Today I met a gentleman named Oscar, which is the manager of auto fix unlimited. I was in to get a vehicle inspection done, and witnessed a confrontation between a customer and Oscar, and I must say that Oscar handled everything with the utmost professionalism. I don't know the entire details or the back story, but wanted to highlight the professionalism demonstrated today.If the manager of this establishment conducts himself with this professionalism, that can only be an indication of the staff working with him. I will definitely return.

Sunny Zamir the owner of this shop is a good person with a big heart, today I was stuck in the middle of the road with my car broken down, I was alone with my three kids sweating in the heat today was extremely hot, I had my phone dead I couldn t call nobody but prayed in the car and ask god for help, Sunny Zamir received a call saying some lady car broke down in the middle of the road 2 min away from your shop, he came to me with water bottles and a towel and offer me help, I was worried because I had no money, he said don t worried, he took me to the shop fixed my car Oder the alternator and pay for it, he was about to close the shop and he kept it open for me, he asked a mechanic to stay over time, he even went out he s way to buy my kids some snacks and even offer me something to eat, me worried that I was going to pay a lot of money, little did I know he wasn t going to charge me anything I cry a lot because I felt so blessed. This man has a shop and it s doing good in life because he has a big heart and he cares about people.. good people still exist!! I recommend this shop to everyone great people and amazing service!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle safety inspection

I had a complete brake job done in January, 4 new rotors, 4 new brake pads. Three weeks later, brakes started squealing, this past Saturday was the 7th visit to get the issue resolved. Two months ago you finally replaced the front pads after me bringing it in and leaving it a few times only for you to tell me that you didn't hear the noise and you have to hear it to fix it, it's either the pad or the rotor, not ten other things, just a process of elimination. I had over 15 videos of the noise that I let you hear. I take good care of my vehicle and it's embarrassing for me to drive around with squealing brakes. I would like to not have to go through the inconvenience of bringing my car in and not get the issue resolved. I am not going to say anything good or bad because I want to give you the opportunity to resolve the issue. I shouldn't have to bring my vehicle in numerous times to resolve this issue after spending over $800 on a full brake job at Auto Fix. You have my number.Service: Auto brake repair

Walk in for state inspection. First up and out quickly. Nicely done. If there were more stars, Auto Fix would deserve them. I'm very pleased with the service in quality and time....about 40 minutes for an oil change and state inspection, not to mention friendly and efficient employees. This is my second time to use Auto Fix with the same professional results.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

This place is terrible, avoid it at all cost as I m sitting here they lost another costumers keys. He had to call a cab to get back home. Also the manager is super rude. Been here for going on 3 hrs sitting here watching them not work on my car. And for the owers watch 2 customers walk out and go to a different company because of the key debacle

I went in for an inspection. They were busy but they got me in and out pretty fast. Super nice staff, too!*Had one small-ish issue today. While on the phone verifying that they had time to get me in (and our conversation was about over), Cade hung up the call without any type of goodbye or "ok, see you soon".*

I came to Auto Fix for an oil leak that Walmart s mechanic team caused. Oscar helped me, and I am so thankful he was there! He was so helpful and kind. He gave me honest advice, and I will absolutely be coming back. I would recommend talking to Oscar. Auto Fix repair service is the best service provider in Houston Texas. I highly recommend them for any auto repair. And, if they can't fix your problem they have lots of places that they can recommend you. The best part about Auto Fix is the prices for doing the work. Great people to have in your corner when things are going bad. The staff is extremely nice, but that's how they get you. They price gauge like crazy. They are usually very quick to service you and help you out, but you'll be paying too much.

I was told by my manager to take our company vehicle to this location. Oscar was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. I waited in the lobby while our truck was being serviced and his interaction with his customers and employees was impressive. The interaction I had with another employee was also great as he offered to give me a ride down the street rather than pay for an Uber. I was so impressed I brought my personal vehicle the same weekend. Again excellent customer service.

Just got my state inspection done here on my vehicle and the service was fast and great. Oscar and Kaden were very friendly and got me out quickly. I have been using Auto Fix for years. Sunny, the owner, has always been fair and upfront with me about all my vehicles. I just recently had my daughters car worked on. I told her from now on bring your car here for repairs. Oscar, has always been a professional when it comes to car repairs. I write lots of reviews for Google, and the vast majority of them are positive. This one is not. I brought my vehicle (6 cylinder) in for an oil change two months ago, and everything was handled well at a reasonable price comparable to other area businesses offering the same service. I sent my daughter down with her vehicle (also 6 cylinder) over the weekend, and they charged her $40 more for the exact same oil change package (Platinum FIX 8000 mile package). Nothing else was done to warrant the price difference. I went today to inquire about the price difference and I got a bunch of rationalization mumbo-jumbo from the guy at the counter about how they don t use recycled oil, etc. That oil change would ve cost $65-$70 at any other area business, but they charged her $104 here. Apparently they saw a young girl coming That s a ridiculous price for an oil change, and we won t ever be bringing any of our vehicles back here again. We will go to Brake Check or any of the numerous other places where the cost will be around $70 (and much quicker).I ve read the other reviews on this business, and it seems that there are enough legitimate issues to warrant going elsewhere if you re looking for good work at a fair price. Personally, I only have a bad experience once after that I go elsewhere.

SCAMMERS! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The owner Sunny Zamir is a NARCISSIST and SCAMMER who hides behind his "faith" to make him seem like a decent person. He is not a decent person, and his business is SHADY to say the very least. This place continued to take my money while doing nothing to fix what I brought my car in for, but found hundreds of dollars worth of other "issues" to charge me for. They had weeks to fix my car and yet they could not even diagnose the issue with my car. I took it to another shop and the car was diagnosed and fixed within two days. Sunny then called me a liar when I called him out on the issues and had the audacity to call me a scammer. Auto Fix Unlimited is by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, and INCOMPETENT auto shop I have ever dealt with in my life. Take your car to anywhere else in Cypress besides here.Ps. I can't reply to the reply to this review, but I stand by what I said. Believe whomever you want, but don't say I didn't warn you about Sunny and his shady business.

Today my sister was stuck on the side of the road with a bad Alternator. She was by her self with 3 of my nephews/nieces. She did not have any money on her & her phone had died. Luckily the owner went in & help her get the vehicle started. He offered to fix her car, my sister with no other choice let him fix it hoping for the bill not to be expensive. When the car was fixed the owner did not charge her at all, he told her God bless you! In the invoice discounted to $0.00. Kudos to the owner! Highly recommend this shop!

$155 an hour Labor Charge; Great Ppl good Coffee and state of the art Technologies..Oscar is the Man..Took my 2006 Cadillac cts for repair and they were knowledgeable and honest about everything, sent videos before starting and have links to approve or deny work...Good Job Guys..

My wife's car had a problem with her AC and being that we live in Houston it was fixed. They put a leak detector but there was no leak. But now she's happy because the AC is very cold. Oscar and the crew evaluated and repaired my 2007 Honda Accord V6. Repairs included Timing Belt maintenance, synthetic oil change, and replacement of my power steering pump. The mechanic that did the repairs was honest and forthcoming coming of the repairs and the cost was well below what I expected to pay for the service I received.
