Bought 2 trucks same day. Had a recall for headlight wire loom. When I got the truck back the passenger side shines considerably low. Took it back, service manager pulls it up 8 from a shop door. Says they look fine! Nothing we can do! The Tacoma I bought had 4k miles on it. Had a handicap chair lift installed in the driver back corner of the bed. Asked before I bought it if they could fix it. They sales manager talked to the body shop and they assured they could. Well that was the second lie. A year after I got my 2020 tundra I got another recall notice on power steering. Took it in and they told me it was not for my truck. Said ok and left. 4 months later the steering failed. Took it back. Again the dealership said it wasn t covered. Had a local shop make the repair. If you had a good experience with Stewart Toyota that s great! As for me they have been nothing but clowns since the sale. Do yourself a favor and find a dealership that takes care of you AFTER the sale. It s definitely not with these clowns.

One trip to Stewart Toyota and you'll quickly be reminded of why people don't like car dealers.I called them first thing this morning to check on a used vehicle they had listed online. Took about 20 minutes of calling them to finally get some one on the phone, but he was nice. I asked if the vehicle I was interested in was available because I'm about a two hour drive away. He asked me to hold so he could go put his hands on the keys to be sure it was. He returned after minute to confirm that it was and I told him I was on the way and would be there within 2 hours. When I arrived 2 hours later at the dealership I was greeted by the gentleman I spoke with on the phone. He stepped away to retrieve the keys to the vehicle I was there to purchase. After several minutes him and what I can only assume was his boss, returned to tell me that the vehicle was currently being sold to someone else, so sorry. I was a bit stunned but asked if the other person was there before I called this morning, to which they replied no. So not only were they selling the vehicle out from under me that I had driven 2 hours to purchase, they didn't bother to give me a courtesy call before I arrived to tell me not to waste the rest of my gas and time.Once again I find myself amazed and disgusted by car dealers who only care about themselves and making a quick buck at the expense of others. 4 hours and 250 miles for nothing. Well, back to only buying from private sellers, thanks for the painful reminder guys!

Less than 1 star for the service department at this Toyota location. My service advisor was Jonathan Cuella-beware ladies there s a misogynist here. Treated every guy in the place like royalty, but talked down at me the entire time, had a very condescending attitude. I asked for an oil change and he argued with me about me not being due for one, despite me explaining that mine is always done at this time. But because HE THOUGHT I didn t need it he didn t do it but deceitfully added a new sticker to the windshield of my car to try to make it look like he did.Apparently a manager wasn t in today-but I will contacting them on Monday to file a formal complaint.

Here s my honest opinion about this place. But first, let me give a little background on what led up to my amazing experience with Stewart Toyota. We realized we wanted to buy another vehicle a couple months ago. We ve owned Dodges with hemis, and have been pretty happy for years. Our family also had a Toyota 4Runner for about 8 years, and several of our kids drove it, and we thought we wanted a new one, maybe to replace one of the Dodges. We also rented a Rav4 and realized it was too small. After a lot of research we decided a Highlander was the better fit. So over the past few weeks we began going to test drive at different dealers. At other dealers: I can t say anyone was rude or anything, but there were several times when our experience at the other places was a total letdown. (And no, I will not give them a review. There is power in silence.)The reasons at each place varied the car was somewhere else the price wasn t really the price or we just couldn t find a salesperson to talk to. And these were our local dealers.Even when we tried to set things up in advance because it was a long drive, the salesman ghosted and didn t return calls. It was discouraging and felt so futile. So when my husband said Let s drive to Corsicana to see a car at Stewart Toyota! I was not super enthused. It was going to be over 100 miles each way, through Dallas on a sunny day.But guess what?IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT!!(In other words, Yes, my man was right!)Here s why I hope we buy all our cars at Stewart Toyota, and why I will send my kids there too.First, Mr. Todd Wills had the car up front and was at the door, ready for us when we arrived. He treated us to cold water and a restroom break after our long drive, patiently waiting. He got us in and going on the test drive as soon as we were ready - he didn t waste a minute of our time, but gave so generously of his.Once we got back to the dealership he started working on our paperwork and helping us negotiate our offer and working out a deal. The only snag we hit was not being able to remember our own login to our bank. If we had that, I am certain we would have been done in 30 minutes. The entire process felt fair and comfortable and we really enjoyed working with Mr. Wills. Bonus: Armando in the office made signing everything simple and fast. Our new keys came with cool engraved metal and leather tags, And Mr. Wills even made sure hubs got his favorite license plate frame back before we left!So Yes! 5 stars 10 is more accurate because these days, 5 can mean adequate. But Stewart Toyota in Corsicana went beyond adequate- they were amazing!Yes, it was a long drive I will do it again. Every time. We are thrilled with our purchase! If you want to get treated like you matter and your time is important, go see Stewart Toyota. It really is worth the investment of driving down to have a great experience.

