Friendly staff and usually the lowest price in town regarding parts. Most people are genuinely knowledgeable about what you need. It's my first place to call/go when needed part pricing or information.

I have got to give a big thanks and high five to an employee by the name of Genie she helped me find a part for my 2014 chevy cruze that auto zone could not find much less try. She was very helpful and the service was excellent. I will be using O'Reilly from now on.

This store has had its ups and its downs , but the ladies and gentlemen that are still on the payroll are as awesome as they come ! It really needs a physical being to man the phone is the only complaint I would have ... I feel like I'm goin in a " Mom and Pop's " store everytime I enter the door ! Great people to deal with on a day 2 day basis! Keep your heads up my friends it will get better I promise lol...

They have a really good group of people working there, especially Aviva and Chad. Both these beautiful human beings really came through with some super service and took care of all my issues. I was at a loss but they both made sure I was able to get my car back running, helped me fix it right there in the parking lot. Unbelievable the extents they went through to make sure I was satisfied.

Corey was super helpful! I needed new headlight bulbs. He found what I needed quickly and even offered to install them for me. Everyone at this O Reillys was so nice. The bulbs work perfectly as well. Thank you!!

Jake was great: Knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Went above and beyond to help me find parts for my truck. Will be back.Ronnie helped me recently. Gave great service.Great customer service by Mark and then Bryan: Purchased wrong bulb (non-projection) even after computer suggested bulb. Allowed me to exchange for right one (projection) so thank you, Mark and Bryan.

I want to commend James Worthington and crew for going above and beyond trying to locate a pcm for my Corvette. There were none to replace under warranty but somehow they made it happen. Great Job guys. Thank you.I never shop for parts anywhere else.Peace

Love this place! I used to work here and I'm very glad to see it's still doing great! The customer service is always great and Jordan the manager is a very very wholesome person. You can basically ask any employee there for answers to your questions and they'll try their hardest to get them for you! They'll jump your car, change your battery, heck ive seen some the employees help change a tire!! I definitely recommend going on in!

The worker Starr was very friendly and accommodating. The other lady working there, was rude and grumpy and complained a lot about not having enough help. She even griped at Starr aboutnhaving 3 calls on hold with her name on them. She was very rude and not very customer friendly. If she had an issue with Starr, she should have handled it away from customers ears, once it wasn't as busy. Starr was exceptionally helpful with assisting me with getting a code reader on my car and getting me the injector coil for my car. I am visiting my daughter down in southeast Texas, from southwest Oklahoma. Definitely needed my car to work efficiently.

A very knowledgeable manager tested my ignition system, confirmed my need for a battery, & then installed a 'heavy' battery within 30 minutes. Having previously priced them on the internet, she was able to offer me a good price. I will continue to use as their prices are competitive or often cheaper than other options. Service is good & reliable. Physical plant is clean & location is highly visiable & easy to get to.

Carlos was a great help, but otherwise the whole experience was poor. I brought a battery in to be tested. I had to wait an hour for the testing machine to diagnose and waited in the car because NO ONE including employees were wearing masks. They were supposed to call me when the diagnosis was finished. They didn't. When I went back in lots of folks in line and few observing distancing. Not good. Then touchless pay was supposed to work. It didn't.

I brought in a starter to be tested one of the guys tells me can't be tested because no but on the negative to holdit on but he couldn't just looked nut was on the starter just lazy and didn't want to do it. That's all right went straight to advance Auto parts and imagine that was able to test. Will never return and I will tell everyone I can to stay away to.

Absolutely thankful to these guys!While driving a part if the pulley broke, loosing the engine belt. Lost all power steering, and everything else. got to this O'Reilly and Jeep died right there. At 7:30PM Bryan helped me, replace the broke pulley part, replace belt, and even gave me a jump to get home.Big thanks to Bryan and the rest if the ones that helped me!

Sold me bad parts and now they've had me and my mechanic shop produce all types of documentation and I've been without my only ride for 2 months been hitching it and rental and all they can say is we're waiting on corporate!

I have had many excellent experiences dealing with the folks at this location (Crosby,Tx) All thanks to Carlos, Jordan, Christina, the managers on duty and cannot forget about Mrs. Janet, Andrea, and Mark who constantly show excellent customer service.

Crosby oreilly has changed. Customer service is horrible. Only 1 person at the counter, I refuse to stand in line being totally ignored to spend my money!

This time I hated it.Had them check my battery and they told me it was fine and didn't need to buy one.Took car to shop and 282$ later shop had replaced battery.

2 employees working the counter. One w/ a customer for 20 minutes. One on the phone with a customer for 20 minutes. 5 customers behind me. My interaction with employee including purchase. . 1 minute.

Horrible store. Nobody here helps, the 3 people we saw two acted like they didn t see us and the other was too busy on her phone to care. Autozone helped us right away.
