I had an unfortunate experience where I was driving and all of a sudden, I lost power steering and heard a loud blast from my engine immediately following thick pluming billowing smoke pouring out from under my hood. I thankfully had my phone in my lap so I threw it into park and jumped out leaving all my belongings, purse, bags etc and was able to call 911 and fortunately a Fire Truck was there in minutes. There was SO much thick smoke that I couldn t see flames but the Fire Department opened the hood and told me my Radiator blew up. I m a proud AAA member and it was obvious my vehicle wasn t drivable because the explosion blew the Tensioner Belts off as well but the apartment complex that I was stuck at called their tow truck driver who arrived first. Thank goodness I had cash or he would have certainly taken it somewhere far away and not allowed me to stay with my vehicle and have it towed to a repair garage. I actually value other peoples feedback and their experiences and that was the sole reason for picking Cypress Auto Repair. I called and the owner Mr. Khan answered. I told him my situation and that I was waiting for whichever tow truck arrived first. He asked where I was and he knew where I was located and told me that he would come to me in 30 -40 minutes for him to see if there was any way to avoid the cost of the tow. I was actually speechless but said okay great! Ten minutes later the apartment tow truck driver arrived so I immediately called him and told him I was heading his way. Of course the firemen were correct and it was going to be a costly repair IF I had not blew the main Head Gasket which the expense to repair would have been greater than getting another used vehicle. Mr. Khan spoke very respectfully to me and showed me exactly what needed to be replaced and gave me an honest estimate. It was a large job so I was able to watch the steady flow of customers coming through including an official Government Vehicle. It was like watching Groundhog Day because EVERY customer came in with a smile on their face and some greeted Ali, my friend, how are you others would come in and start their story back up with 30 minutes of chitchat before even stating their reasons for the visit. He is a Small Business Owner that s obviously a pillar in the Cypress Community. I m pleased to see others supporting an individual s right to pursue their dream by working open to close 6 days a week. I am sincerely grateful for the repairs that he did for me without price gouging me due to my gender. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS TEAM FOR ANY AND ALL YOUR CAR REPAIR SERVICE AND NEEDS!!!! Big shout out to Jared and Teo for their hardworking enthusiastic support of Mr. Khan and Cypress Automotive Repair! He has earned a Customer For Life from me as long as I am with in my 80 miles of towing (actually I would pay extra if over 80 miles honestly)! Two thumbs up from me!!!

Went to Cypress Auto Repair at 4:30pm because Google says they close at 6pm. Told the guy what my car issue is, he promptly said he can t help me because they re closing right now and turned around and walked away. Zero customer service. It was VERY obvious he did not want my money/business, so I left. I overheard customer ahead of me cursing because they wouldn t help her either.

Had my 2010 Chevy Silverado in for the replacement of a Torch Converter.. I will be driving it back up there to them bc it is shifting funny now..Y'all's prices are fair, so I will be using your services more! Thanks Ali.!

Love this place. Manager and staff friendly. Got a quote for some substantial repairs for half the cost of another place I went to. Will continue to bring my vehicles there with no hesitation from now on. Highly recommend.

I bought a car from the dealership that also operates there. I was very very wary of buying a used car, but Mr. Khan made the experience very easy and was very honest. He sold me a very nice car. Made sure everything that he knew of was in great condition. The things that were not, he was willing to make them right. All in all, this is a GREAT place to buy a car, and I will definitely be buying from him again next year. If you want to buy a used car, go to him. You won't be disappointed. Finally! Someone who isn't just after your money. He really is honest.

We take all of our vehicles here. Over the past 5 years we have tried for whatever reason to go to different places but always end up back over here to have Ali & his team fix whatever the last place screwed up. I would highly recommend this place & will never make the mistake of taking our vehicles anywhere else.

I just had an excellent experience at CypressAutoRepair last week. The hurricane was bearing down and my water pump went out. They stayed open to get out as many cars as possible while still taking in more cars. They brought me in and replaced it within hours at the fair price (not the horrible mark ups of Skeeters and Drivers ect.) Ali Khan listened and cared and saved my butt in a crisis hours before the floods began. So I have to recommend them. I have a long list of places that ripped me off, but right now Cypress Auto Repair is the only name on the list of places that didn't when they could have.

They will screw you over on your inspection and will rifle through your stuff when they take your vehicle around the block. Don't waste your time or money on this place. They Don't Care and the mechanic cant be trusted alone with your vehicle. Awful untimely service.

Was charged $621 for power steering pump and a oil leak to be fixed. Car still not fixed.
