Yousef was awesome through the whole process. Helped me out and when there were some issues getting parts took care of me and even forgave some of the extra charges. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews I had an overall good experience here and the staff was friendly and honest. Vehicle came out looking nice

I had a wonderful experience with Cypress Collision. I went in for an estimate for my fender bender and to replace my license plate light. They gave me a reasonable quote. I didn't take my car in for 4 weeks. The quote didn't change. They repaired my fender and replaced the light. My car looks good. They had the car ready within 2 days as promised. The guys, Joe and Junior were very nice and respectful. I would recommend Cypress Collision. I was very pleased with my service.

Some people are just taught to do absolutely nothing the right way, and these are those people. Absolute crooks all the way around! Do NOT, do NOT, do NOT let your car end up here and if it does after an accident, have your insurance move it IMMEDIATELY.Our motorcycle was towed there without our knowledge after an accident. We spent the first day at the hospital, and on the second day physically went to the address our motorcycle was towed to the motorcycle was not there. It was located 15 minutes down the street at their other location - again without our consent or knowledge.We show up so that our insurance can move it and are told they ll take pictures and create a profile and send everything over to the insurance by Monday or Tuesday the latest (this was a Friday) Monday and Tuesday go by and not only was nothing created or sent over, they re ignoring the insurance calls as well as ours.We have to physically go there again. They said they took everything apart to get part numbers on Friday and should have something ready already. I call the guy who was supposed to be helping us, and he doesn t answer or return calls/texts.I call Wednesday during business hours and he said they sent everything over to our insurance and the insurance said they are going to total it out. I asked him to forward the email he sent to them as I requested before and he said they were having their Thanksgiving Party and he would try to. I immediately hang up and call our claims handler and she laughs and says they ve received nothing from them, nor can she get anyone on the phone or have had ANY form of communication with them.Shop is closed Thursday through Sunday for Thanksgiving I guess.Monday comes around and now it s been 12 days since the accident. Already made our minds up that the bike is leaving that shop no matter what that day. We physically go there for the 3rd time and are met with the owner at the front desk. He has one sheet of paper with very generic part names and prices that I KNOW he typed up while my husband was standing there. Parts are not even complete. Very thrown together estimate . I ask why it took 12 days to come up with this and why has it not been sent to insurance. His answer - this was done 4 days after the bike got here, maybe earlier - so then I call him out for just holding onto the bike to charge more unnecessary storage fees and he demands that I get $988 CASH to release OUR bike. $988 was for 14 days of storage. Thats at least 10 days more than when he claimed the estimate was done that it just sat there, and also at this point it was 12 days - so charging for 2 extra days. I tell him I m not bringing him cash, and he won t accept debit or credit card. So now we re going back and forth. After telling him that he is running a shady business, he tells us to get the F out of his shop or he s calling the cops. I call the cops as well. 2 officers show up, and while I make the effort to show them proof of everything on my phone they say I don t even need to do that because they re very familiar with how this place runs and get calls about them frequently.With an officer escort, I m able to sign a paper to release the bike where my insurance is going to have to pay this crazy rate. Inaccurate information on the document that would have caused further issues had I not been paying close attention.As we are leaving, the owner and his workers confront, threaten, and call my husband a couple of names because he starts his car - which is very loud. The physically get in his face calling him names and making threats, the officers have to intervene.THEY ADD $500 TO OUR BILL, UNEXPLAINED.I apologize for the long read, but I feel that the general public should know about this FRAUD, SCAM, UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT place.It s a trend on these reviews. They re taking advantage of good, hardworking people and running INSURANCE SCAMS and TAX FRAUD. Don t waste your money, DEFINITELY don t let them touch your vehicle, and don t let them scam you. Protect your pockets.

Shady business. Went in to pick up my car while we sort out an insurance claim and one of their tow trucker s decided to harass me with messages and phone calls. I ll let you take it this one time. Excuse me? You re not entitled to my vehicle and certainly not my business which you just lost. You don t pay my car note lol your intimidation tactics are wack. Listen to the reviews, don t sign any paperwork, and get your vehicle asap from this pathetic establishment.

I hate this place, PLEASE DON'T LET ANYONE TOWN YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE .They keeped my vehicle for almost 5 months, made me call insurance a few times because according to them they couldn't get a hold of anyone, not to forget to mention made me pay almost $2,800 on just the rental BECAUSE according to them"the insurance was the one that took long to complete the repairs". And when I got the vehicle the repair wasn't even done correctly to the point that til this day I still have issues with the back driver side door. Cris the town guy from Indigo was great. Very helpful however this company on the other hand was a COMPLETE TRASH, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AS CAN BE. THIS SHOULD BE A BUSINESS TO CLOSE. SPECIALLY AFTER READING A REVIEW AND SEE THAT A POLICE OFFICE SAID TO THE LADY THAT HE DOESN'T HAVE TO SEE ANY PROOFS BECAUSE THIS IS A CONSTANT THING THEY GET CALLS FROM THIS PLACE ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE...

