On average I go here 2/3 times a year for detailed wash. I've had mixed experience over the year. I've also got their oil change service which was good.The interior shampoo experience was top notch but regular interior/exterior wash is a hit or a miss. If something is noticed on spot and/or missed they do take care of it that's why I'm leaving 5 stars.

This is the only detailed car wash in the area and it s really difficult because the interior is always a miss . I m not sure why people can t pay attention to detail even when he paid for the service.After I gave the lady the tip and asked her to fix a few spots, I noticed the seats were not done at all. I sat there for 20 minutes, doing it myself because it was going to be easier than tracking down someone and that one single person came to check on me if anything they were out just smoking just watching me. There s absolutely a lack of management or training at this location and really hope they improve since they are the only ones in the area. The manager, Ever said he ll take care of me, but he will not remember me and therefore we ll see when I go back there if he s going to take care of me .Mind you, I paid for the super clean services and my car was under the seat shampoo carport, and the seats were not even attended to .

My 5 year old Subaru looked 10 years old - a filthy farm/city vehicle with lots of dirt, sand and dog hair. Now it looks brand new literally! Inside & out the car just glistens. These amazing guys have loved it back to NEW!! I will be back.

I absolutely love this place!! The lady that runs the inside is SO super sweet and remembers everything about you, your preferences and she even asked me how my sick dog was doing!! They hand wash my car and clean the inside for $50!!And they don t scratch the entire paint job and then deny it like Cypress Car Wash did to my brand new Cadillac! I ve been here a ton of times and I ve never had a bad experience. They really picked a great name because every employee seems to take pride in their job.Oh and the parking lot is big and has plenty of room to turn around and isn t congested.I highly recommend Cypress Pride Car Wash and can t say enough good things about them!!

I ve been using this place just for the oil change. Decided to get my wife s suv detailed. Well I paid for the full interior and wax. Inside was still dirty they left all doors opened, when I arrived the battery was dead. The guy said they leave all interior details with the door opened. Now I use to manage several car washes and full service washes. It s better to close the doors and crack the windows down to let the interior ventilate and let dry. Sorry sir but you can t get one over me. I checked the exterior still had bugs on the front of the vehicle, how will you wax a vehicle and still leave bugs on the front. The center console was still dirty once I got home I had to really inspect the vehicle and see what was wrong and yes several areas that were dirty. If this is how a detail is should I start paying more attention to the oil change as well? Not impressed with the detail on the vehicle.

Price is fair but service is a decent. The inside clean is always a miss for me. I can easily spot so many missed spots. Sad I pay over $130 and still have to do a follow up wipe down myself.

First time got their Super Clean Interior package for $50. Very pleased with the cleaning. They washed the exterior and vacuumed the inside as well. They also towel dried everything. Thanks!

I purchased a Groupon and went to this facility. There are three drive up stations. I was in line for the third one. I arrived at 2:45. I went inside and waited. I asked several times if my car was going to be started. It took 45 minutes just for it to move I'm afraid this place in understaffed. Sad, because they do good work. The cars only exited about every ten minutes. Once the car came out, there was only one person doing the final drying. Again, the actual wash was very good..the one hour wait when they were not very busy was not acceptable. Feel free to go and take a good book.

Paid for a hand wash and wax with interior detailing. Interior was cleaned ok, but outside still had lots of bugs on the hood and side mirrors. They just waxed over and them! I won t be going back.

Super impressed with their detailing service. I get my car washed here and they do a good job with that too. Staff is friendly. Definitely recommend.

Let's get into it!Love this location!Great place to get your car serviced and detailed. They offer hand wash or car wash drive through. They will even hand dry your vehicle after it's been washed.I've come here previously I for a state inspection and a full detail and wash. I went on a Saturday in the middle of the day and was in and out in less than an hour and a half.Seating on the inside is ample. Your kiddos can even watch the cars go through the was on the inside. There is also seating outside.Make sure you bring some extra cash to tip the folks who dry the cars. They work in direct heat all day. Plus they will also use your rags if you provide them to them.All I love this place and come often after day trips to Austin. They always get all the bugs and gunk off so it doesn't destroy my paint!

Extremely low effort. We got inside and outside cleaning and leather conditioning- There were still crumbs in the back seat that are very easily vacuumed- There were spray marks from the conditioner they used that they didn t bother to wipe down- The carpet in the cargo area of the SUV was untouched. I know this Bc there was just as much dog hair as when we brought it in.Overall it was about as low of effort as they could have possibly given. My wife didn t want to start a fight so she left the establishment but someone has to hold them accountable.

Dropped my vehicle to get only the interior detailed, took about less than 2hrs- I was not impressed and left disappointed. Before I took off I made sure to look over at the work they did. I pointed out to one of the guys, I was very nice about it, I didn't want to be a "karen" about it (he was friendly but obviously bothered) there was some dusty/dirty/grimey areas that were completely missed. I lifted my cupholder protectors and underneath was still spilled coffee and inside the edges cupholders was still sticky, I cannot believe they "detailed" it this way. The guy did take time to wipe down areas I pointed out, I ran my fingers in some crevices on the interior, BLACK dust, LOL, I did comment on it and while he smiled, he was bothered, BUT WHY? I PAID TO GET IT DETAILED. Please do better next time, a review from 3 months ago stated the same experience I just had today. It definitely felt rushed.Service: Auto detailing

My husband has taken his Ford Exlorer XLT there to have it cleaned and until today was pleased with the results. Today, he was not...he had to point out the floor/mats which didn't look vacuumed at all! This lack of attention to detail is disappointing!

