First time here as I recently moved to a community nearby. I'm so glad I brought my truck here. The service was the fastest I've ever experienced for an oil change. No wondering on prices as they quote exactly the cost upfront. Very courteous and respectful crew. Will definitely be bringing both our vehicles here.

Great, fast service and - most importantly! - very courteous staff. {At first I went to P&B across the highway, but the gate there was closed during open hours and no one picked up the phone.}Glad I swung by Kwik Kar! They ve earned my trust.Follow up edit: I got an oil change at this location recently. While there was some grumbling about removing the aluminum skid shield on my car, the above-ground staff remained cordial and attentive.

Came in early Saturday morning. Fabulous service time for oil change and inspection. There wasn't any pressure selling of superfluous services like many of the Dallas oil change places. They were friendly and professional. I'm pleased this is close to home. Price was exactly what I expected.

Living in the Crandall area for over 5 years. Always taken my Silverado to this Kwik Kar for oil changes and inspections. Honest service and great communication. Friendly staff. Keep up the good work!

Better off using a garden hose and dish soap rather than washing your car here. More affordable and better oil changes and car washes can be found at Valvoline express care in Kaufman.

Not satisfied with service.... Manager Mack was no help and rude in my opinion I desperately need to talk to someone. Please no district manager because I'm still waiting for their call back since Friday. Poor communication with them.

Went to the car wash and all I got was straight water when trying to do the soap wash and maybe 10-15 seconds of foam when using the foam brush. The worst part was that I ended up soaking wet from the broken pressure hose in the first bay. I will definitely never come here again.

These guys are the best, quick, with good prices, and great customer service. Having bought a house in Crandall, I religiously go to them for my inspection and oil change on my car and it's always grade-A service.

This location is the only one in the area I would recommend to anyone, from the customer service, amazing prices and how well kept the shop is you can t go wrong. Mack and his team are the best!

If you have a newer car, I would caution coming to this kwik kar or any other kwik kar locations as some of the workers may wing it or not know how to properly do an oil change on your vehicle. This location improperly changed the oil filter on my new 2022 Hyundai Tucson causing the engine to cease the next following day. One of the managers said they saw the Hyundai dealership bulletin report and said they did everything properly on their end and that it s basically not their fault. Yet, they haven t processed an official claim and inspect the vehicle at the dealership. I was promised that the district manager would contact me but never did. It almost felt like this location gave me the run around and didn t attempt to remedy the situation or at least own up to their mistake. $67 of oil change turned into almost $11,000.

$90 for a synthetic oil change. What a rip offThey DID NOT CHECK my wipers, vacuum and COOLANT See pic..I found out yesterday, THANK GOD, while I was changing out my air filter out I noticed my coolant.I do not recommend this place at all. When I asked for the general manager number they refused to give it to me.Service: Oil change

This place is not just an oil change. They can & do just about everything. They did the mandatory state inspection on my car.Got the air conditioning running properly, but most recently fixed the door handle on my drivers side which had broken & had been locking me. Held captive by my beloved car. LolThanks so much guy's. J. King

I have been coming here for years!! It's fast, they're friendly. If you have questions they answer. They have been there when I really needed them and even allowed me to watch what they were doing. As a lady taking my own car here, I have never felt least than that of a male as they have replaced other parts besides just an oil change.

Just can't say enough good things about this place; these guys are EXCELLENT! I've used them before for oil changes and inspections, so I drove to Crandall from Terrell, even passing several other shops on the way, just to use THIS shop. Trust me; it is ALWAYS well worth the drive. Got a tune-up, lube, and oil change on my truck, and just couldn't be happier. Even with over 230,000 miles, it now runs like a dream! They took care of everything I needed and didn't add anything I didn't. All work was done quickly and professionally, and the total price was less than HALF of what I was quoted at three other places! If you're looking for a place where honesty and integrity still mean something, look no further; this is IT! As an added bonus, I'm now getting almost 4 mpg more than I was before! Thanks, Robert, and your whole crew! I'm spreading the word; you guys are the BEST!!!

They took me in right away. Very pleased with the service. Aired up my tires, cleaned the windows and topped off all fluids. In and out in less than 15 mins.

It s usually pretty clean. Although the mussels don t ever clean up after themselves. The owners should swing by and clean the bays more often. It s good. I was at the car wash next door

Oil change went fine, lube job would not have been done if I wasn't watching. The guy in the pit didn't attempt to do or look for the grease points. I had to call it to their attention. The guy doing the oil change acted like he was going to take care of it. When he didn't, I told him it still hadn't been done. He went down and greased a couple of points, but there are five points. May not go back after using them over 20 years. Very dissatisfied!

It was terrible I metal sticking out of my tire with my 5 year old son, there was 4 to 5 mechanics hanging around, I asked them if they could just change my tire. The guy running the store told me no we don't do tires and sent me on the rim across the highway to get my tire fixed. I understand they dont do tires but it could of been a courtesy to have someone help instead of being sent away in a dangerous situation with my child with me.
