Rick and Victor were extremely helpful! They didn't try to take advantage of me or upsell me on something I didn't need, but fixed my problem cheerfully and professionally. Honesty and integrity matter! Thank you, gentlemen, and thank you, Auto Zone. You've got rockstars on your team, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received!

I needed to get battery terminals. I knew that my car could have needed the fuse box for the automatic headlights, and they not only tested that but also the battery itself. The customer service is always top-notch. I have never had an employee try to sell me something that I don't need. In fact, they did the opposite. I went in there thinking that I was going to have to buy the fuse box and they said it was working properly and not to worry about it. I only go to this store if I can because I know that they really do have their customers' best interests in mind. I was going to get a slightly more expensive battery terminal. The employee said that with my car it really would not help it do anything more than the cheaper priced one. I highly recommend them.

I went to the store today and I was helped by Bobby Van Allen and the interaction was very wholesome he was very helpful and he made my experience simple and fast. He also gave me some knowledge about my car I didn t know as well.

Was pretty sure I had a bad battery. Had an appointment with my daughter and stopped here on our way because I didn't want to get stranded. Victoria tested battery, replaced it and we were on our way! Were even early to the appointment. Great experience! Efficient, timely and professional!!

Vincent was heading out and was clocked out but stayed back to help me fix one of my car lights! He was very very helpful and I really appreciate that he did that for me! He also took time to get his personal tools and then also walk me through how to fix it for future reference!

Thanks for Excellent customer service. Philip was great in helping my wife charge her suv battery by taking the time to meet us at nearby Home Depot which allowed us to get to Autozone and replace it. Philip cleaned the battery terminals and replace battery and suv is running excellent. Thanks Again!

I got to Autozone 2 minutes before they closed and Kris was there to help me out with no frustration what so ever. Very nice and respectful, with no attitude! I greatly appreciate yalls help !

Perfectly placed and convenient location with helpful and skilled staff.They will check your battery for you for free and help guide you into making an educated decision if you need to replace it.You are able to buy online and pickup in store also to make it a quick stop by if needed.

Went to 2 different locations do get my engine light checked both places said their machine is broken. It was barker, Cypress locations. They just don't want to help out and are lazy. Went to O'Neal and they were very helpful

Gary! That s the guy that changed my battery in the rain when no one in other places would because of a rusted screw that was hard to come off. It s so hard to find good customer service and kindness now and days. I called before going in and he was very helpful in making suggestions for battery s too. Overall amazed at how helpful and willing to help he was. I can t believe he changed my battery with the heavy rain. GARY you are making a difference! Thank YOU sir!

The store manager Trey is absolutely useless. Don't waste your time. Take your car some place else. Purchased a battery from these guys, in less than 2 hours the car stopped on me. Tried discussing this with the manager, they don't care. Zero help.

Husband comes here all the time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are also helpful if you need to call and check on the availability of a part. I would recommend this location of AutoZone .

I just had great service at AutoZone at Spring Cypress and close to 290. Shoot out to Junior M and Victoria. I came in and bought two batteries. Both of them were nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back. Service with a smile.

My experience here was great! I needed a diagnostic test done on my car and the cashier Victoria was helpful and very knowledgeable with my problem. She took her time to explain what my situation may be and was very friendly and polite. Overall, great and fantastic job!