I got my BMW inspected and washed at this place. Both services were top notch. I got the deluxe wash with interior vacuuming and tire shine. It is the best value car wash my car's ever had. Would repeat.

I m a repeat customer and brought my car in to get detailed/washed (I purchased The Works ). I will not be using this business again.After they were finished and called me out to get my car, I got in and began to drive off but my car alerted me that my trunk door was open. I went to go close it, but it kept beeping and wouldn t close. There were two attendants in close proximity. I politely asked attendant #1 what happened because it wasn t like that when I brought it in. He smiled, shrugged, and continued what he was doing. I then asked attendant #2 what happened and what I should do and he said, I don t know, it wouldn t shut, but you can go next door and beg them to help you. This shows that they knew what happened and weren t going to tell me, which is really bad business. Both attendants proceeded to watch me struggle and provided ZERO assistance for an issue that occurred at this business. The alarm was caused because the trunk door window had been opened and not properly closed.Also, they replaced the driver s side floor mat incorrectly where it was hitting the accelerator pedal, which could have caused the accelerator to stick open. Again, they watched me remove and correctly replace the floor mat with NO assistance.I m not upset about someone making a mistake - it happens. I m upset that they were knowingly going to let me drive off with it like that and refused to help me. Also, the interior detailing was sub par.

I used to love this place, but has gone downhill over the last two years. I m giving two stars because the oil change and inspection center is top notch, but the car wash area is severely lacking. An oil change here will take a quick 15 minutes, but a standard automatic car wash with a vacuum will take over an hour. The car wash attendants are extremely disorganized and understaffed. The attendants will routinely take cars out of order, sometimes extremely out of order. My most recent visit had a person come 20 minutes after me and leave 15 minutes before me. The single car wash attendant drying cars would periodically stop what she was doing to sprint to the car wash lane because the attendants at the front of the line wouldn t check to make sure there wasn t a car sitting at the end of the automatic wash before sending a second car through. I witnessed 3 near collisions while waiting for someone to dry my car. Additionally, the bathrooms in the place were so gross it was smelling up the entire waiting area. I keep finding it harder and harder to come back, not sure if this place is even worth visiting anymore.

This automatic car washing machine is too old. The sides of my car were washed off and the phone was left behind. The employee said he'd help me find it and call me back and nothing happened. When I saw a lot of customers inside missing license plates and other parts.

Employee put some kind of acid degreaser on my alloy wheels, they denied doing it but had before photos, overall ok carwash.Returned to wash pickup today Sept 2nd employee stated owner does not want my business for this review. Not a problem he's losing 6 vehicles. Just FYI I have the recording on when your new employee mistakenly put the chrome cleaner.

I was looking for a car wash close to home. Drove by cypress pride and got the deluxe wash for 15 dollars. All they did was vacuum and clean my cupholders . I could have vacuumed myself instead of wasting 15 dollars to have it done by someone else. They really should change their name this car wash is not the pride of cypress. Do not waste your money or time here! Not satisfied with the service.

I have used this location for oil services for several years. I thought the service was excellent until my check engine oil alarm sounded. I could not open the hood as the latch was broken and it appeared someone had tried to pry it open before. When I took my car to a different oil service company we discovered thick black sticky oil that clearly had not been changed in a while. Certainly not in the less than three months since I last had it changed last here. If you go here check your oil and maybe trust your car to a different place.To the mgmt reply: you are correct all combustion engines consume some oil especially as the vehicle ages. That nor the hood latch were my concerns. What was an issue was the condition of the oil. I will evaluate the oil at 2200 miles and IF the oil is in the same condition I will take this post down. Thank you for the offer to see the video. I may take you up on seeing a three month old video of the oil draining out of the engine next time I am in the area.

Third times a charm! Spent too much with having my oil changed and deluxe car wash to have them rush through it. I get you guys are busy busy busy, but still I paid for my services. Waited almost 1.5 hours as well. Paid for all my wheels to be polished - came home with only two. The windshield and back glass weren t wiped all the way I literally had to clean it when I got home. Anyway, I ve sent multiple people your way, I truly hope you don't lose them with poor service.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I went here today for a quick car wash. The place was empty with only 1 or 2 cars. The man asked me for which service I want. I told him I just want the regular one. Then he showed me the price tag and asked again which one "yellow, blue, or red" (he excludeed the green which is the service that I wanted).I told him I just want the green one. He confim "Green?" and the then charged me $22 which is the yellow service.I know today the business is slow, but I dont like the way you do business. It's not honest.I go to this place all the time because it's near my house. But I dont think I will come back again.
