I recently had a fantastic experience at Goodrich Automotive Service. The front office staff was remarkably fast and courteous, making the entire process seamless. Under the new ownership of Mr. Chad, the service has been top-notch. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Goodrich Automotive for any automotive repair needs.

Goodrich Auto Stands By Their Work.Every visit to Goodrich Auto has been friendly, seamless, and professional. Customer service and customer relationship is what to expect when doing business with these guys. Communication was outstanding and they prize honesty towards their customers most.

Goodrich is AWESOME!! On Father s Day, while traveling to see my dad, something in the road blew both passenger tires, spun me out and slammed me into the median. I thought my new car was toast. I called Goodrich by luck. They towed me for free to the garage. The management, reception and mechanic team was stellar. My new car needed a ton of work. Not only did they address every issue but they did it with a sincere mindfulness for the amount of money I d eventually spend. The final repairs were functionally so much more than I thought was possible. The final cost was entirely reasonable and could have been higher. I would have still payed it, the work was worth it. :)Replaced- rear axle, strut, lower control arm, tires.Repaired- bumper and quarter panel, rims.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Body & Trim, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Vehicle safety inspection

Took my truck for 1 faulty coil and replaced spark plugs and all wires , they installed new wires with out heatshields witch can damage them next to exhaust manifold , I told them that I wanted all my parts back cause there only a year old they gave mix matched ones not my summit racing wires so missing wires and heat shields and now I m stuck here redoing there work that I paid for , been here several times I m disappointed and dissatisfied.Service: Engine repair

Goodrich Auto is under new ownership and it s horrible!My vehicle was there for over 4 months with very poor communication from shop manager and owner. I was told several times it was almost ready or it would be ready on a certain day only to hear nothing back on said day. Finally got the truck back only for it to break down not even an hour later. We had to call to get it towed back to the shop. The mechanic admittedly didn t tighten the distributor cap, which lead to the timing being messed up. Also, the fuel line was installed twisted and wouldn t allow gas to flow properly. These things were fixed after 2 weeks of the truck sitting at the shop. We ve had the truck back about 2 weeks and now the fuel pump went out. The new fuel pump that they just installed!!!! The manager also admitted to one of his mechanics burning up the first distributor, this was his excuse for it taking so long in the first place. $4,000 later and the truck is not running. I would not recommend this place at all!!

I was asked to complete a review when I initially dropped off all of the parts to have the turbo replaced for my car on 11/03/22. Originally, I was told my car would be ready to pick on 11/11/22, but I didn't get my car back until 12/15/22. This shop lacks customer service and does not update the customer of what is going on. I called multiple times and even went to the shop because no one would keep me informed of what was actually going on with my car. Before Thanksgiving I was told that the shop was waiting on a gasket and my car was about 60% complete. Around 12/08/22, after my car being at their shop for over a month, I was informed my car needed to be taken to the owner's other shop in Katy since Goodrich Auto didn't have the correct tools. My car was hauled to the Katy shop which was able to fix my car in 3 days. Once the car was fixed, the owner drove my car from Katy to Crosby. Goodrich Auto did charge me less time than what it would normally take to fix the car. I am sure that the owner lost money since he had to have 2 shops work on my car, but he did keep his word and charged only what he initially quoted. I would like to give this shop a better rating but the lack of communication and the time they kept my car was unacceptable.

Changed prices on me. He was very kind when he informed me that the final price was different than what he quoted me initially. I understand that prices can be different, but legally speaking, they must consult the consumer if there is a change. I was informed upon walking in to the store to pick up the vehicle and had to leave it there while I sought to resolve the issueGuy tried to pass it off as a mistake, but that's something for him to eat, not his costumer. Then he tried to guilt trip me into paying the up charge "if you want me to take it from my wallet, I will". Bad experience

I recommend going here for anything you need done for your vehicle! The women that work in the office are very sweet and very helpful! They make your vehicle top priority! I took my truck in Tuesday night to get repaired and had it back Thursday afternoon they stayed at the shop after closing so I could pick my truck up.. Very professional! I will go back for anything I need done in the future, and will recommend to everyone I know! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great customer service and great team. They'll give you the fairest price and get the parts as quickly as they'll come. I've used this shop multiple times for my teenage drivers vehicles! I couldn't ask for better customer service! Chris, Brenda, and all their staff are wonderful! They're up front & honest. If you do have a concern or aren't happy with something, they WILL go out of their way to make sure you are a happy & satisfied customer! Customer service at its finest! Wish all businesses still operated this way!

