If I could give this place zero stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM HERE if you care about safety. I took my vehicle to them on 1/21/21 because my ride was feeling bumpy and I suspected the shocks were bad. They returned my car and only stated there was nothing loose. My husband wasnt convinced so this morning 1/31/21 he changed them out himself. The shocks were leaking oil. I'm not sure if the bumper to bumper warranty should have covered it or not but if not a simple sorry thats not part of the warranty would have been sufficient. This just shows carelessness.

3 hours waiting to have a oil change . second time arrived at 8:50 am second car in line , at 11:00 am still waiting .. but i guess why if you don't take reservations, cars after me arrived at 9 :30/ 10 :00 am had a service before my car?

Had car towed there becuz my battery was dead. The service dept was right on it.