Bought a pre-owned vehicle on the 3rd and then on the 6th the vehicle had to be parked due to check engine lights. They picked the car up on the 6th and kept it until the 13th. Drove it from the dealership to work and then home and the check engine light came back on. Called and was told someone would reach out, next day no call. Called back and left a voicemail no return call. The car has been with the dealership more than with me.

Best car buying experience ever!No market adjustments, no BS pricing and fees, no pushy sales tactics. Looked at the inventory online, called in for availability and put down a deposit through the phone. Went in, signed the finance agreement and drove out with my new car. Was in and out in less than an hour.Todd was great and I highly recommend Stewart Toyota.

I always look at reviews. I see that no comment is made from the dealer either thanking them for their good review or giving them the name of someone who can handle their complaint. It s good business to respond.

Stewart Toyota was awesome. Our sales guy Jason was not pushy, he was honest and straightforward and we had the smoothest transaction ever. I highly recommend this place! Worth the drive from the Dallas metroplex. We will definitely go back in the future!

Every time I take my toyota here for a simple oil change there is always a problem last three were wrong cabin filter and them saying they didn't install that one so I just got one and changed it myself, then they only installed one bolt on the sid plate and barely screwed on that one so it rattled when I took it back they said there was no way of them knowing that they were in when I dropped it off now today they rotated my tires and cross threaded my stud and lug nut then told me it would be 161+ for them to fix it cause it wasn't them its the fact the stud needs to be replaces cause it keeps spinning I told them they cross threaded it and that's why but they argued so I told them just give me my truck now I'm trying to fix thier mess up instead of them making it right at this rate ill start going to waco stay clear and double check the work ennis ford has a mobile tech that will come out and do oil changes for the regular price of going to them and will do any model vehicles I just asked and will start using them came and did my two other trucks today and it was very convenient with no problems

Terrible service. I have a 2020 Camry XSE and my panoramic sunroof was stuck open. It took forever to schedule an appointment. I finally got in at 9am to get my sunroof closed. Casey Cates said it would only take them 30 minutes to get it closed. I didn t receive a phone call from them until 1:45pm. They said they couldn t get it closed and it would be $270 for what they did . The tech, Brandon Langham and Chris Chapman, said I need a new frame and I didn t get any information on why the frame needed replacement. Also, they left damage to my vehicle. My grab handles look horrendous now. It looks as if the worker didn t know how to open it. They also cracked my liner on top of that!! NEVER WILL RECOMMEND. I ll definitely let people know to go elsewhere.

Awesome down to earth family dealership. I had selected my vehicle the day before, so when I showed up it was test drive paperwork and wash and on the road in under 2 hours. Everyone was friendly. I recommend them highly. I'm not a toyota guy yet. But they had the buick I had been looking for.

Quick and friendly service.Had a small issue with a vehicle purchased at another Toyota dealership in Tyler but Stewart was a much shorter drive so both got together and I was on my way in no time. Glad to be a part of the Toyota family and was blessed to find out that my vehicle was just fine.

