I was impressed with how polite and quickly they were able to confirm part availability and total price. So I went to do it off and they said they couldn't do it until next week. Today was Tuesday. They might have said something to that affect on the phone. Will not be going there ever again. I didn't drop it off.

Theyre great! They always take care of my car and anytime im there they speak with the customers as if they are old friends. I called them to check for a Coolant leak and they quoted me 36$. I confirmed them when I dropped off my vehicle and they said $36when I left. The next day they charged me $80 with out consulting me first. I guess it was a hidden fee. Hang on to your wallet.

I brought my truck to check why the coolant was leaking. For the diagnostic only should be $35, and ending pay $78, because they had to do a water pressure cleaning but, I never was advice of that, until I told em I dont want your services. They have hiden fees plus she was; probably I was confuse with all the charges...They tried to charge $564 for change the water pump. Never comeback to this place. Bad experience.

I was disappointed, I brought my VW in to have the ac serviced, they had it 2.5 days but I knew it would sit a day before they could get to it, so they worked on it a day and a half but couldn't figure out what was wrong with it ( when possible I try to spend my money with the local shops/stores/mom&pop operations) I ended up going to Autobahn in Ft Worth and 3000.00 dollars later I have cold air* I would of felt better spending that money in my local community

Took my wife's vehicle in for repair. Couldn't be happier with the service from Sharla, and Robert. Honest and caring people who obviously love what they do. This was my first time there, but seemed like I've been taking my car there for years. Thanks guys for being honest. Im grateful to know that there is a mechanic shop that does honest, and proper work on my vehicle. Thank you.

I just had my first experience using this repair shop. Robert quoted me a fair price one day... then quoted me a lower price the next day after explaining he didn't need a part after all. He could've charged me for the part and I wouldn't have known the difference, but his integrity prevailed, his honesty on full display. They have my business from now on.Service: Electrical

Absolutely the Best Customer Service! Very Knowledgeable Mechanics. The owners Robert and Sharla, as well as all the people who work there, are very nice. They had our car fixed very fast. So glad we were referred here by some friends. We will definitely use Work Time Auto Repair for all our future needs !!!

Evacuated my auto's A/C system sounds I could repair what was needed.Returned to have the vehicle re-charged----NO CHARGE----can you believe. No better place for your automotive repairs.Using them for the past 4 years for all 6 of my vehicles.The best.

I will only ever take my car up here! My first time putting a car into the shop was a huge ballOf anxiety. I thought I would have to sell a kidney to get it fixed. They have excellent customer service and I absolutely love Sharla! I have taken my car up here 4 times now and have been satisfied (and very much relieved) each time. Very knowledgeable and quick work! Don t go anywhere else. Bring your business here.

They are family owned, military friendly and do fantastic work in a very timely manner. I took in my '98 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo for some long overdue maintenance. I bought this vehicle used and after taking it to Work Time Auto Repair it runs better then it ever has. They replaced my air conditioner, headlights, alignment. And when I even mentioned the awful gas millage I was experiencing they offered an easy cheep solution and offered an unbeatable price. I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else.

I've been going here for years and absolutely love this place! Sharla, Robert and the whole crew are honest and treat every customer like family. They are cheaper than all the other mechanics around, more trustworthy, and friendlier. Would recommend to anyone!

They had me come in at open and then when closing time came around they still hadn't touched my car. When I dropped it off that morning I was led to believe it wouldn't be too long. They didn't tell me they were too busy to get to it in the 10 hours they had it. They also didn't let me know they weren't going to get to it. I called about 45 minutes before they closed because I hadn't heard anything and that's when I was told they weren't going to work on it until the next day. I had high hopes for this mechanic as all the reviews are pretty good but the lack of communication and even straight up lies aren't worth it.

I have been dealing with Joe & Becky for more than 15 years. I highly recommend them to anyone. Great crew, fast, friendly, reliable, VERY knowledgeable. I trust them 110%! You won't be disappointed.

Work Time Auto does top-notch work for fair and honest prices. They correctly diagnosed and repaired our 96 Jimmy in early January 2019. It hasn t run this good since it was new! And no more Check Engine Lights! I highly recommend them.

The Greens are a great family and they run a standup business. I do all maintenance on my vehicles but if it's something I can't handle I will always take it here. They do quick, fantastic work, and always for a reasonable price. I live in Benbrook and taking my vehicle here is worth the drive.

Great service. Reasonable prices. Had them push a couple bushings in a control for me to put back in my car. Ended up not being able to but instead they got me another control arm for only an extra $5

Took my wife's car in for a complete brake job. The service and price were A++! What a breath of fresh air to find J&B. Used to do most of my own auto maintenance, not anymore. :) Kudos!

They are very attentive to the quality of their work. Mike did not just align my Jeep, he took it for a drive to make sure everything worked as well as it appeared to be working on the computer.

Best place in town to get your car fixed right the first time and very honest prices. They tell you cost before doing the work. They have worked on my cars for at least 10 years.

I went to pick up a car from Fort Worth and they helped me figure out how to fix it and get it back to fort hood in the same day. Outstanding customer service, went over and beyond and they didn t have to. I appreciate them dearly.

Followed my daughter to drop her car off at 8am. 4pm was told wouldn't be ready until next day after being told at noon would be ready that afternoon. Why have someone take off work to bring their car to be fixed a day in advanced 1st and last time here.
