Caution,They sold me the wrong bulb and would not exchange for the right one. Said I would have to pay again.LolWhat a joke > will not return. There are 2 other auto parts stores right down the road.

My name is Dianne , I visited the location and needed windshield wipers. Colton, was able to find the correct ones i needed and remove old ones. He then attached the new ones so i was able to drive in this rain. Thank you so much.

Got two sway bar link kits to replace the worn-out ones under lifetime warranty. Paid for the new ones first and installed; then brought back the worn-out ones to get full refund per warranty process. The sales persons were very helpful!

Nay helped me with a return and helped me choose the correct part for my vehicle. She went above and beyond - truly - to help me get what I needed. By the way, she also helped me coordinate this days in advance as I traveled from out of town for Thanksgiving. Outstanding service and will definitely look for her anytime I need help.

Store was clean, organized, and the staff was friendly. I'm usually in an older vehicle and most parts are in stock at the store. If not, next day delivery is prompt. Usually arriving before 1:00 p.m. the next day. Priceier than online stores but sometimes you just want the thing now.

Just went in, rude, acted like I didn t know what I was talking the guy with the scar on his lip has an appearance like he knows what he s talking about but at the end agreed with me, needs more training possibly would be more helpful

I walked in with the intention of purchasing a steering wheel puller, not know that you can actually rent this tool. Your staff explained your process and made life very easy on me. It s a very specific tool that I wouldn t likely need again. I want to thank you all for taking the time to ensure I was aware of all my options. A lot of places would have just sold me to puller kit for the sake of making a sale. Your staff was profession, polite, and most importantly demonstrated a high level of integrity!I will definitely do business here futuristically.

Alejandro is THE MAN. He saved me so much money that would have been wasted at a mechanics shop. He diagnosed my cars problem, helped me fix it, and was super kind and funny the whole time because he could see how stressed out I was. I will definitely keep coming back to this location. Very clean every thing was well faced. I used to work for a different store but this store gives off very good vibes all happy faces no totes laying around waiting to be put up.. they weren't very busy but just walking in it was very welcoming.. hope the new crew treats every customer they do now as well as in the future.. two thumbs up guys

I went in the store to do an even exchange for a wiper blade to a aux cord, with 3 employees, one in the back on the phone, one of them told me he couldn t help me he can only sell things to me. The lady Esther told me she will help me when she gets off the phone, mind you no other customers in the store only me. She wasn t talking on the phone she was just holding it. Finally I told her, mam I just want to do an even exchange I have to go to work. She said I ve been on the phone since before you came in. I said my I understand that I just want to do an even exchange you have a customer in your face you can help I need the corporate phone number. When I said that she took the receipt put the phone on speaker then went to the other register to exchange which took about 3 seconds. I don t know if it was racism or just being hateful but that s crazy to me...

Drove 35 minutes just to not being able to pick up my order curbside because i had lost my ID. An older guy with suspenders said he couldnt give it to me not even with my email confirming my order. I asked if i could just let that order cancel as it was an online order so it automatically cancels in 7 days if not picked up and asked if i could go inside to buy it. He told me i couldnt. I get home and get an email that my order has been picked up. Had to go trough the hassel of calling customer service and get a refund. Terrible customer service.

This location has the worst customer service when it comes to phone calls. They immediately put you on hold and never answer back I think that's very rude. Two days in a row I got this treatment, This just made Me decide to go to the competitor.

Ordered parts !!! They said it would be in the next day. Went to pick up parts. They said it did not arrive and call back tomorrow. Called and part still has not came in. After a week, was told to go and order somewhere else. I won't shop at Advance Auto Parts !!!Good Luck If You Do !!!!!

Dang, my rear view mirror fell off my windshield.... Per a YouTube video, the dude on it (Scotty Kilmer I think) recommended folks to pick up an adhesive called Permatex from an area auto parts store... Per old Scotty, it would only cost 4 dollars... With Advance Auto Parts being the closest shop to me, I went there and asked one of the techs where the windshield glue was. This guy found it on one of the aisles and handed it over to me, like, you're good to go. Just to confirm I would pay the same as Scotty, I asked the tech how much it was. $8.99 (!?!???). Needless to say, I put it back. It must be cheaper elsewhere. Thankfully O'Reilly and Autozone are right down the street. At Autozone it was $6.99 (!) and at O'Reilly it was $3.99 (just like Scotty said!!!). Needless to say (or write), it pays to check around. BTW - From now on, I'll check O'Reilly first!

Save yourself the time and trouble.. just go to O'Reilly. These people are horrible and very unprofessional. I'm really upset with myself for going there. Manager actually yelled at me lol. That was a big mistake for him. But hey.. it is what it is.

Bought a battery and they would not install the battery. I was not told this until after I bought the battery. I drove to another Advance Auto Parts store immediately after and that store installed the battery with no problem.

Ordered a part for my truck , halfway through the repair I needed some additional parts , all the other parts store had about a 5 day turn around called Advanced around 6 p.m. part was there at 10 a.m. the following day ! Got my truck fixed and was back to work ! THANKS ALOT

Terrible management. Quality customer service is something this location falls very short on. If you have the option to drive to the spring cypress/249 store I highly suggest you do so.
