Took my brand new truck through this wash and left with scratches down the entire length of the driver side. The worker went ABOVE AND BEYOND to attempt to buff out the clearly circular spiral swirling scratches; scratches made by this wash. Whether it was debris on the brush, a brush protector rubbing too hard along the side of the truck (from the washes VFD s not being set properly to sense the pressure correctly causing it to dig in), or not being lined up properly centered. The worker agreed with me that while he would not admit his wash did the damage, that the damage was clearly consistent with car wash brushes. My truck was brand new and the scratches were not there prior to entering the wash and I know this because I had to get out of the truck to pull the mirrors in and visually inspected the truck while I did this. I was a first time customer and would have been a lifetime customer. I know they wash a lot of vehicles but equipment maintenance is vital. Highly recommend going elsewhere.Someone called me a few days later and said after a review my damage was not consistent with damage caused from a car wash.

Clean towels are always available, the staff is very nice and helpful. There are different levels for membership, or just pay per wash. We do the monthly membership and love it.

Best car wash in town! They are friendly, and you can put your rubber or carpet mats through a cleaning machine, air to clean the hard places, vacuums that work, bugs spray, and towels all included. Highly recommend Smittys!

The car in front of me was a pick-up. The 2 guys at the front of the wash found some unsecured items. Both of them took the time to secure these items before letting the truck proceed into the wash. They then apologized to me for the wait! I am impressed to see this service and attention to detail. I will continue to recommend Smitty's to my friends!

First time user. Basic wash ($12) was OK. I expected better drying with all of the blowers as you exit. Still had bugs on the front of 4RUNNER even after staff used a brush before entering the car wash.

Caden was our attendant at Smitty s car wash. He was very informative and courteous. We go there a couple times a month or so and have noticed this car wash is always clean and equipment in working condition which is a plus!

I used to have a membership at Take 5 but was displeased with the way my car came out after the wash. I was paying 45 a month for the best package and had to go through the wash twice to get it semi clean. I saw a difference at Smittys with the first wash. I have switched my monthly membership to them and it comes with a cheaper price.

You would expect a brand new car wash to do a great job. Such was not the case on my first visit, this also my last visit. Splotches of dirt left all over my vehicle.

I ve been a member since they open (not anymore) and just recently lost my back windshield wiper! It was completely ripped of my car. I never even thought a car wash would do that!! It scratched my car, and they have yet to return my multiple phone calls about replacing it or fixing the scratch. Do not use this car wash if you want to keep your back wipers. This has happened to multiple people not just me.

Great customer service! I have a membership, and stop usually once a week. It's easy to get in and out in about 10 minutes, and that's with using the vacuums and their complimentary cleaning spray and cleaning cloths.I am able to keep my car clean quick and easily!

Went for the first time , line moved fast , my Jeep looks great , I like that they had towels to wipe down my Jeep, and spray to clean the windows, Would definitely recommend and will come back . The wash is more than amazing!!! There s not many places that you can rave about great customer service these days, but Smitty s is definitely above and beyond the best ! Hats off to you guys and gals. Keep up the hard work.

Smitty s Car Wash did a great job washing my car. I wish the help would have put more elbow grease into brushing before going into the wash to take the bugs off the front bummer. Other than that, I have no complaints. Outstanding job!

Great customer service I m a member here and go atleast once a day with no problem and the employees are what s great, employee named haegan came out to my truck in the cold weather just to help me get the vacuums working again and stood out there till it did, I tried tipping him and he told me he didn t need it just promise to come back, great all around place definitely recommend.

Washes my truck great, I havnt received any damages from there equipment. The monthly prices are awesome & I love the tire shine. They upkeep really well & there trash is never overflowing. The attendees are always very nice, i haven't used a different car wash since they opened!

My first visit to this car wash was a very nice/great one! The pricing was thoroughly explained and is competitively priced with other car washes of the same caliber. The gentleman explained the process as it was my first time there. The front of my vehicle and windshield was scrubbed down and I went through the wash without any problems. I then used the vacuums, as well as the cleaner and microfiber clothes that they provide and drove my Highlander away sparkling clean! Very nice staff. A clean establishment. Will definitely be visiting again. (A BIG THANK YOU to the gentleman/attendant that helped me out at the beginning point/cashier!)

The young man working at the car wash, was extremely helpful. I inquired about the monthly membership and he signed me up. He explained it very well, and then brought me an air freshener out to the area where I was vacuuming my car. I believe his name was.Caden.

This is the new car wash that we needed. It s excellent. I love the vacuums and the towels. They even have window spray which I daringly used on all my interior panels and I had my car looking brand new in about 20 minutes. There was a nice lot attendant that came and replenished the towels when necessary. I am so happy for a decent car wash!

I deleted my first review like I said I would. Gave them time to get their problems worked out and went back, this time I was not disappointed. If does scrub my car better than the take 5 car wash down the road and dried it better as well! The vacuums, towels to dry and clean the inside and spray for the inside of the windows was a nice touch as well! Will be back!

Moral of employees seem to have gone down . They were great at first now its hit and miss on attitudes or smiles. People don't have time for childish behaviors. If you're having a bad day it wasn't the customer who just pulled ups fault. Be a grown up

Best car wash ever..self vacuums are strong. Received premium wash. Car shines like new. But..be prepared the blowers were very strong so make sure you have nothing on your vehicle that you might think will get blown off or damaged.Will definently use again.

My car has not looked so good for years! This had the lazy whips, side brushes, lots of different applications through the wash and an excellent tire application! Of course I got the free $20 wash. Loved it!

Best drive thru car wash in Corsicana. 7'2" clearance! My 6inch lifted chevy truck fits! Rare to find a drive thru that is higher than 7'. Free vacuums. Free detail rags. Touch up cleaner bottles hanging by each vacuum station. Has air lines ti blow water of to avoid water spots. Great set up! Bought a membership for $30 unlimited car washes.

One of the big brushes broke my mirror and nothing has been done to fix it. It has been months. Same excuse over and over again. I would have gave them a better star review if they were more professional & if they resolved their issues faster.
