Came to get my tires rotated and balanced. They were busy but their customer service was still on point! They had a full lobby and I was in and out in less than an hour. An employee told me they accidentally broke the wheel covers and in the same breathe, he said he was going to place an order for replacement covers for me. He told me they would arrive within 5 business days, they arrived even sooner. Thank you!

Bought the tires online 02/22, said they would be here within 5 days. Got a call on 2/23 saying they arrived and they could squeeze me in first thing in the morning today 2/24. I arrived at 7:51 am and I was driving away with 4 new tires at 8:13. All the staff I encountered today was great! They were so fast my kids didn't have time to miss behave

I made an appointment which suited my schedule and I'll tell you the same.I was met outside by Ali, who by some magical powers, knew the brand of tires that I pre-bought. Ali scanned the tread depths of all tires, made recommendations and honored my decision. Soon, my vehicle was in the bay and two new tires installed. A text notification alerted me that my vehicle was ready to drive away in. Great service from a well oiled machine of technicians both upfront and in the back.

Came in with a "custom job" spent 2 hours at the computer with Edward and Cory, who had so much patience with us. Finally, finding the right set of tires and Rim combos that fit out classic perfectly.Then installation again was very professional, and they took the time to do it right and teach me a thing or two in the process.Not to mention, another classic pulled in right beside me for service as well. You can tell these guys like the old stuff. M

Chris greeted me with a smile when I walked up from the parking lot. I was checked in immediately. The process was so smooth. As I sat in the waiting area I watched each employee. The professionalism at this Discount Tire is STELLAR! They treated each customer with so much respect. The customer service I received today is first class. I stopped by because one of the screws on my rims came off. Dylan Crowhurst came out to help me. As trivial as my problem seemed, he had no problem offering suggestions and putting the bolt back in place. This is my second visit here and the service is ALWAYS top notch!

I made an appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced on Jan 20; made it to the appointment before time to get a quote on tires. Nick was nice and friendly and he explained that my tread was low in which I already aware of; however he refused to balance and rotate my tires. I felt pressured to buy new tires today. He asked me twice to open an account with Discount- i had already told him no the first time. Nick made it seem that if I didn t purchase the tires there was no need to rotate and balance. The supervisor came out and told me they could balance and rotate my tires by this time I was already disappointed. I will use another discount tire from this point. I was told that the employees dont make commission- so why was the push for a sale so extremely urgent for Nick.

OMG such a great customer services from everyone. As soon as I parked, someone Aaron immediately came to my car to ask me how he could help me, because he saw that I had a spare tire. And they treated me amazing from start to finish.

This Discount Tire location has a free let us check your tires and tire pressure and they do it and if you need to just get a bit of air that's all they do, but if your tires need replacing they let you know, you decide to buy or not. This is great help to older people or people who can't fill up their own tires. Other locations might do it too but this is the location I use great job helping people, and maybe you get a customer or two for doing it.

ALI wouldn't patch my tire because they are 10 years old, yet the tire has plenty of tread and the car isn't even 10 years old. Same sales pitch scheme. Last time I go to discount PERIOD. I have spent plenty of money here in the past but I won't ever shop here.

Oh my goodness!! Glad that I purchased CDs (tire certificates!!) Had a flat tire, called them but they didn't have my specific tire in stock. Told me that they could place the order from the warehouse and have it delivered the same day. Had my car towed there, walked in and met by friendly staff, it was about 45mins to and hour wait (start to finish), but I went shopping. Handed them my keys, out I went and back before they closed. And I was back on the road again! Thanks guys!!

I have been going to discount tire for maybe 10 years. Service is always wonderful, location has not been an issue. Technicians are always friendly, careful, knowledgeable and fast. This is my first trip during Covid. I was able to wait in my car, they had a full lot, but I was in an out in less than an hour And that includes some of the time me sitting there in the parking lot wondering if I had time to stop today. They gave me the option of waiting in my car or in their lobby typically able to pick their lobby but since they were so fast I was able to just work on my phone in my car. My key for my tires was missing from my car no problem they were able to get everything done. Eric was a phenomenal help... They explained to me that if they took the nuts and bolts off my tires they might not be able to get them back on but they had some to replace it even though they might not match there could be damage to my rim... nope Erik got everything off fine no scratches not that my car is new or clean but it s nice to know that they care about peoples property And they ask you before they do something.As a designer I m quite often going to neighborhoods that are under construction houses that are in under construction and just honestly driving around the city you pick up all kinds of nails screws tight just crazy stuff in your tires One reason why I always go back to Discount tire as they have all my information kept in the computer it s so easy when you do get a flat to have it changed out and typically it s free or it s a minimal free to keep the warranty going. Today I had no charge and now I know that my tires not gonna blow out on the highway. They re keeping my life safe my kids lives and other people on the road. I love that it s never a hassle I ve never had to argue with anyone at the store, everything is always been very friendly very helpful and very affordable.

One of the best Discount tire locations I have ever been to. Incredibly polite and helpful staff always upbeat and willing to help.Don t forget they offer to check the pressure in your tires for free during the day.They stay pretty busy so plan to be there 30 minutes at least.

Bought tires online and had an appointment for installation. It was super fast. It took only fifteen minutes for 4 tires, but it was a slow Saturday.

Elijah was extremely helpful and kind. I ve had to replace my battery, was in a wreck, and then ran over a bolt, all in the span of 10 days. Sometimes, we need a quick fix to a minor inconvenience (like a bolt in a tire) and sometimes we need someone to offer a compassionate ear. Elijah at Discount Tire offered both to me today. He listened with empathy as I relayed the events of the last month and I was in/out pretty quickly, given how packed they were (under 2 hrs w/7+ cars in front of me). I also didn t have to pay a dime for the patch to my tire (which wasn t purchased from discount). I ll be back in a month or so to have my two front tires replaced. Another great experience at Discount Tire, even if unplanned.

Blew 2 tires after hitting some rebar on 290. My tow truck got me to this location 15 minutes before they closed. Got me out the door and back on the road super fast. Great staff, great service.

I've been purchasing tires here for 15 years. There have been a few times where I felt that the salesman was exaggerating the need for new tires but nothing completely dishonest - until today. I took a tire in with a nail in the middle of a 6,000-mile-old tread. The tire had gone flat during the night, and it took me 200 ft of driving to realize it. Immediately the salesman was pushing me to buy a new one claiming that the sidewalls were damaged due to heat. They weren't. Finally, he said they couldn't honor the warranty and that the tire was unsalvageable. I told them either they fix it or they'd lost a customer for life. The guy down the street patched it for $10 without blinking, and I found a new place to buy tires.

Had my $1300 Gucci watch stolen from my center console. Grandpa who passed away bought me that watch and this is absolutely soul crushing. Bought 2 tire too from this place.. What a waste of money. Return my watch please or refund me for the value of it.

Came here with the expectation of filling up air in my tires. Turns out my tires were on there last life. Tommy took care of everything in 45 minutes start to finish. That includes talking with me, inspecting the tires, and putting them on. He even stayed true to his word on price after realizing they did not have the four brand tires that I originally paid for. Excellent Service Thanks Tommy

These incompetent idiots lost 2 out of 4 of my custom valve stem caps. Who can't keep track of very unique caps? They didn't even bother replacing them with generic black caps.Pathetic.

Discount Tire was quick, efficient and honest. Whenever I need my tires taken care of they are always going to be my choice of places to go. Other places will make you wait for hours and up charge multiple products, not Discount tires! The staff is friendly and helpful as well.
