04-12-24 8:10am....walked in and NOBODY would even acknowledge I was there. One guy went by pushing a cart looked up at me and immediately put his head down so I wouldn't ask him anything. So then I walk up to counter and look around and see a women on the far left. She looked up a seen me then put her head down. Didn't even greet me or ask if I needed any help. And BTW I did. Needed wipers and ac compressor. But forget it. I'll go to O'Reillys where I know I'll get great customer service. Screw this place. I'm not trading with anybody that doesn't want my business.

I came in for brake pads today and Steven comes in after helping a customer fix his car outside and provides me with outstanding customer service and a great deal for my brakes. Not to mention his useful advice about how to fix my brakes in an affordable way. Steven has made auto-zone my favorite auto part supplier with his positive and confident attitude

Maria is dope and deserves a raise. Never acts as if you re a problem or bothering her. Very knowledgeable and empathetic for the customers needs. She definitely makes the company look better. I ll be back because if Maria.

I can't say enough about how helpful your employees are.I needed a new battery in the car and I had gone to a big box store the day before. That place was a nightmare, and they made me wait two and a half hours before telling me that the battery I needed wasn't in stock. So frustrating.I called AutoZone after I finally came home and they told me they had the battery I needed. The next day I went there and found that they did have it, The young man behind the counter installed it in pouring rain! It's been a long time since I've seen customer service that was so above and beyond. From now on, you guys are my choice!

I ordered a burco replacement mirror which i thought was the type that plugged into the mirror components as a full replacement part. Upon opening it and looking over the instructions and discovered it s the kind you just sticker over the existing broken mirror. I looked online for the plug in replacement and couldn t figure which one it was based on the online descriptions. I came into this location to see if an associate could help me locate the exact model and order it from the store. When i got there and explained the situation the manager who was the one to help me. instead of looking up anything on her computer she walked me over to the mirror section, proceeded to hand me a product that wasn t anything close to what i was looking for nor the brand i was holding in my hand, then seemed inpatient with my questions regarding the product in my hand and the one i was searching for. I find this very unprofessional and makes it very hard for me to continue to give this location business.

Always get the best experiences here. Every now and then though, some employees swear they know about cars but I end up figuring it out myself. Overall still a great place and cool people.

I had just finished a roughly 18-hour overnight shift, went to my vehicle to leave, turned the key, and nothing happened . Headed to the store so they could check my battery, and sure enough, it was bad. Completely exhausted, I asked if I could borrow their tools and replace it now. Not only did they provide the tools and space, but the guy offered to assist me. Due to my lack of sleep and patience, this made my day. I did very little, and he did most, but we had a great conversation. This location will always get my business!

So I'm doing door dash at night and noticed that my one headlight went out. It worried me knowing the police pull you over for everything now. My daughter said go to Autozone and they will replace it. So the employee Gustavo came out took the bulb out, got another one, shut the hood. And I was driving off in 5 minutes. HE WAS AMAZING AND SO VERY SWEET. I sure hope he knows just how much that I appreciated him . Thank you again GUSTAVO !!!!!!!!thanks also for autozone here In Crowley

I went in to have a battery checked the store personnel told me it was bad and needed to be replaced I'll have it checked one more time at a different store and if told it's bad I will replace it, the person that waited on me was friendly and knowledgeable***7/20/23 had to visit to day to purchase a ignition switch due to someone trying to steal my vehicle I was in and out in about 10 minutes when they went to ring me up they noticed something wasn't right the young man realized the wrong switch was pulled he check the computer and went back and got the right one which saved me a extra trip

The dealership didn't have a brand-name battery, and the after-market battery without a warranty would be higher than Auto Zone. Pulse Auto Zone gave me an aftermarket battery with a warranty, and it was cheaper. They put the battery in for me so I wouldn't be stuck. Thank you, Maria.

Very friendly and helpful staff Ms.Maria helped us out with a issue we were having and I asked if she knew of any mechanics that could help me out with fixing my truck she shared one of their mechanics. She also offered to help translate since my Spanish isn t that great with not many offer beyond the store thank you for being so helpful and pointing us the right direction.Steven greeted us with a smile and friendly as well

I came here on 09/9/23 I approached the counter and asked the young man behind it could they test my battery because it kept dying and he responded no unless the check engine light was on and advised me to go elsewhere.I literally went down the road to O Reilly they checked my battery and helped me out with no problems they also told me the auto zone could have helped me they just didn t want too. 10/10 don t recommend this place.

I stopped in because I needed a new battery and windshield wipers. Steve helped me immensely. He installed all of the items I purchased and even taught me how to do it myself just in case I got stuck in an emergency situation. Everyone in the store was extremely knowledgeable and professional, I was back on the road in no time at all. 10/10 would recommend!

I hate dealing with anything about my car but I was blessed to meet Ms. Maria. Her customer service was amazing. She was patient, funny, professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. As a single mother, I dread seeing my check engine light on especially after Christmas but Maria printed off the report so I could do my own research and answered my many questions without making me feel inadequate for not knowing .and the best part was she did not make me feel that I had to make a decision immediately as I have felt in the past. I am telling everyone the great customer service I had and hope her positivity and compassion spreads.

I have stopped at Auto Zone in Crowley on 4/26/2023 for some windshield wipers. I don't know much about cars and parts and replacements. Steve stepped up to assist and I have to say that he was very professional, courteous and kind. He was able to answer my questions, guided me to the products I had inquired about and he installed my windshield wipers.I was in and out quickly and my shopping experience at this location has lead to this review. I had an issue with a battery on my vehicle. With the high prices of everything now days I was so worried that I was going to have to purchase a new one which would have been over $200.00. (Diesel Trk. = Big Battery). Anyway, the store manager there Samantha helped me out. She did some research in the computer, which she certainly did not have to do for me. She found a way to get my battery completely covered under the Dura Last Gold warranty. I was able to walk out with a brand new DL Gold Battery, no charge at all. Huge thank you Samantha, you truly made my day....
