I went to this Used Parts service business this month after calling for a price quote for a power window motor and level for my car. The gentleman quoted me a price of $20. When I got there the next day I arrived and a Gentleman asked me what I needed I told him that I was looking for the power window motor my car I stayed the model of my vehicle and year. He told me to hop on his gator and drive back to see. He quickly search from statues and I guided him I'm pulling out the motor and level without breaking the window. He said breaking the window was not a big deal. I also took power switch with the window unit and proceeded to meet the owner. The employee stated his price of $60 and I referred him to the previous price quote of $20. The owner stated but the price was giving wrong but he won't let me have them both for $40.00. Agreed gave him $20 cash since that was the agreed upon price and paid $20 with my credit card. The afternoon I installed everything but the switch did not work. I went back to get a refund on the switch. The owner stated that the switch was a gift and that the power window unit was priced at $130.00 online and since he had to pay person that took the part out it was just not going to be good for him. So the price of the unit should have been $60. I did not want to argue with him and agreed. To never come back. The reason I write this review is not to hurt the business but to make sure that you get a quote in writing and not just verbally with this business. Seems like they are good people trying to make a living but how to turn a business you must be able to honor prices.

Tony said I needed break pads on all 4 wheels and owner of shop quoted over $200.00 ($125.00 for labor and $89.00 for parts) I took to another shop and bought my own break pads for $55.00 with labor @ 60.00..turns out that my pads are good..I do not recommend Joel s
