Could even get a word in without the receptionist to explain what I was looking to have done. I ended up terminating the call. Called back and asked for a manager (was not put on hold). Heard her yell; Jason that lady who got mad and hung up on me is not the phone again! He introduced him self and I started to explain what I was looking to get done. He cut me off while talking and started asking me other questions about insurance claims. I AGAIN asked if I could just explain what I was looking to get done. He responded with an OH MY GOD!!! After that I firmly excused myself from the call and said I was taking my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service. I was trying to keep my business local and help small town business but after that experience...I would rather drive to the dealership of my preference to get this done.

Truck looks better then even before it was ran into
