This location has serious problems with management. Every time I book an appointment for a tire rotation it takes them 30 to 45 minutes just to pull my vehicle into the bay.This always happens, even when they don t appear to be very busy. I ve had much faster service by going to other locations for a walk-in appointment. It s a shame because this location used to be one of my favorite, but it s clear that they have visibly changed for the worse in the last year.

This has always seem to be at least a pretty good tire shop. They make the process easy as possible, and have friendly employees, nice waiting chairs, music, sometimes cold water, and sometimes magazines for while waiting. The wheels they sell may kind of not hold up as good cosmetically compared to from curb hits. For example, a back left MB Drag rim went into the left curb a bit harder that I meant when I cut the corner too tight in a bigger car and the tire didn t pop, and only an outer sliver or two came out of the edge of wheel only. I ll watch out much more and slow down more in that car from now on.

I can't thank Corey at Discount Tire enough for his exceptional service during my recent tire purchase for my mom's vehicle. Corey truly went above and beyond, taking the time to thoroughly explain the entire process. To top it off, he generously included a complimentary tire rotation for my personal vehicle. Corey's dedication to customer satisfaction made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Big thanks to Corey for outstanding service!

Congrats Discount Tire! I'm now a customer for life. Firestone was closer and I had a blowout (inner dually tire) so I went there. They told me my truck was too heavy and I needed to go elsewhere. I then crept 4 miles further to Discount Tire. Your guys made it happen! And I'll be back on the road within an hour. I appreciate your dedication to customer service!

I ve been a returning customer for decades but moved to the area a few years ago. I did the buy and book online since I knew which tires I needed. It was seamless and fast. The wait time was BETTER than advertised. The customer service from Ken and the techs was exceptional. I m happy I had a good experience at this location which is the nearest to me.

Very nice professional staff. Clean facility. I was a walk-in customer. Tires rotated and balanced. Told me it would be a one hour wait, and they completed the job in that time frame. They do offer appointments. I would recommend this business.

Great customer service that can be expected from Discount Tire. Brought two trailer tires in on a busy Saturday. They squeezed me in and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes.

Went today to fix flat tire in my Tesla. Service was so smooth and the mechanic was very friendly! I will definitely recommend them for all services.

Hard working employees. They came out before opening hours and got a head start on multiple customers today. Guys were moving. You can tell when a company cares. This is it. I had a simple nail but watched them moving to get people on the road.

I went in to buy 4 tires. The salesman went over all the tires that would be best for my car. He even gave me a discount. The wait time was supposed to be 1 hour or more it was done in 30 minutes. Thanks sales guy with the red hair.

Angel and the rest of the team were very helpful and very quick. The day before Thanksgiving, I got in and out in less than an hour for all four tires. Great place to go.

My 2020 Rav4 was leaking as doing a maintenance service with Toyota Dealer. Went to Discount Tire, Jay helped me check it and found out the dealer didn't tight the cap!Thank you Jay!Also did my inspection here, was really quick and smooth.Love this place!

This location is amazing! Very friendly, efficient, and professional service. Ryan S. took care of me today and he was very personable and helpful. He is the reason I took time to leave my review today. Even on a busy Saturday the service was reasonably fast! I will continue to come to this location for all my tire needs.

The folks here are always top notch. Thorough, explain options, if you are unfamiliar with what tires you should get and you explain your driving habits and what you are looking for their recommendations are spot on.They can be, and frequently are, quite busy. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment.

The workers at the cash register LIE about timing and will waste your time after taking the full payment and making you wait there with no update that there are delays keeping them back logged. I could have called triple A and been done much faster if I d know they were this far behind on work.I m a nurse that promised a pt I d be there by a certain time based on the time frames they gave me , only for them to show no care for the timing. Very unprofessional behavior.

Had an issue last time waiting and got skipped, but Ryan reached out and fixed things to make it right by having me come back in and doing it himself. I appreciated that greatly and will recommend this Discount Tires to friends and family. Business aren t always perfect but if they can fix issues or mistakes, that s a good business. I ve been going to discount tire on West little York and Fry Road for a very long time. I was in the cypress area and decided to change my tire sensors for my Volvo on Barker Cypress rd close to 290. The gentleman only wanted to replace three of my sensors except my fourth one because of the Tire tread. I had 50% left on it and they refused to change the sensor until I have replaced the tire. They were trying to make money out of me. So I took the car els where and they changed that sensor and programmed it with no problems at all. I strictly wouldn t recommend anyone going there unless you re trying to get taken advantage of. I can only imagine how many people they have done it to.

Just swapped out some stock 5th gen Ram 1500 tires. I've been searching for awhile - never really used Discount Tires - guess I was living under a rock but I just thought it was USED or not having premium tires and wheels but boy I was wrong.I will be getting wheels and tires now specifically from Discount Tires - and I have to mention Garrett who was the one that gave me full confidence in the experience. His customer service skills and his knowledge is what you call very rare in business. You have people who clock-in and clock-out but you have those "stand-out" employees that just are incredible. Garrett was that guy. He knew his job! Above the average. And he was able to answer any questions I threw at him. He's the reason I'll be coming back. And I hear though he is going to a different location which totally sucks cause this location is a couple minutes from me.But he is pretty much the majority reason I bought into the trust of Discount Tires as being now my place to go for Tires and Wheels for all my vehicles.

Very busy location. Expect to spend at least an hour waiting if you walk in without an appointment. The staff was friendly and quick. The only fault was that the bathrooms had no hand soup or hand towels. Everyone was too busy hanging tired to maintain the toilets.

I was in desperate need of tires for my daily driver. Matt helped me find an affordable set of tires and even found rebates to lower the price.The service was professional, quick and painless. No push to upsale me on what I didn't want or need.I will be back!

Discount tire is the best for getting tires. Nothing beats the customer service and their warranty. Garrett went above and beyond today to make my experience a good one and made it so much easier on me. Definitely my favorite location.

My wife s SUV got a screw in her brand new tires (Murphy s Law)I went there close to closing time and they were packed. One of the guys approached me immediately and He was very attentive. They told 1 hr wait time, but the tire was fixed in 30 min.Because I was a new customer they did not charge me for that!!I will be back with all my family tire needs from now on

If you're not buying tires from discount tires then you're really doing yourself a disservice I've been using discount tires since 1978 one time I went there and the guy asked me which car I wanted to service to my surprise there was 12 cars on there and we had to remove most of them. Discount tires does tires they rotate your tires fix flats and balance your tires for free! If you're not using discount tires you're being used and probably abused.
