AVOID PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE.I am sharing this message because I've tried to communicate that the car I bought here is a junk vehicle, and no one seems to be paying attention. It has been about two months, and the same issues persist with no clear explanation.Twice now, I've been stranded with my family because the key fob wouldn't work. I changed the battery key fob, but it still wouldn't start. The car was towed back to Car Mart, where they spent over $1,800 fixing various issues like alignment, the key fob, and new front rods and reels. Why was this not done before you sole me the car? Keep in mind that I've only owned this car for TWO MONTHS. Why was I sold a car with so many problems that needed fixing? When I asked for an exchange for a different, safer car for my family, I was ignored.Well, guess what? The same issues are happening just two weeks later:The key fob still doesn't work.I can't lock or unlock the doors.The car displays a message saying "Key Fob has left the vehicle" when I'm sitting in the driver's seat with it.I've been stranded for over 30 minutes on two occasions trying to get it to turn on.I've emailed and called, only receiving one voicemail and no follow-up. And now, last night, the brakes are going out, and I hear metal on metal.Car Mart, stop selling problematic cars to people and being okay with it. Have some integrity. If this continues, I will take legal action unless the issues are resolved. I will keep you informed, but for now, steer cle

Having bad credit has held me back so many times but car mart really worked with me to get me in a newer vehicle. Easy process and they worked with me over the phone too. Now I m in a new car and am not worried about break downs or anything.

Car Martin nice till you get a car but is very shady if brakes down on you. We go a nissan from them made all payments on time but when broke down they blamed me and wouldn't warranty my car. Never go to them drive time is better and nicer

They are like family and will do everything they possibly can for you to keep your car. Or help get you in another one. Or in a situation. I love them they treat you extremely nice. I highly recommend. To anyone looking for a car to choose them.

I really appreciated their effort to find me a vehicle! Though the pandemic is three years removed, it is still negatively effecting me to this very day. One of the negative effects is a pretty hefty reduction in my credit score. I went into the lot thinking that there is not much they can do for me. I was definitely wrong! Not only were they able to find me a decent vehicle, they were able to do so at a decent price. In addition to this, the warranty that comes with each vehicle gives my mind some ease. I am on my second car with them now. Glad I chose to establish a working relationship with them!

America's Car-Mart of Corsicana, Texas, took care of me better than any car lot person ever had!I'm old and retired and on a fixed income. Even with my meger available cash for a down payment. They financed my new to me, Toyota Camry, and helped set a payment I can pay and it'll be paid off in under two years!They even fixed the brakes because they heard them squeal.They were a total blessing to me! The two ladies that worked with me past closing time on a Friday!Everyone should go to America's Car-Mart in Corsicana, or any of their stores in Texas and out of State as well. Here's the sweet part of the whole deal, 1). they got meRoadside Assistance with Good Sam,2). Drivetrain warranty for a year, and3). Debt Forgiveness. If my car is stolen or totalled, they will cancel the debt!!!Who else does anything like that or even near that! They will also help me get problems fixed that I can't do myself! I went in not expecting much or to even be approved because of my spotty credit. Our salesperson made it easy, getting quotes on vehicles while we test drove several cars. Got us approved and had great customer service. They also worked with our budget to get us exactly where we wanted to be. I will buy again from here.

Sold me the biggest lemon on the lot was over heating with in 24 hrs of driving off the lot. When they knew I traveled for work and was scheduled to work the next day for a week in Oklahoma. I had to turn down my next job contract because the car was not reliable and would not have made it to Georgia and Florida. So I had to start running deliveries instead.Over the next 3.5 months have sunk and additional $1500 into repairs on top of the $100 a week for my car note. When you get one thing repaired another breakdown ie: 3 front passenger tires, ac compressor, 2 thermostats just to name a few. In July I got 2 wks behind on my note and they were nice enough to refinance me and extended my note and my payment went up to $115 a week but the lojack they added caused a parasitic drain on my battery and the A/C I just had repaired to go out completely It won't t on start on it's own and only occasly with jumper cables. When they showed up today to recover it I informed them that they may want a tow truck because otherwise they were going to have a long time in this 110� heat to get it running. They apologized for all the trouble I've had.but here I sit down about $4grand and no car out in the middle of nowhere.

Nothing but professionalism and curiosity from the time I walked in the door. The fact Idamae (Cookie) came all the way to Waco to pick me up so I could get my car meant so much to me, I m forever appreciative of her and the whole Car-Mart crew. Thank you all again.

Thank you Car-Mart in Corsicana Texas for helping me into a new vehicle. The employees were awesome. Big shout out to Javier/ Javi for helping find us the best deal and for helping us find a vehicle we actually wanted. I will definitely continue to use them for now on. And I recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle.

Check engine light came on right after driving off the lot, took them 9 months and alot of reminding to fix it, feel like they waited til the service contract was out.Have fixed things since.Car starts stalling, it has a recall from 2018, i bought it in 2022. The recalled part is what is causing the issue.They told me they dont check, they DO NOT CHECK IF THE CARS THEY SALE HAVE RECALLS. sold me a car with the chance it can stall and cause a crash.Only has this car a year.Nothing put problems.

Javi Hernandez sold me a 2010 Ford focus for 22190 with 144000 miles when I can get a 2018 Ford focus ST with 80000 miles for 18000 and he wonders why I returned the vehicle after owning it for less then a month? Keep blowing my phone up! Not one of your customers gives you business because they have good credit so go ahead with your threat of seven years! If I cared I wouldn't have gave you 600 dollars in January when you wanted one more payment of 360 which would've been over 900 dollars for a 2010 and this was before you added late payments in that same month before that month even ended! Tell me you pay 900 dollars a month for your vehicle and if so what is it because I know it isn't a 13 year old focus you pay that for but have no issues charging innocent people, you're worthless! Since you interrupt so much, read this and please explain how there are 14 days between 01-27-2023 to 02-09-2023. Your version of by weekly is robbing your customers of a true two weeks and I'm not about them lies. Don't worry you have my number and so I will be waiting for that math problem to be solved by the likes of you? If you have a problem with this then quit blowing my phone up, you crooked piece of molecules!