Honestly look at everyone and what they said about this place. Shady 100%. They charged me $950 because it was here for THREE DAYS ONLY. Even my own personal tow truck driver that I had to find to take my car out was like what s wrong with these ppl charging that much. This a mechanic shop not a tow yard. Than he said if I want a receipt I had to pay extra

Worst place ever ever ever! They do not care about costumers. PLEASE MAKE YOU A FAVOR AND GO AWAY BEFORE THEY KIDNAP YOUR CAR. If you have Geico Insurance DO NOT touch that place, they have an Internal fight and we the costumers have to pay for that.Please be careful, once your car is inside the place you are in troubles.I have to re-repair my front bumper because the bad job.This place is the personification of a Nightmare.

Just got my car released by paying cash and making some cash illegal shady deals going to report them to TDLR have a bunch of other departments investigate this, they're running a shady buisness,charging people illegally,and as a part of DPS I am not gonna let them play me.Wait to hear from lawyers and departments. Everything has been recorded and documented since day one. Also was given a fake receipt with no names.

Bit of a head scratcher, had my car towed here after an accident and they don t play nice with Geico. Held my car hostage, claiming they were owed thousands. Once I hired my own tow truck and paid them for the initial tow and storage, they released my car to me. Had Geico pick up the car from my house. Huge waste of time and money. Probably fault on both sides but wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.

Avoid this company at ALL costs. Total crooks, held my car for two weeks claiming parts were hard to come by for a 2009 Jeep and would need to keep my vehicle another two weeks. Had my car towed to a different place that would fix within 3 days. Went to have my car removed and they charged $750 ( Storage based on fictitious delays and tow charge that was never mentioned). Save yourself aggregation, time and money and avoid these crooks

I don t usually stop to write reviews, but I am beyond proud of this company!! Mr. Yousef did an amazing job fixing up my car after my accident. He was VERY professional, kind, and understanding. All of his staff members, including himself were outstanding and walked me through every step of the process. These bad reviews are all coming from one person being pessimistic and pathetic. Even if anyone did have a problem, Mr. yousef would fix things immediately with upmost respect and fairness. Take it from me and trust this business with your cars, just like I did.

Only giving 1 star because I can t give 0. I bought a car from yousef and he is such a fraud. He did not fix this car as he claims he did. All did was put body parts on to make it look pretty

Upon arrival, I was greeted nicely and had a very warm welcoming by the workers inside. They worked fast and did my service in a timely manner. Great prices too!

This place changed their names to hide all the other fraud encounters. The owner took my car against authorization and stated they did work. They are currently holding my car hostage requesting a ridiculous amount to be paid but will offer zero documentation of the work being done. The car was never to be towed and was scammed from the accident investigator to the tow truck driver. Do not ever take your car here ever

Giving 1 star because I can t give him a 0 , totally unprofessional fighting with the insurance agent and with me (the client) took a whole month to only fix the bumper and some other stuff in my car it was supposed to be ready on a Saturday called me on Tuesday when I went to pick up my car I notice the bumper wasn t change (so idk what they did for a whole month ) then come back the next day to see my car had scratches everywhere the inside was totally disgusting my seats it was just nasty then I go and check on that bumper and surprise it wasn t even put in correctly I can fit a whole finger in between the lines and they refuse to fix it .. the guy from the front office joshep totally rude and the mechanic Gabriel didn t see anything wrong with the car not recommend it do NOT come to this place they will leave your car in horrible condition and won t even fix what they re paid to fix and will tell you it s your fault and the parts they had to paint is a totally different color from my cars

The worst thieves my truck was involved in an accident. I have no idea why it was taking there but after three days they wanted to charge over $2500 to get it out. Crazy.!!!

If you're ever wondering why the drivers of Northway Wrecker Service have no regard for the safety of others on the road, then look no further than their Owner Belal Yousef. I was almost rear ended by one of their drivers while exiting 290 and Telge. All caught on my dash cam. I go to Cypress Collision repair to make a complaint to the owner Belal, and it was evident right away why his drivers drive the way they do. I've since filed a police report with the Sheriff's Office and will be also calling their Insurance Company. I'm glad I have everything on dash cam and my interaction with Belal on Body Cam. I see in 2016 he was in the news for making racist remarks to an individual.

