My latest purchase was for tractor hydraulic hoses that needed to be custom made. It was great because they are open on Saturday when the other companies that make them aren't. The employees are always very kind and helpful. The store carries many products and I always enjoy browsing around.

My dad went with me to get new wiper blades. It was about to come another storm and I was not prepared. Johnny helped me find blades thst were the right size and on sale. He even came out to my car and put them on for me. I like that level of customer service. I highly recommend this store and will go back should the need rise.

O'REILLY'S in Seven Points goes above and beyond.The parts guy asked me questions and gave me alternative choices in hoses.He also gave me useful information on changing the hose and asked if I needed loaner tools.Terrible that I went to three different places with the skew item number before I got knowledgeable help.

The employees do not appear to be adhering to Governors mask order, although the patrons all were. Spanish spoken here. We had to buy a battery and installation by store was free - but proved to be a challenge to the employee that helped us as the employee brought out the wrong socket set. A little surprising actually.

Ruby is always helpful and she knows what she is doing . If she is not the manager she needs to be . Always taking care of the customers and getting it done ! You need a raise for all that you do . The work and service you do is appreciated and does not go unnoticed.

We were towed to this location from where we broke down on the freeway and we got a new battery but the battery wasn't the only problem and we got stuck spending the night in their parking lot waiting for morning to come and the auto shops to open. The employee (JT) I believe and his manager were very helpful and he even called a mobile mechanic to try and help us. For people from out of town and out of sorts, this was a blessing.

Mr.David is the best person ever!! We needed help putting up a tarp and he came out to help us IN THE RAIN!!! He put the tarp for us when he didn t have too!! Thank you so much David!

I just have to say that the customer service here was a life-saver! We drove in from out of town and our "Charging System" light started coming on. We went to the AutoZone up the street to get it tested. I've been going there for the past 22 years. This was my first time at this location. They told me they can't test it, they are short staffed. I must've missed that in the small print on the big sticker in the front window. So, I called O'Reilly and T.J. answered. He was more than willing to help and told us to come on in. He came right out with the tester. We were in and out with a new alternator in less than 10 minutes. His shirt said Tommy, so I'm not sure if it was the same person. But I am so thankful for his willingness to help out and didn't make me feel like I was a burden. He might've made me into a new O'Reilly customer from now on. Thank you so much!

Poor staff. ...almost rude. I wanted to order about 100 dollars of parts to have sent to my house but the staff attitude made me decide against it. I will go to Amazon. Ask for a lamp bulb number look up and Mr red hat acted like it was a chore. Almost didn't get my rewards credits because he didn't even ask for info....I just remember out of habit to give him my phone number. Advance Autoparts has been asking for my business maybe it is time to make them my number one store.

I stopped here on my way to Minnesota from Houston to get an air filter for my Ram 3500. I asked the sales guy to help me get the right one. Well he sold me one, just Not the right one. I asked him if they help install them and that was a definite no. Probably cuz he sold me the wrong one.Luckily the next oriellys I went to, refunded the wrong one and sold me the right one and asked if I still wanted the expensive one or the one that was $20.00 cheaper. This location never even said that was an option. They also offered to put it in for me. I never even bothered to ask because I'd been told no once. Maybe he figured I'd never be back? Even though I come through Corsicsna twice a week, I definitely won't be back to this place.

Used to be good, now not so much... Do NOT order online for in-store pickup. Gave them 3 tries, today was the third fail. They just don't pull the orders in the morning and request the inventory. Nobody cares. Customer service in this town is bad to begin with, this O'Reily's is just a notch below the competition. Ugh.

When I was there, they were very crowded. There were a lot of vehicles in the parking lot, people just hanging out talking. Since they were busy no one really noticed me. I looked for what I needed, headlamp bulbs. I wanted four(2 of each) they were out of stock on almost all my options, did not have 4 in any matching styles, same prices the other suppliers. I left without a word.

I called the store to see if they had what I needed I was asked to hold I said ok. After close to ten mins a guy picked up asked me to hold I went to say again and before I could get the word out he hung up on me. I called back same guy answered the phone I think he said his name is Jesse super rude guy asked me to hold yet again I said I was just on hold and you hung up on me. He said well you didn t say anything so I hung up now you can hold. Smh terrible customer service!!

Received very good and helpful service from Eddie and even helped install the part and he was very patient with my mom and I. Also he was the only one wearing a mask which made it more comfortable for us to receive service. Very kind. Thank you!

Today snow is all over the road and I went in to get an air pump. As soon as I pulled in the parking lot my car started to slide all over so I parking were I stopped to avoid any unnecessary risk. When I got out my car a kind man greeted me and held my hand to come inside so I wouldn't fall on the ice. When I came out he had made a path of kitty liter to my truck so I could get back safely. My vehicle was still sliding all over. I told him I was nervous and he polotly directed me to the safest way to leave. It was so nice to have his kind hearted help to encourage me when I was scared. I wish I got his name. THANK YOU!

So slow, 20 people 1 employee checking out and helping. Came in for some peanuts bulbs, took 30mins in line and 10 to check out. Wow. Probably should work on that. You need to hire more people. Also not following state law. No employees wearing masks. As well as the people buying. Crazy, good thing I m just passing though.

I I stopped to see if they had a tool I needed. Was going to rent it but decided to buy it instead. I had stopped at 2 other places. The guy knew exactly what I was talking about. And knew exactly where it was. Even though they were very busy I was in & out less than 5 min. I was thrilled will definitely go back next time I need parts or tools

Customer service was good but pricing was not. Purchased a motorcycle battery there because the place we normally get one was out of stock. Oreilly charged $162 for it and only offered a 1yr warranty yet the other one only cost $120 with a 3yr warranty. (Yes, same brand @ both stores)

I was calling to ask a simple question about the price of a radiator and radiator fluid for my car and was instantly put on hold and was on hold for a good 20 minutes until my phone disconnected and when I called back my call kept getting ignored (I kept calling back and no one would answer the phone.) At least answer and say "Hey, I'm sorry for the long wait we're short handed.." or something.

The always have enough staff on plus I find them cheaper than auto zone but both places are good to get parts that you might need although o'Reilly is less expensive I've found that time after time they beat auto zone who agrees and they will change the battery in your key remote

I worked here at this store for 9 years the manager Latasha and all of the employees very knowledgeable and go out of their way for customer service. I highly recommend this store if you want the right part the first time.