This is a family orientated business. They treat you like family and take care of you. We had an electrical issue with our Toyota and they took the time and effort to figure it out, and made sure we were taken care of. We also had an issue with the engine on my Chevy and they worked with us on parts and labor. This place is Awesome, the owner makes you feel like home... made me Coffee and the mechanic talked to me with the truth... He said " I don't want to sell you anything you don't need or do Extra work you Don't need"... so he fixed the problem without Robbing me .. like a lot of Mechanics Do..Great Pkace ..

I brought my new 2020 GMC Terrain in for the body to be fixed from an incident that left a dent on the side of my car. I left with my car looking just like it did driving off the lot. The customer service was excellent from the owner and front desk workers. Service was quick and excellent. We will be back in the future for any vehicle issues. I love this place!! They make you feel like family. Always very straight forward and very helpful !! They have done quite a bit of work on my Tahoe & they are currently working on fixing my body work/mechanical issues caused by an accident, I know when I get my truck back everything will be done right!!!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Seeing how Chris is BBB Accredited- My family and I have taken multiple vehicles to his shop for multiple different reasons. Chris and his team have always operated with with ethics and integrity. They have always been very honest and have always diagnosed any motor vehicle issues we've had. Furthermore- his tow truck driver has saved me twice in a timely manner. I would recommend Goodrich Auto Service to anyone.

This is a great place to have your vehicle repaired. Highly recommend. The repair i needed was done on time and before quoted time. Please note some jobs may take longer than others. Went the extra mile for me finding problems with my old pickup. I appreciate them.About a year later, Chris helped me out big-time with a huge problem I 'thought' I had with our Ford Edge. I don't recommend many, but this place deserves one!

Very honest and reliable. My car was wrecked and after the repairs no one would know how much damage the car had.They work with everyone to make the customer happy even if it means losing money on some jobs.Highly recommend this shop.

I just love this place! And I m so happy with the work they gave me ,the price was great, I had ignition problems and these guys here they helped me! I will always bring my Car to them and refer them, and I can t forget the Ladies in Office,They are amazingly sweet and helpful!! Thank You Goodrich, Y all are Amazing!!!

I would like to say that Chris and his staff are a group I can count on. The work that has been performed on my families cars has never been questioned or returned. With a clean up to datefacility I feel I have no problem referring them to others.Chris worked with me on one repair and I am thankful. Taking ownership and providing good customer service is becoming a forgotten concept but Goodrich Auto Service still Provides that.

Chris has helped me up and down with my SUV. He found the problem quickly and got me back on the road same day. Funny guy very nice. If you need a go to mechanic family or so on. Him and his team are the best in Crosby. His tow service is the cheapest in town so if you can avoid the other places use there tow service to get you there. Agine his team is the best and the most reliable I have ever had in this town. Use Goodrich.

I hit a deer while on a trip from out of state. My van had both mechanical and body damage. They did exceptional job on the paint amd body work, plus were fair on price and completed job ahead of schedule. Great place to car to get any work done . Wish there were more business owners that care about customers like goodrich auto service.

Rude. Get your facts straight. I knew exactly what I needed a quote for and it was very very simple how much to change the spark plugs and coil packs on a 2005 Ford F150. Very simple. And she had no idea. And no one was rude to her in fact I told her I'd be there in 5 minutes because I was at the parts store. When I got there five minutes later it was no where to park it have been raining for days and I didn't feel like parking in a mud hole. Quit lying on your responses.

This is the best place around. Chris and Brenda Goodrich are awsome. They are very professional and make sure that your needs are met . There are no words I could say how happy me and my husband are with the work . Very professional and great respect to them both and there employees. I recommend this place of business to all. Chris is a great guy and runs a very honest and efficient auto repair shop. His pricing is very fair. I have been using him for @ 10 yrs and I am always very pleased with his work. There is nothing he can't fix....

I went in to Goodrich to get a CV Joint replaced that I self diagnosed, needless to say it was not a CV Joint. They were honest about it and said it was probably just the sway bar or strut. If since put the work off for the time being but was not charged a dime for the diagnosis or the part that they had ordered. Thank you so much for being honest!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Called about having my truck worked on and was told they didn t do what I needed done. No big deal until the lady on the phone got rude and accused me of giving her a hard time for laughing. This review has been modified because ownership reached out to me in an attempt to fix the issue. While I m not willing to let them work on my vehicle after this I will say that it speaks volumes that they attempted to make right. It takes a stand up person to make that call and not just ignore it.