By far one of the best repairs shops, I've been to here in Houston!! Everyone is awesome and honest. I worked with them and my insurance with no problems whatsoever! Not only did they allow me to rent a car while mine was in the shop, but they also fixed it within a reasonable time. I know most people say that once a car is damaged it won't be as new, but after this shop was done, my car was back to its perfect condition. All parts that they used were new and original parts, the labor was clearly done right, and the staff knew exactly what they were doing and how to run a business!

DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT!They have unethical agreements with area tow truck drivers. My wife was in a incident that required a tow. Tow driver tried to get us to rent a car with them and we declined. We were under the impression the car was to be towed to a holding lot but instead was towed to this repair facility. When towed to a repair facility the charges start adding up much more rapid. Tow truck driver tried to get the car repaired with them saying it would be cheaper and waived deductible etc. The tow truck driver stalked my wife's and I facebook, text messages and calls to keep pushing this shop on us. JUST READ THESE REVIEWS, WHO WOULD GET THEIR CAR REPAIRED WITH THEM? Geico tried for EIGHT days to get the car released but this shop would not answer their calls. $901 dollars, an extra tow truck driver and the Sheriff on the ready we finally got our car back.AVOID AVOID AVOID

O stars. Joseph not only are you a terrible person but you can't even do you Job. You call me a N***** ? Threatening me? What goes around come around. Do not take your vehicle here under any circumstance. Joseph is why this industry get a bad reputation. North cypress collision did a horrible job. They shouldn't be in business. HORRIBLE.

DO NOT HAVE ANY WORK COMPLETED HERE!!!!!!! IF TOWED TO THIS BUSINESS GET YOUR CAR IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!! TAKE YOUR CAR TO A DEALER IF YOU RE IN A NOT AT FAULT ACCIDENT!!!!!!The body work not completed as per their written estimate to the insurance company. They will not give you any documentation regarding what work they completed nor charged. In some areas I can see where there was no sanding nor bonding they just sprayed over chipped paint caused from the car accident. Also they padded the estimate by adding items that were NOT replaced on my vehicle. Like wheel rim replacement and front end alignment neither we re done. They didn t even put the front License plate holder back on the car. The customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Whomever the gentleman was who answered the phone yelled at me and hung up on me. All because he did not want to answer my questions regarding my car. They will over talk you and speak to you as if you are a child. My vehicle was towed to this shop after a car accident. The only work that was completed was body. They are NOT equipped to run diagnostics to look for mechanical issues. I was told twice by a gentleman who answered the phone, they would run diagnostics. But later was told I have a bad battery ( which was not the case prior to the accident). When I arrived to pick up my car I was told they don t have the equipment to run diagnostics. So they could not tell me why the battery won t keep a charge. Had I been informed that they were only equipped to complete body work and minor repairs, I would have gone somewhere else. DO NOT tow your car to this location for any reason. Again the customer service is horrible!!!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I got into an accident last year and this body shop did an amazing job fixing up my car. They gave me a good rental car, and fixed everything on time. They also worked with my insurance with no problems whatsoever. Had a massive accident and their tow towed my vehicle to their shop. I explicitly stated I was going to have my insurance come get it and tow it to another shop I routinely use. When my insurance came to pick it up they refused saying I said I want them to repair it instead which is a blatant lie. Please stay away and do not use this shop or towing.

This place is a joke, they don t have software to write an estimate, so when the make what they call a supplement the insurance won t except it, and they won t work with you, they also charged me $499 for a 50 mile tow.They also didn t match the color of my paint.I am overall unimpressed and would not recommend this shop to anyone!Protect yourself and don t get scammed by these guys

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FIX YOUR CAR. I don t care if they showed up at the scene of your incident. If they decide to tow your car to their shop, make sure your insurance company takes it to another place. Pay the money to have it towed. It ll save you a headache in the future.They fixed my car back in May of 2019 and I got in a recent wreck in the same spot that was repaired. This company performed a botch job on my car which caused this current collision center with my insurance not able to actually fix my car due to their unprofessional, lack lustered and lazy work.Service: Painting

The team at North Cypress Collision Repair was great to work with. When they repaired my car after an accident they met all the dates they promised and did a really high quality job. Worst place in the world. Very unprofessional and he takes insurance money and put it in his pocket. He uses the cheapest parts to repair your car even though the insurance company pays him for the best parts. My wife got into a car accident and I took her car to these guys and they explained everything to me and also gave my wife a rental. They did a phenomenal job on my wife s car and kept me up to date throughout the whole process until my wife s car was done and ready for pickup. When we went to pick it up it looked as if the car was still brand new as if nothing had ever happened. They are very professional, respectful, and they also guaranteed the life of there work. I would take my car back to them anytime something happens no matter what.Thanks North Cypress Collision for the amazing work y all did.
