I read the mixed reviews and was kinda hesitant, but really didn't have much of a choice with a car that the starter went out on. I ordered the part and my husband was fairly confident he could replace it... Until he got under there and tried thankfully these guys are nearby. A neighbor even said he takes his vehicles there when it's something he can't do in his own vehicles. While I'm sure others have had experiences they weren't happy with, I'm beyond thrilled with my experience.1- He started on it that evening and finished it the next morning.2- The price I was quoted was far less than any other would have, and that was the price I paid. I only paid labor for it since I had the new starter with me.3- Both gentlemen were very kind, and neither treated me as many other places do...a woman who doesn't know anything so jack up prices and claim other repairs are needed.4- I paid with a card, and the owner didn't get upset for even a second about it.This is my experience with them that I wanted to share. I will definitely be bringing my car back for any repairs it may need in the future!

Very unprofessional and do not keep up with their prices. Was told one price which was $950 (including parts & labor) over the phone TWICE (before they got started) then when it was time to pick up my vehicle the price changed to $750 (I bought my own parts so price should have decreased). I understand that can happen but it's only when you find more things going on. I bought my own parts which should have taken my amount down by $600 but they still tried to charge me $750. Then found out that with one of the services I paid for they don't do alignment which is a requirement per the part that had to be replaced. When it was time to check out, he got mad stating that now he's going to lose more money because I paid with my card. I said Sir if you it's CASH ONLY, I would have had no problem getting cash out the bank. Service was good but communication and customer service was not so good. Will not be going back here. I asked for an invoice and part receipt for a part he bought at the last minute but was told he don't show receipts Seems like shops have been overcharging lately without an explanation til its time to pick up the vehicle.

My engine light came on,along with the traction control and cruise control light. By the time I reached there they were closed, Mr. Steven was leaving and said don t worry he will help me. Within minutes he fixed the issue. They have a customer for life. Highly recommend them.

My infiniti g37 coupe needed a gas tank Installed they took care of my car very well and great price they saved me 700$ also the staff were very nice thanks again Crowley Service Center!

Tom Carrol is a great Mechanic I feel I can trust him will all my car or truck needs. He isn t like all the others grumpys garage isn t trust worthy and some others in area

Great Service, Honest Work, I will be going here from now on.I got a quote from NTB to address some squeaking on my right side tires. (assumed brakes) NTB over quoted me by a large margin (brakes, rotors and caliper replacements for $2000)I called CSC and asked for a quote for the same work, and they immediately expressed doubt that a car with 40, 000 miles was going to need all of those items done.After the "old guys" at Crowley Service Center pulled tires and looked at everything rotors were good, calipers were good, front pads had half their useful life left..I had uneven wear on my back right brake pad and to fix this they recommended replacing the back pads and scoring the rotors (for good measure). This for less than a tenth of NTB cost.Don't let the low-tech shop fool you, they guys here are honest and REALLY looking out to do what's right for you and your vehicle.No pressure tactics on sales, No upselling... They told me the real problem, gave me VERY reasonable options to fix them.Could not be happier with my experience.

Tom's been taking care of my older brothers, my mother's and my cars for quite a few years, always fixes them up good for a reasonable price. Great place.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My neighbor told me about his experience he had there. These are super nice Christian people and were yelled at and guy was super grumpy and short and a complete jerk. I wouldn't use them based on their experience.

I ve used Tom for over thirty years and you could not find a more honest or far person. I never worry about the care of my vehicles and being sold something that is not needed.
