a family owned auto shop with the professionalism of huge corporate auto shop. Big shout out to Jason who looked after me very well. My car was leaking engine coolant, took it to Audi dealership and I was given an astronomical bill. So I looked for anyone who serviced German cars and Lucas came up. Jason kept updating me with pictures of the status of my car at various intervals of the repair. I would undoubtedly refer any of my friends and family for auto servicing without any shadow of doubt.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Very professional knowledgeable andCourtesy ride service is great.Not to mention that car wash after the great service.So yes they do explain the importance of preventive maintenance and good care.I bought my 2013 Porsche Cayenne used, and they gave it the good look around made recommendations to bring everything up to par. I must say that I wish I had also visited them earlier this year with my BMW for services earlier this yearI'm Sure I would've saved a ton of money compared to what the dealership charged.Don't let those fancy sport's cars intimidate was very presently surprised with the cost.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

These folks are fair and do great work! They stand behind their quotes regardless if they make a mistake. Not many businesses will do that any more. Definitely will be back for service when needed.
