I have never submitted a review for a business. However, I am beyond ecstatic with the experience in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. This is the best buying experience I have ever encountered. Our sales rep Reagan is phenomenal and helped us through the entire process, Annette the Finance Manager was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind; the entire sales process was pleasant, and even the owner thanked us for driving 2.5 hours to purchase a vehicle. The total time to purchase from the moment we found the vehicle to buy was less than an hour. We will be back to purchase a truck in the future; this is a dealership for a lifetime! It s worth the drive!

I've purchase a few vehicles in my life but never have I been treated so well as a customer. From the beginning with Don and throughout the purchase I was given the utmost attention by an awesome team. I flew down after scouring the nation for a perfect 2022 Ford F150 Lightning. Arrangements were offered and I accepted to be picked up at the airport. I was treated to a wonderful local Caf� breakfast, and introduced around almost like family. The Cuero famous history was shared during an afternoon tour of one of the museums by none other than Cliff and Sheri Weber, incredible hospitality.Thank you!Next morning I hopped in my new truck and headed back to Seattle, Ford app ready and not a single issue. EV is outstanding as Ford really nailed it on every aspect of engineering . (By the way, I sold my R1S so I could get this, way better in all respects, but that's for Rivian to hear).

Back window rolled down and wouldn't go back up on my 23 F150 King Ranch. Took it to Weber and talked to service manager Rudy. I was in a bind and he was very kind and took care of it immediately and got it back up within an hour. Would definitely recommend Weber Ford, don't go to Mac Haik their service stinks, I've had nothing but bad experiences with them.

Weber motor company is the place to go for a new or used vehicle! Ragan was my sales associate and had much knowledge of ford vehicles and was able to answer all of my questions! Everyone there is so welcoming and friendly! I m very happy with the service I received!

Able to schedule service at convenient time. Super nice crew, even though I didn't buy my vehicle from them, I was welcomed. I will be bringing both my Fords to Weber for any and all service.

Weber Ford was the easiest purchase process I have ever experienced. Jon Eric was informative and responsive from order to delivery. Some factory options were not available and he went out of his way to coordinate aftermarket installations at the time of delivery. Mr. Weber made it a point to thank me himself, twice, for my business. Small town Texas hospitality at it s finest.

After having a horrible experience with a purchase of a used Ford from another dealer in Cuero, we took our truck towed to Weber Ford. Rudy in service was in touch with us from day one. Always had time to answer our questions and helped us with the insurance claim. Super polite and respectful! And even helped us out with the additional cost to us caused by the other dealer. Would recommend Weber for all your vehicle services! We will be returning with our vehicles when needed!

I want to Thank Rudy and Weber motor for the great service work that they provided. Without being asked they performed all the tsb on my truck and hopefully fixed the issue with the 4wd. It says a lot when you are able to talk to them and they actually look at your vehicle. Thanks again

Weber motor company took my truck in got the problem taken care of and back to me in a day thanks. Mac Haik Ford made me wait six weeks to get it in and never looked at it and told me nothing but lies and I bought the new truck from them stay clear of them

Very disappointed. I m have been using them when I need them for my 08 F-250 and have always had great service and good work but today when I really needed them I was told the owner won t let them work on my truck cause it has to many miles. 150,000 is the cut off and mine has 209,000. WHAT! It is a Ford truck and a Ford dealer won t work on their product. I have never heard of this and for that I will not return for anything.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICECalled to order a part for my car, told him the make and model. He asked for my vin # so I went to go check, as I was checking he said, dang man, right when you called I was about to walk out the doors and clock out. Clearly he didn t want to speak to me.

Needed warranty work for my 2018 F-150 because another dealer (Mak Hiak) "could not duplicate" (as usual), so I contacted Chris at Weber and he said bring it in and lets see what we can do. In 2 hours they had it repaired where the other dealer took 3 days to say they "could not duplicate".. I am just sorry I didnt purchase my truck from them but I do know where I am going next time. Thank you Chris, Michael (mechanic) and Michael (sales manager) for caring and wanting my truck repaired!!!!! I will be back!!!!

Weber Motor Company is family owned, and treat their customers like family. I was in a bind and needed a new car the day of, and they helped me. I bought a beautiful ruby red Ford Focus for an amazing deal.
