As an addition to my previous review, I d like to give a special thanks to Brad who worked closely with me throughout the entire process. He was amazing! Super helpful, friendly, professional, and gave 7 star service! My front end looks brand new! Not bad for a 14 year old car!

Felt I needed to reinvigorate everyones memory on how terrible this shop is since somehow my review got removed. Please stay away if you value your time and money. You can see the photos of my mustangs black hood in the review photos. They do not know how to paint here and the owner was extremely hateful. Stay away.

Raymond is AWESOME!!! I appreciate their honesty and hard work here. They fixed my car after I was rear ended and worked hard on my behalf to ensure the other driver's insurance company did not try to low ball me with their estimate. I noticed my door was acting up 2weeks later and they fixed it immediately. They are very patient and understanding and go over and beyond to help with all your automotive repair needs.

Great place, and in the mists of the pandemic they were able to get my scratch and ding fixed for less that an 1/3 of a corporate place I got an estimate from. Don t mind the dust. I ve already recommended to a few people and will definitely come again if I need their services!

Had Raymond's repaint our discovery with a color change on the roof. Truck was ready before promised. Came out great. Staff is friendly.

Errors in work done & terrible customer service when brought up to his attention. Did fix the errors in the end with no cost.Not woman friendly unpleasant experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The people on this place are disgusting I came in to get a new bumper put on. They never asked to color match, or even bring my car up there, they just asked me if it was white and said okay. I got to the shop where my bumper looked completely different from the rest of my car. I tried to talk to them about it and I was argued with for 3 hours because it was the same color . So I took my keys and went downtown the street to Collision Repair and it took there painter 5 seconds to say he KNEW he could do a better job than that. This is a buisness where you please people, and absolutely terrible customer service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I don't generally write reviews for places, but if I can help someone else out by writing it I will. I called to have my M3 bumper painted and told these guys it needs to be perfect or I don't need it done. The guy at the front desk was awesome and kept me updated besides the fact they kept calling me to push getting it done further and further away. Finally I was told it was ready for pick up so I go to get it and there's blobs of paint everywhere because they didn't buff it after painting. Besides that there's a HUGE scratch across the front of the bumper that they painted right over. Doesn't even look like they did prep work. Anyway I left it there and came back a few days later and they cleaned up the front surfaces but once I got it out in the light its clear they didn't buff the lower half of the bumper , and they did a awful masking job cause there's a line of paint near the headlights. I wasn't happy with the work and the owner did not offer any kind of deal and charged me for his awful buff job as well as full price on the paint. Overall I'd stay away from this place unfortunately.Service: Painting

This is our go to place when a car needs fixing up. Raymond has taken care of our family and friends for years. Recently with my mother's accident. And now with my daughter hitting a deer.They do an excellent job and works well with insurance. Or even self pay.Definitely recommend !!!

Had my worst nightmare happen when someone backed into my car. They did an absolutely outstanding job on my car and matched the paint on the car perfectly. They even came in less then the insurance paid out and were able to fix a big door ding in my back door. Great shop and would definitely come back if the unfortunate would be to happen again.

I had a nasty ding in my trucks tailgate. I went to several shops all around town, including Caliber Collision, and they all told me that I just needed to replace the tailgate.I took it by Raymond's, and he told me he could fix it for less than half of what the other shops wanted.Two days later, I got my tailgate back looking brand new!These guys do great work at a great price. Absolutely recommend!

Had shopped around for someone to paint our work trucks.Stopped by Raymonds and spoke with several employees their and they were all eager to help.I was impressed how the owner took the time to adress my concerns.Once we agreed on the scope of work we dropped off the first truck later that day.4 days later I pucked up the truck and it far exceeded my expectations.Awesome work and attention to detail.Looking forward to geting the rest of our trucks painted by Raymonds!!!

Cannot recommend Raymond s enough! They did an amazing job replacing one of my side doors, the price and time efficiency can t be beat! I will absolutely be returning for any future repairs!

I love this place! I have been here several times for repairs on my vehicle and have had excellent service everytime. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and deliver quality work at an affordable price. I highly recommend them and will always choose to go here for any future needs.

Good service at first...very POOR reassembled car. My car was totaled during a hail storm and my insurance company wrote me a check for the damages. I handed the check over to them because they are covering the deductible. I was young and stupid and didn t know any better but as a result my car is in terrible condition. Pannels were not put together correctly so now water leaks in and create mold to grow. The spoiler actually fell off! My led lights in the back of my mustang were not sealed properly either so water leaked in there making me having to replace one light at $700! I hope I can save someone else from an awful experience.