So this is what happens when you go to Stewart Toyota and work with Johnathan and team. My wife went in for a simple oil change and got upsold for a tire rotation which resulted in them snapping a lug off of my wheel spacer and stripping another lug and then sent her on her way like nothing was wrong I ve called up there to service advisor who hung up on me while talking and now to service manager who says Its not our fault it s someone s else fault and that he won t do anything to help me. Horrible customer service and I got charged $89 for them to break my truck.

Unfortunately have not had the greatest experiences with the services department. Poor form used while repairing our car, as evidenced by these photos, and whats worse is that there was no accountability or offer to repair these damages. That s unacceptable in any other line of work. Hopefully there will be another opportunity to change our minds about them, but after having multiple mediocre encounters with them I am wary.

We were looking for a used car for a new driver and searched all over the metroplex and got nothing but hidden fees and fluid pricing. I messaged Don Martinez and he gave me a no nonsense, no haggle price. Negotiations were painless - the dealership was willing to fix a few things we wanted touched up. Dealing with the sales management team, closing, and even Robert and Brandon in the Body shop was amazing. They sent Brandon to my house to grab something off the car so I didn't have to make an extra trip. Family service like we all want. We've typically bought Toyotas and plan to go back for our next car, service, or body work.

My 20 yr old daughter purchased her first car on her own about two weeks ago. Naturally her dad and I went with her. Let s face it most dealerships are like vultures. This place is really laid back, not high pressure at all. Don her sales guy was super sweet and explained process well. Once we got finance interest rate was not good as should be especially with her credit score. He shopped it around and got Toyota Financial to match best interest rate so she could get the rebate. He told her I want you to be happy with your purchase if that s not at my dealership that s fine because it s not one sale we are after it s life long customer. we want. . How many car salesmen do that! They would try to stick it to her but everyone was laid back super friendly no high pressure. I will but all my cars there from now on.

I had a momentary lapse in judgement a couple of months ago and went to another brand and dealership. At signing time, I got up and walked out due to what I consider a lack of integrity. I feel completely comfortable dealing with Stewart on my own without having to have my husband with me. I have loved all of my vehicles from Hayden ( I have bought 3 of them in a row here) and will continue to do business in the future with them!

My salesman Ty was awesome,,,kind,,polite. Wonderful! The finance and sales managers were great. They all treated me above and beyond with more kindness than I could have ever expected. I would truly recommend them. They will do more for the customer than I've ever experienced before. I could never thank them enough for what they did for me.

We are traveling full time and were passing through Corsicana when our Tacoma notified us it was about time for another oil change. Looking ahead on the map, we wouldn t be close to another Toyota dealership for quite some time. Knowing it was a long shot, we called the service department to see if they could squeeze us in for the next day. Ofc they were booked up but Jonathan said he d do what he could if we came in early. We were in and out quickly and back on the road. Jonathan and the service team were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend.

This was my first new car purchase (but I have purchased many used cars in the past) and I had an excellent experience! I worked with Hayden and he was very honest and helpful. It was the smoothest and most hassle-free car buying experience I ve ever had. Even though we live 2 hours away, it was worth the drive and will definitely come back again for our next car purchase. Thank you Hayden and Stewart Toyota!

I am very impressed with the staff in the service department. They welcomed me with a smile even though I came right at closing time. They went above and beyond and took care of all my service needs. Jonathan called me promptly the next day and advised my car was ready. I recommend Stewart Toyota if you are searching for a new auto or for a routine oil change and/or service.

I have never had a dealership experience like this one. From start to finish they treat you like family. I don t have an income yet and when I do it will be a fixed income. They went out of their way above and beyond. Terry explained my situation and Greg Harlow went far above and beyond and even met me early to repair at 7:30am. They all explained to me the process along the way. The parts manager is the one that saved me from a huge mistake with a regular mechanic which after $2500 in parts not needed and would have ruined the whole system with the wrong refrigerant. The parts manager saved me a lot of headache and huge expense. Toyotas charge was $600. And the whole AC system gone over and checked. I am a Stewart Toyota customer for life. This is on a 2014 Toyota Prius.
